Attitude of staff - " mai jhukega nai" Verification process - your banks ask for fewer Verification then this. Time to reply - worse then the girl whos friendzoned you. The saddest part for all doctors is to deal with people at MMC office. The phone doesn’t connect, website interface is very poor and the people sitting in the office are the last ones to help you. After all these years of hard work , we have to go to their office leaving our duties and literally have to beg the MMC people to do our work which ironically is their duty.. It’s the Reminds me of a tv show - office office It’s the worst medical council .. and they know there are no consequences of their poor work ethics ..

10.30 - 5.00 is the office timing. 1 hour of lunch in the middle of that. Nobody picks up the phone. If they do we are told that lunch hour is on, call at 2. Nobody picks up the call till 2.30 What is going on? What kind of service is this? Just pathetic. The worst part is nobody to look over their shoulders to point these things out.

This place is located on Arthur Road on first floor and is easy to find. This place opens quite early then mentioned but actual working start bit late. I have a nice experience, although I had to wait for while but everything went smooth. People here were helpful although some reviews say opposite. One should check all the documents beforehand to avoid hassel. There is store right outside on the road nearby for Xerox and online printing. Try visiting as early as possible/ early working hours so your application or work will be done on priority.

Useless people work here. They are just earning money by sitting in AC for 5hrs everyday and not doing any work other than talking to their family members on the phone. They don’t answer calls also. All other state medical councils take less that 48hrs for doctors to register but this bunch for idiots take more than 3months to register a doctor. I hope to meet one of these guys in my hospital I’m going to make them wait for 3months in lines for their treatment. Useless associations!!

Well now i know why people prefer govt. Jobs. This is the best place if you want to test your patience.The staff working here won't pick up your calls,to be honest they don't even care if your documents are not verified even after 2 months. Seems like they are having a lunch break and they just want to warm their chair and burp all day long,so those who want a govt. Job please go for it this much information must be sufficient to prefer a govt job and settle with a beautiful girl whose parent want a guy from govt job.

If there would have been a negative rating, I would have given the same !! I have been visiting them since last 1 year hoping to get my application approved but my requests have been falling on deaf ears. They have absolutely no respect for anybody’s time/ patience for that matter. Highly inefficient staff I would say!

Pathetic service. They ignore calls/ pick and keep the phone on the side, and you'll spend 2-3 hours just to get on the call. They are very rude on the phone (thanks permanent gov job), and will send you back home if you go to the office, telling you that all work is done online. Everything said and done, their online portal doesn't work half the time, and the technical staff have no idea how to fix the issues. Bravo to some 12th pass people behaving like kings over doctors in this state.

Most horrible council, they dont take calls or reply to emails. The government should take some drastic steps to fix the system and punish the culprit. Most inefficient council , absolutely shameful

Worst service ever. They didn't take a call everytime phone rangs for even 5-6 time. If by mistake they pick up call they didn't answer properly. They just tell your work is done nd its not done since last 7-8 months . i called them many time nd now i am losing hope on government service. Does they don't take serious all theses things . its about future of doctors. Its about their whole life because nobody is nothing without their degree right🙏

The staff speak to us as though we owe they money. They read my email query after a month that too after me reminding them. My permanent Registration is still pending thanks to them .even reading the email we send. Karnataka medical council is so classy in discipline.

For first timers FMG docs: use mamata printers services if you are unable to comprehend online MMC procedures. Mamta printers charged me Rs.700 for editing my documents and arranging it accordingly, so I finished all my stuff within 3 hrs. Please take all relevant documents with you. Thanks Mamta printers!)

For both ug and pg i have gone there a couple of times and there is absolutely no service... They will make us wait unnecessarily and forget about calling them on phone as they never answer... Worst Govt office

I am 75 years old senior advocate.. I wanted to file a complaint about medical negligence of the rmo of kem hospital.. I was not aware that complaint can be filled online.. so has visited office at Chinchpokali .. I mate a young guy chinmay.. I explain everything.. while explaining I became a bit emotional.. being senior person he asked me to sit and came outside at counter room.. and heard my story in detail.. asked me water and to calm down.....we can find very few people like chinmay in this selfish world ... dear Chinmay god bless you.. And keep the good work going.. you will succeed one day..

I wonder how they manage everything.. there are only 30 40 staff.. during lockdown there where 50% staff present.. bt despite of lockdown this office was working regularly.. which is appreciable.. I had applied for my additional qualification.. as I was requiring it for job purpose.. I was not expecting it due to lockdown bt surprisingly I got my additional qualification certificate within 30 days.. you guys really deserve 5 star .. i don't know y there are negative reviews.. bt i had good experience..

Nothing has changed over the years. Neither the working nor the staff or other facility.They most of the time don't pick up the call but if you are fortunate enough the call will connect with no proper guidance/suggestions or reply to your problem.The only good part about it is most of the working like additional qualification update or MMC renewal, NOC if needed can be taken online. Working is slow as per the doctor's strength of the state working in such conditions is herculean task thus increasing staff,improving work quality,compliance,early resolution of the queries,easy accessibility to the new and old doctor's quite much needed to be done upgradation needed and awaited.

Worst office you will come across. Trying to call MMC office for last 1 month...no luck. Verifications and queries about the application should be raised during the same visit. Doctors from outside Mumbai are facing big problem because of poor communication(phone/email). I hope registrar looks into it and rectify these issues.

Nobody picks up calls,all other state medical councils answer their phone even though it takes some to answer..so if we hav some doubt or need some clarification,we hav to go there ,no other way..also work is very slow..unless you hav some vip contacts

Made an application for other state.. I was not aware of any procedure for obtaining permanent registration from MMC. Staff had given me information neatly and patiently.. due to which I do not had any problem while filling the online form.

You might not get them over phone, but once you are at the place, they are very helpful and prompt. I'm especially indebted to the madam who sits at the registration counter who helped me out..I got my document verified in just over an hour. Compared to the other state medical council I've been to this was great. . They do not accept cash at the counter.. All payments are made online...

Had gone for my permanent registration and updation of additional qualification during lockdown ...i must say everybody over there are very helpful and couteous. Am grateful to Mr Sawant , Ms Vijaya, Ms Dhanashree, Mr Ashok and my special thanks to Ms Swati , who cordinated the things so well.

I know many doctors have faced issues. But in my case, I got my additional qualification and NOC within a short period of time. I requested them to process my application on an urgent basis and they did it really well. Slight delay will always be there on a govt setup, but they did there best to get me my documents at the earliest. Cheers to the team of MMC.

It was my first visit to MMC office during lock-down period. They were working as per government norms for Covid-19. Sanitizer and temperature gun etc. Staff was helpful. The madam siting on the counter continuously picking up phone.. she was only person I saw at the reception counter. There was queue with only one counter open may be due to lock down. They follows timing very particularly. At 4.30 counter closes.

I went there for FMG Provisional Registration, process was very smooth although I didn't receive the submission email, I called there next day and got the mail within 2 minutes.

They do not pick up calls. Very slow service. The Doctors of the state deserve better.

Staff are helpful. Lot of work.. I think they have more work and less staff. But staff are more efficient. being government servants.. I have observed toilet for visitors are dirty. Considering the fact that visitors are mostly doctors ... Very thoughtless and rude to have such a bad dirty toilet..

Staff are supportive, well behaved and prompt. Everybody picked up the phone while calling, and on reaching there could complete everything without delay.

Firstly I would like to thank Sanjay Deshmukh sir .. He has helped me and my friends in each step.. We foreign medical graduates were facing a lot of issues and it was our luck that we met him and told all our problems.. He made sure our problems were solved.. After reading all negative reviews I was scared. But once I went there I found staff very cooperative. Person sitting at the counter was very cooperative. He gave me way outs.

It was great experience with MMC, Initially I was disheartened after reading reviews online. When I went to MMC office, staff was very cooperative. They will do you your work as soon as possible if you have genuine reason of urgency. They also answer every call you make. Talk to them politely, I have seen many people talking to them very rudely. I submitted my application for permanent registration about a month ago. As I didn't get any response from MMC, I called the MMC helpline. A gentleman who answered the phone was very kind and checked my application and told me that one of the certificates I uploaded was not readable and suggested me to upload the proper certificate which I did. But for his help, I would not have known the reason for the delay or would be simply waiting for the number. Later I understood that his name is Mr. ChinmayWadekar. I'm very impressed at the services of MMC Permanent Registration wing and especially Mr. Chinmay. I wish him all the very best.

Didn't pick up call. I have applied for noc for provisional registration to other state . Its been months no response from them.still on mmc website no verification has done after I have payed online fee but no clue what is wrong with them.Here we have to suffer for their problems

I was planning to shift to Gujarat for job purpose, so applied for NOC/GSC from MMC.. at beginning it was very hectic to get in touch with land line number.. hence visited MMC office once.. met with Registrar, he was so soft spoken and explained e everything in details.. and I got NOC/GSC within next 1 days... Very happy with services..

I have applied for my renewal on 5 th Dec and I get it approved only in 3 days. Very fast..great work team

I am an outstate doctor and applied for the permanent registration. My payment has been done and the amount also got deducted from the account but they havent sent me any confirmation mail or picking up my calls. The service is very poor and they are not co operative at all.

MMC's staff is very hardworking and excellent. Always help doctors in their difficulties. Keep it up.
