Worst management ever! Poor hygiene practices in laboratory! Hygiene- People were eating Vadapaos in pathology lab. Lab assistants were not wearing masks, gloves in path lab. Some of them were sneezing in lab as well. When I asked for fresh hospital gown for x ray test..i was denied. Management- Lot of wastage of time because of poor management and coordination. They exchanged reports of patients. I had appointment with podiatrist and the hospital staff said it will be taken care by dietitian. Even if you book advance appointment..it's gonna cost you more then 3x time. Practices: They argue with you if you bring in any other test report which is conducted outside of hospital. They have so much trust in their own results which were obtained in their unhygienic conditions even if it impacts patient health and diagnostics. Lab assistants are so lethargic and were entering wrong data in reports. You have to be aware every time while they enter data. Hospital Maintenance: Reception area AC was leaking. No Fresh aprons are provided to patients. Tools were missing from lab trays. I had to wait for 30 mins till hospital staff was able to track the tool (not sure whether they sterilized it or not). Prepare yourself for lot of sick leaves, anger and frustration, if you are still coming to this hospital !!

My dad had been admitted at 6 in the morning. He had a surgery at 9 Am. Since 6:30 Am I’ve been complaining about the Air condition in our room. So I had taken a single deluxe room. And all the charges have been charged according to the deluxe package. And right now it’s 12 Midnight and still they haven’t fixed anything. It’s been 18 Hours. The staff has been telling me that the technician is going to come but no one literally cared. And then they come and tellme that is it okay if we put two table fans. Why do we pay so much when we don’t get the services? Very bad service if I had an option to give negative rating would’ve done that.Pathetic.

One of the worst hospital in terms of billing the Patients, I was admitted here for 2 days and bill which was given at end had rates almost double the other reputed hospital. The staff just adds things to medicals without any proof. Doctors come and say hi and visit charges if Rs.1500 is charged per hi. ECG is taken very 4 hrs and in other hospitals it's Rs.300 here it Rs.540. They billed me for 50 gloves when no one was using any. I think they have some tie up with medical stores. Many other charges for equipment is added which runs in thousands. My 2 day bill was 76,000 which should not have been more than 40,000/- The ICU was not attending to patient is but more interested in gossiping whole night. Thunga hospital nearby is 100 times better and fair. Local doctors may refer u to SRV you know for what. It's a money sucking hospital and service is OK oK, some sisters and one doctor was good but rest staff I found arrogant . Since it was a emergency I went there but moved out in 2 days... This review is 20 days after discharge the Hospital TPA has not yet refunded whatever little money they are to give me back left from advance after looting… They are unarguably the worst in every department.

The main doctor doesn't even read your case history before visiting and doesn't spend more than 2 min with the patient. And without knowing patients case he suggests unnecessary tests whether you have any symptoms or not. They want to make most of the money and make ur bills hefty. Food is unhygienic and outsourced to a contractor. Food was not what we serve to patients. None of the nurses, staff were maintaining any protocol. No masks, no gloves, no sanitizing. On top of it they tell they have many swine flu patients in the premises!

Didn't have good experience for Sonography test. Invariably, you have to wait for atleast half an hr even if you take an appointment. Then there was an error in the report. Had to go to the hospital twice for report collection though the staff had confirmed earlier that it will be ready. In the last report, the film was not provided. The staff said printer is not working and it'll take another 5 days to repair the printer! Doctor is good but the staff is not professional at all.

Good service and treatment for Rich or Mediclaim policy holder. But if you're poor and don't have mediclaim .... then they not give you any attention. You Will definitely frustrating with them. I am chasing for money , which they taken from me as token/Deposite, that amount stll not receiving me back. I was paid total bill of 3 lack while discharge from hospital before 1 month.

I was admitted for Hernia Surgery. The nursing staff was amazingly too good. Always smiling, warm hospitality, always available on call with caring attitude. Housekeeping staff also were fantastic and taking care of everything time to time. Cleanliness of room, washroom etc was best maintained. RMO were also friendly and supportive. Food was also very good keeping in mind patient's requirements, and served tea/milk/ Food/ fruirs/ soup/ BF/ Meals etc Overall it was amazing experience. Thanks entire SRV team. Would like to sincerely appreciate and thank entire team @ SRV hospital.

My wife and I were both in the hospital for my wife's surgery. We speak from four days of experience. The hospital is kept very clean. Frequent cleaning of toilets and patient accommodation. The doctors here are amazing.Every person associated with the hospital is very nice. Everyone was very helpful. The medical facilities are of very good quality. I sincerely thank everyone. And a very special thanks to Yograj..he is too much reponsible person..and very cooparative..from the day one he is coordinatig the whole thing with carefully. Thank u...

This is very Bad experience in SRV hospital management and maintenance billing department. They don't have care patient. Talking very rudely. If we have insurance then taking medicine unwanted and using for another patient. Thi hospital is taking money like anything from patients. Shashikant

The service was best! All the nurses, staff and Doctors are highly professional, they made sure and checked all time that the patient was recovering good and fast. Dr. Ranjana Pandit ma'am (Gynaecologist) helped me with the best guidance and consultance and successfully did my surgery and my recovery. The office department was very much helpful and co-operative, Yograj sir made the whole insurance and admission process really easy.

My recent experience with SRV goregaon was when my mother suffered a stroke and was admitted, I was out of India, but the hospital ensured a Hassel free treatment for my mom right from her admission till discharge I would specially like to thank Mr. AJAY KALAMKAR from the hospital staff who proactively offered to help us to manage my mom's hospitalization in out absence, he was regularly coordinating with us and updating us on wts app about the progress. He helped with expediating process when ever needed. This was a big help when we were not physically present to look after my mom. I was admitted to the hospital for 2 days on purpose on getting my surgery done. I would like to appreciate the staff members (Sonali, Mama Parmar, Siddhi, Sister Sujata, Sister Sita Sharma, Vishal from the TPA team) working at the hospital. They have done a tremendous job and took good care of me. Also will recommend others about the hospital and thank you to the doctor's as well, Dr. Joshi and Dr. Nikhil Ghokhale along with his entire team did an excellent surgery and we're very kind to look after me.

One of the best facility in Goregaon West area. Professonally managed NABH accredited Group of Hospital. Find it well equipped and comfortable for attendants too. Space is constraint. But looks okay considering unavailability of sant other big comparable facility nearby.

We had an extremely good experience in the hospital. We had got admitted in emergency at 3 am on 29th October 2023 and the hospital was at our service. Hats off to our doctor Dr Gaurav Wadkar who reached the hospital within 10 mins to cater to us. He assured that he is there and gave us faith. We are extremely thankful to him and appreciate his gesture of being available at the time of need. Also thanks to the TPA desk who took minimal amount from us for ICU admission and assured that they will apply for mediclaim the next day. These actions will go long way as they help to make the patient and his relatives feel at ease. Kudos to the entire hospital staff for giving wonderful post ICU service too :)

I was admitted in SRV Goregaon few days back for my surgery. I found that hospital is very neat and clean. Nurses are very polite and comes regularly to check. Hospital staff does cleaning on regular basis. Best part is our surgeon Dr. Ashwin Samant and whole team. They take of patients really well during the operation and post surgery. I found that cashless mediclaim facility available & that's good thing. It's really hassle free. Ajay Kalamkar has helped me lot to provide necessary support for Mediclaim and provided all the help. Need to watch out for deposit refund. How many days it will take. I hope it will be settled soon. All in all a good experience.

Hospital had a slogan which says you can forget us but you cannot forget the comfort we gave you. Well that it true I do feel it after coming back home after a week. Amazing staff honest and transparent conversation with doctor. Best doctors and excellent nursing staff. Dr Jaydeep is hands down the best doctor. Thankful and grateful to everyone at SRV hospital.

Doctors are good but charges are on little higher side consultation charges for RMO is 500 and Specialist doctor charges from 1200 to 1500. For the first consultation. Good hospital feels like 5 star hotel. Probably you might be confused by my review, I recommend this hospital if you have pocket full of money and you need a better care for your health care

My mom recently underwent an angioplasty at this hospital, and I must commend the exceptional service. I had a disappointing experience at SRV Hospital. I had booked an appointment for an FNAC test but upon arrival, I was made to wait for over 90 minutes only to be denied the test. The hospital staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. Additionally, the hospital boasts about receiving two awards, which are prominently displayed on their visiting card. However, my experience makes me question the authenticity of these accolades. Despite being a multi-specialty hospital, they claimed to have only one doctor and he will not conduct the test. Overall, my experience with SRV Hospital was extremely unsatisfactory and I would not recommend it to others. Negative stars from my side to this hospital.

At SRV hospital, my father Mr Vishwas Deshpande got very good treatment by Dr Nikhil gokhale. We got excellent service during stay. all the staff at the hospital were very prompt in support. Cleanliness, patient food, medicines are worth appreciating.

My wife was admitted on 2nd September 2021 in this hospital as we were expecting our first child. Below are my observations: 1. Admission - was very smooth thanks to Yograj who made it very simple and easy going for us. 2. Cleanliness - this hospital is very clean and tidy and you will find hand sanitizer dispenser at all points of the building 3. Billing - during admission you will have to pay 80% of the overall amount for the maternity package quoted to you. They will also give you 2 id cards which act as passes for the guests coming to see the patient. Visiting hours are from 5pm to 7pm. They will charge you Rs 200 for these id cards which will be refunded to you at the time of discharge. 4. Wards - they have triple sharing, twin sharing and deluxe rooms available. I was quoted Rs 97 thousand for c-sec deliver and Rs 60 thousand for normal delivery for a twin sharing room. Charges differ if you select triple sharing or deluxe. The twin sharing room had 2 AC's and a TV and also had an attached washroom. My overall bill was 1 lac 31 thousand which included the pediatrician charges, pharmacy charges etc. 5. People - the nurses and "maushi's were very helpful. 6. Food - breakfast, lunch and dinner was given to the patient by the hospital 7. Discharge - the discharge process was very smooth like the admission process 8. Counseling - they will have a counsellor who will discuss the charges with you so that you are clear about it and don't have any discrepancy 9. Cons - while most nurses are very helpful, there were a few who were very laid back. For example - the pediatrician had informed the nurses to send my baby's blood sample to the lab @ 6am to check if there were any signs of jaundice. We kept following up with the nurse as to why the blood sample wasn't sent to the lab to which we kept getting lame excuses. Finally when the pediatrician came to see the baby at 9 am he gave them a piece of his mind and he himself took the blood sample. 10. Others - we were in that hospital for 5 days. On the 2nd day there was a mob who stormed in the hospital along with the cops and were having a heated argument with the staff as one of their relative had passed away. I don't really know whether it was due to the hospital negligence or something else. However, it was concerning because there was a huge noise which could have impacted the other patients and their family members. Overall it was a good experience for us as we welcomed our first child in this hospital 🏥

I really appreciate SRV teams work. I had last month doctor appointment which was late by 4 hours and some how they arranged doctor and did all test timely. Since i was late to back home and reports were not ready they assured me that reports will uploaded and physical copies will be sent me by postal courier. And really i recieved reports. Great work.

I had gone through Joint replacement surgery at SRV Hospital. Overall it is a good experience. From beginning i got excellent support from the front office staff to coordinate & get appointment with doctors . Dr. Bhatt did my surgery. All other staff are very cordial and helpful.

The service was good as good and clean rooms. If you can work on 1 thing that is the room doors are always open and outside noice like my father was in T1-1 so there was on duty staff desk so the sound was very loude. My Ajay was very helpful from the admission desk Thank you

If you planing to take covid vaccination here... plz don't go...no proper arrangement...they are not a bit serious about it... may be they r not getting much profit from it... insufficient staff and doctors for that... ...they make u wait for long time and waste ur whole day... and plus arrogant staff...

Very shabby behaviour of nursing staff, people go there to solve their problems and not get more infections!!! Sugar testing kit-- used cotton and used needles are kept in the same box, first time I have seen some thing like this, not even government hospitals do this kind work.i had taken my grandfather who is a diabetic senior citizen,we both noticed this hazardous things, pricking was done with used needles and used cotton. Because by the time we noticed the cotton which had blood stains,till then the pricking was done...we can't say anything because we know that our family member will be alone with these nursing staff. The management should make sure that such incidents should not happen,as diseases are transferred through blood.feel free to spread awareness about such things if anyone experience in any hospital 🙏🏻

We visit hospitals only during pain and in almost hospitals the experience for large number of people is disaster! I was one of them until I visited SRV HOSPITAL. I met Ajay Kamalkar who was indeed a gem person, he tried all the ways out to get the appointment fix with dr till operation and finally discharge. Ajay is an epitome for hospitality service! He is gem in SRV hospital
