Have lost all the trust and faith in kesari not only did they cancell the trip but are charging for rescheduling with out customers fault. Had sent them numerous emails told their representatives don't want future credit to be used with company want the money back to us but it just fell on deaf ears. They don't care if my dad had covid or what hardships we are facing they just want to hold on to our money and charge us for no fault of ours. These the deciding times which proves a company's reputation and metal and kesari has proved they are not up to the task and don't care for customers.higher officials should review this and take actions against such tour and travels company as how fair is it that they have taken money on advance making interest on this amount and still charging rescheduling fees also they are unwilling to return the money back to us.

Until the booking of your tour and the initial payment, they are very nice, energetic, positive and dutiful. once this is done, you need to go behind them with no proper response or answering the calls. Not organized and no replies to your emails. To get a reply, you need to call them. They always say don't worry sir everything will be taken care but in reality, you need to get your things done by yourself to get on board. during the tour, no doubt they look after you very well. The price is reasonable if you are doing it Mumbai to Mumbai but extremely expensive for J/L customers. The Thailand package is good but the Hotels and food disgusting. Kesari is good for those customers doing tours exclusively from Mumbai.

I am not so happy with my today's experience. I was looking out for suitable travel options. The sales executive was Ms. Shyama & was not eager to provide travel options, didn't provide any travel guide or catalogue for getting idea or options. When asked for any customised plan, they told us to wait for 40 mins & informed sunday their office closed. However, website says it's open frm 10.00 to 6.00.

One should never go to Kesari I paid Rs.1.20 lacs on 28th January 2020 for 8 persons all my relatives for Char Daham Yatra to be commenced on 18th May 2020 from Nizamuddin. But due to Lock Down on 24th March 2020 our Train Tickets from Mumbai to Nizamuddin were promptly fully refunded by the Railways but the Kesari didn't paid me so far copper coin. No curtsey to return the call nor attend the calls because dealing with New Customers. No reply to mails neither from Borivali Office nor from their HO since November 2020. When Kesari not spent any money for Hotel Booking or Bus Service then why they want to deduct about 18000 that also if you buy their another tour package. I travelled across the country with my children normally 15 days Tour one can book hotel cars on phone with no advance but you have to inform them at least 24 hours before arrival some Hotels even advise 12 hours is enough.

Recently I had a discussion with Kesari employee regarding our Europe tour booking done in March 2020. We had paid Rs. 70000/- for two persons as advance. Due to pandemic it was cancelled and we were given a credit shell of Rs. 22000/- Rs. 48000/- was deducted for some flimsy reasons without giving anything in writing. It is jolt to the image of Kesari tours being held by lacks of Marathi people. Why can't they adjust in domestic tours since going abroad is not a wise decision in today's circumstances.

This is our first time with Kesari tours. We enjoyed this tour. Opportunity to meet people of different cultures, education background and states. I can say a class of it's own. There's a lot of things to learn from this tour. We have in our midst people highly educated but so humble, mixing with everyone. Starting from booking the tour, we had very good experience. Ms. Pratima explained us about the tour and about the discount we get. Hospitality at the borivali office is very good. Our group leaders Mr. Rajendra and Shubham have given us excellent service. They have made our tour a memorable one. I appreciate their role. After I booked this tour, I read some negative reviews. I was little bit scared, how our tour will go. Now I am of the opinion that those negative reviews are not correct. Kesari has given us best available options (hotel, food etc) in these places specially in Arunachal Pradesh. We will cherish this tour always. We have already decided to go for our next tour with Kesari only.

Kesari is very esteemed company which take care of their guests.Recently we travelled to Europe tour with this company on 8th Oct .In order to make this tour successful in all sences Mr promod Rane our tour manager has taken an initiative a lot . He is very cooperative ,active , knowledgeable ,and tackling various types of problems and find out the solution easily.He is very kind enough and capable of keeping all 50guests in one chain. Due to which the image of kesari co.is increase He is also prompt in taking right decision at right time. Being a tour manager he is having all the essential qualities .

My parents and fil had been on different domestic and international tour in April & May 2023... Tour with Kesari was good... But the office staff of Borivali branch were not at all customer friendly.... We had too follow up for everything right from guest list, hotel list, bags etc.. The branch nos are not getting connected also the mobile number of the office Staff is not getting connected.... I was very disappointed with the service by the office staff.... They seemed to be very very lazy and indifferent towards customers need... This was not the case in our previous Tours hence I am shocked and surprised to have such experience... I will not recommend booking through Borivali branch....

Hopeless worst trip of my life …. Only due to this travel company…. Once u pay them there is no one responsible to ur problems… the only reply u get is ….. we r talking to our seniors…. No proper planning… waste ur time during trip in stores from where guides get commission……no proper planning for family rooms they allotted me and my children on different floors …. the commitment of food was not done and even after talking to them they did not took the care of…. they act themselves good by talking sweet and giving complimentary products but fail at dealing the problems whether genuine or ungenuine…. and they charge us for VIP services but they hardly provide 20-25% of VIP service …. full waste of time and money for mid age , teenagers and youngsters ….first and last trip of mine with this company . SPECIAL ADVICE NOT TO TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY IN ORBIT CENTER LIKE TURKEY , ICELAND ETC

Please avoid this tour company at all costs. We've had multiple trips with them over the years and have been severely disappointed. They do not provide prompt service and take weeks to create a plan after getting it approved within their company. Within that span all the good spots are booked and you're forced to accept their mediocre alternatives. This might have been a good tour company 10 years ago, but now all they do is extort.

They provided good information and were kind and helpful. My experience was good. The executive also shared another number where I could follow up. All queries were answered well and customer satisfaction seems to be their top priority!

I visited the borivali office to book a tour for kashmir. This is first time we will be travelling with kesari tours. Sure the tour will be as good as the experience at the booking. The staff is extremely co-operative and the office is well maintained. Special thanks to Mrunal and Prachi for their detailed explanation and support with nice smile. Keep up the good work.

We have been trying to contact Kesari Tours for the last 15 days but no response from any of their sales executives, finally when we have contacted them they said we will arrange a call back and we didn't receive any call from them this happened three times and finally some one calls after a week's time and they say we are forwarding you with XYZ's number you may contact them for your requirement and that guy asks us to fill a form for which again we have to wait for 5 days and same no response after 5 days and after continuous followup we receive a quotation which is over budget with airfare excluding all meals and excluding major things. This is so called well known renowned Kesari Tours operated by someone else that is third party 🥳 great .

We visited this kesari office for visa purpose.all The staff was very polite and helpful. .Mr.omkar pradhan handled our case. He was very attentive,helpful and checked our documents in a very systematic way. He made us feel very comfortable and helped with all the visa formalities and documentation. So thank u Omkar and all the other staff for making our visit a pleasant one....

Well established n smart tour organization is Kesai, but still can do better services* Like booking better flights, better coaches for the convenience of their customer to retain Kesari's reputation. Foreign Guides should be more enthusiastic n energetic.

Worst managed.waste of time and money.on kavad yatra ther was lakhs of yatries we didn't have Omkareshwar darshan.on 15/8/23indore was closed.two paces were mismanaged by keshari tr avels.they are in this business for 40 years.they deliberately misman6 the tour.they pretended to go there.even food at lemon tree was insufficient.bus was dropping rain water from top.seat push back was also not working.once it was back it was back.no forward.no back support.i.want my money back.2two days were waste out of 4 days.50:/: loss return.me 11000₹

Well arranged , good comfort, you don't need to pull your pocket other than your own shopping , nice accommodation and transport , nice tour arrangements , worth for your money , nice food and support by your guide

I went to Vietnam through Kesari Travels, Borivali in November. It was well organised. The tour guide for the trip Mr. Swapnil did an excellent job. We visited all places that were planned. Hotel accommodation, food and local guides were good. However there were more than necessary flights. We flew from Mumbai to Hochiminh then took connecting flight to Hanoi. Then the tour commenced. Similarly the end of the tour we flew from Hochiminh to Hanoi and then took a flight to Mumbai. These extra flights were unnecessary. Future tours should be planned with minimum flights. It can save the tourist both money and the inconvenience of additional checking in and out of airpots.

Tours with Kesari is a great experience. They're attentive to every need of their client. Only in foreign tour they waste a lot of time just to travel and reach some God forsaken Indian eatery or half a day to visit some precious stone showroom etc. Since you are part of the group you have to forcibly waste your precious day of your foreign tour there. Else for a tour with accompanying guide it's highly recommended

I had a lot of trouble getting a hotel room in international tour.There was no room booking in our name. We were made to stand outside the hotel for three hours. It was the worst experience ever

Good. One is at Dadar and here at Borivali. Staff is good. But very crowded. Kesari tours is one of the finest for Maharashtrian, Marathi people.
