Not worth the prices they charge. All their frames are prohibitively expensive. There are far better options available at lower prices elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money going here

*****PLEASE BE CAUTIONED****** My mother is a 71 year old pensioner and the EYENATION staff at Borivali west L.T road shop has her just sold her replacement prescription glasses for 69,000 thousand, it’s most of her lifetime savings. As her son, I demanded for a refund within a few hours of 50% payment made but the shop has refused a refund and instead wants my mother to select an alternative glasses worth 35k. I heard this is owned by TaTa and why I’m surprised with their code of conduct to old age pensioners and consumer rights. She’s vulnerable pensioner and should have standard consumer rights towards a refund for a product not yet delivered and reported within few hours. This is simply unacceptable EYENATION. I promise this will go everywhere on social media. This behavior needs to change now.

Very friendly staff and good collection of spectacles. I was traveling and Mr. Michael Rosy perfectly measured me and ensured my lenses would be ready in a couple of days, allowing me to have the right prescription on time before leaving the city. Recommended for those who values high quality, quick turnaround and VIP service.

A really good shop with an amazing selection of glasses and lenses alike. BUT DO NOT BUY GLASSES from here. I bought a very nice pair of eyeglasses from here with a 6 month guarantee. Unfortunately i damaged my glasses, and went back to them for a replacement. Suddenly they had forgotten about the warranty and asked me to pay for the replacement. I eventually got them to give me a replacement, after threatening to take them to consumer court. But when my glasses were ready, they didnt even bother to call, or even clean the lenses before handing them over. Its a really great store, but i hope to never have to deal with such horrible and disrespectful employees. i hope the management sees this and makes the necessary changes, because i truly love the collection of the store.

They have a good collection. Services are good. Payal and Satish were good. I bought 2 frames/glasses of about 80000, but their cases were of very inferior quality. I wish they maintain quality standards for spectacle cases.

Bought a pair of prescription spectacles 3 years back and they're still going strong, with no significant wear and tear to the glasses. The frame has now started to show its age a bit, but that's expected I guess. They're costly for sure, but their products are certainly very good.

Very bad experience! The staff is yelling and stubborn! Would highly recommend training for the staff, been associated with Gangar for more than 10years but this has been a pathetic experience. The eye doctor or tester changed the lens so quickly during test it was difficult to analyze! Not Gangar standard! Poor! Too loud! Bad attitude!

I have been an old customer of this branch for many years. The service calls are treated very efficiently. The variety of high end frames is very good. Ms Payal as an optometrist has been excellent and rest of the staff is very friendly & competent.

Excellent service by Mr. Santosh. Went to great length to show a large variety of frames for my wife, and was very informative about their technical differences and respective advantages. Finally she chose two which she was 100%. satisfied with. We are both senior citizens and it was a delight to be treated so respectfully.

This place offers very good opticians service. The eye check up facility is latest and greatest. Their frame collections are very good and people are very warmly. Very bad shop for buying prescription glasses - inspite of repeated requests to make a bigger size lens to fit my face a small one was made - also the shape I ordered was changed- results were so tight frame that I had to again go elsewhere to rectify the problem and with great extra expense
