I have been regular with the clinic for PRP and other hair treatment but took salon services for the first time. Poonam was really good with the pedicure and front desk was pleasently managed by Shifa. Overall very good experience.

Excellent service, Courteous staff, spacious Parlour , neat and clean also. I started with facial hair removal by laser. Almost nearing completion. Very good result. Also started taking other services also offered by the Parlour, like hair cut, Mani, pedi, platinum facial, hair colour. Must visit.

Services is too poor, backwash shampoo are duplicate, even facials is duplicate from beauty centre, waxing gowns are dirty for months,never apply nail polish, sab puraane hai, staff change hotaa hai baar baar. No professionalism. Shuddhi Salon is 100 percent better at same price. If anyone getting PRP or Mesotherapy done be very alert, I worked there for 3 months. Maine job choda everything is fake. In Mesotherapy we mix saline water and people are really being fooled and cheated. I am suggest not to go this salon & clinic

The best dentist for me, generally i m very scared to go to a dentist but Dr Bhanushali is so skillful , the treatments (multiple) were done very comfortably and with care. Everytime I visit Mumbai she takes an extra initiative to accommodate me. Her team is also awesome !

I had been taking peel treatment from this clinic just before my marriage, my leg was burnt and left all the scar on my back as well. I did not knew it would left such big scar on my back and leg. Dr. Heena is too clumsy & lets beautician practise on patients supple body. The peel that was used for my body was of cheap quality that has caused my skin problems. Though it is claimed to be foreign, trust me everything is local. It is a way of doing business, just duping money. No results at all. I also got consult for hair in the salon. They told me bomb charge. There is no specialty in the value. The manager & the hairdresser is salesman who only know to ditch people. The manager is unresponsive & hairdresser is adamant. He will do what he wants. The manager & hairdresser enjoy a lot when they get tip. They don't want to offer service who don't tip. Weird but real!!!!!! This is not clinic but hoax of products. Everything is duplicate, plz check shampoo conditioner, I just had few hairwashes after that I started having female pattern baldness. The best salon in the vicinity is Shuddhi salon & jawed habib. Style connection is the best Don't take risk of your hair.

Heyyy guys, I am going to give you very genuine review about Viva (skin ) treatment. This treatment mainly useful for open pores, acne scar and to increase elasticity of skin .so I have tried 3 sessions of Viva in redefine .Dr. heena is charging 5000rs per session...but she is using very minimal intensity so ultimately u will se no or minimum result ...and ultimately more sessions will require..so she can take more money from us...now I am taking same treatment in other clinic and within 2 session my all skin problems are gone. In short she is just there to take maximum money from us and then she will try to treat our skin issues Not recommended for Viva or peeling
