It's very reasonably priced super market! Good value for money. It's always congested and you can never find things you want. No point speaking with the staff as they couldn't be bothered. They are always huddle up in groups and chatting away. Unkept, very badly organised, horrible staff. I guess if you want a good deals you will have to go through this ordeal.

Such a pathetic service. We went last night and the billing person has billed Sugar of 20 kgs instead of Toor dal which was of 1 kgs. They have taken Rs 820 extra from us. And when we called Dmart, the person told that they will check the camera and called us today in the morning. Such a rediculous service and bad experience with Dmart.

This departmental store at Versova is very congested and crampy unlike the one at Andheri East and Malad. I usually carry a list with me and compare the price of item with that on the app. You may find a good difference in pricing in store v/s app. And same goes with the availability of the item. Since it's an open parking carrying and loading in the car is a problem.

Always crowded and billing takes more than 10 mins waiting before your turn ... Other than that, employee keeps running with their trolley and doesn't even care if that hurt you. Also if the product finish on shelf they don't even care to restock.

The circulating area needs to be improved and wider choice in terms of alternative brands need to be provided. Otherwise, all the daily requirements are available at reasonable prices.

Most friendliest of staff from DMART compared to Reliance which is terrible and uneducated plus ignorant about food products. DMart has a lot of proactive staff awaiting to assist anyone and right from the entrance too !

Management has put products in between the Isle which makes shopping difficult. This is what happens when you hire people who does not care about customers or people who does not know what common sense is.

Quick, efficient and cheap. Just keep in mind that the store is small and gets crowded real quick. Also, they don't always keep all counters open so billing becomes a pain. The staff is helpful for the most part.

Dmart is always a place anyone would vouch to go for one stop shopping.. but the staff especially the ladies who lock your personal bags have so much attitude, omg..! And they are so careless while tying the bags of ziplock as if it's their personal property..! And above that, the frisking guy shamelessly asked me, a woman, to open show my bag .! When I asked for a lady frisker, he told me " she's gone for food so I'm doing the part" i don't know if he had sense or he was senseless.. why would a man want to check a woman's personal bag / purse..? Ridiculous..

A great place to shop in suburbs. You will get most of your home needs here. I suggest they should start a eating place in the premise at affordable rates.

Have always got the best deals at D Mart. Their range of items across categories is also amazing. The wee bit of an issue with the Versova Dmart store is the compactness of the store. Gets congested most times. Check out counters are adequate and the process is fast and fool-proof. Have been a regular for over 6 years. Excellent Value For Money every time.

Place filled with complete utter chaos. There's literally no space for cart movement. They shouldn't be allowing so many people at one time. The staffs restocking items at peak time. There's like a auto rickshaw mafia outside the Mart who appear to be in complete hand in glove with the staff.

The place is too crammed and over crowded.... spacing between the aisles is not something they took into consideration. A very strong and unpleasant odour of detergents made it difficult to continue shopping after 5 mins. A little bit of cleanliness and systematic placing and design would definitely help.

My go to place for getting monthly groceries. Amazing discounts. Though, it's almost always crowded in the evenings. So go in the mornings if you don't like to shop in a busy market. Staff is helpful as well.

Little small from inside but huge free parking space out side (Within the boundary wall of the D-mart property. Every day discounted products on MRP price. Food grains is of the best quality at affordable prices as compared to local kirana shop. Sunday is the busiest day ever.
