I had a very bad experience, I went to the billing and admission counter for some inquiry,, Their behavior was not good and neither were they giving proper answers, Those people should guide properly,should not see their attitude to people, In a Billing section their is a lady I asked her for a person whose reference was given to me by Doctor,That lady says that I don't know if they will come, then ask them only.but I insist tell me something about this procedure then she told me you tell your doctor he will findout. I had heard very good about the hospital but my experience was not good because of billing staff

I have visited the hospital for my child's epilepsy issue. And I must say I am more than satisfied with the consultation & cure I got for my child. Also they helped me with the decent % of help in MRI cost. I am really satisfied with the dr., staff & overall management & service they are providing.

There was no queue at all and the service was very prompt and efficient.The staff is highly professional. Utmost cleanliness and hygiene was maintained at all times and found it very safe to take my mother too she is super senior citizen category. Unfortunately we wanted to take second dose too there but they were out of stock then in Apr'21. Specially we were always looked after by Nitin V from Admin,were very happy with his services,as we being senior citizens.

WORST hospital! Also they use your phone to steal money All their 5* reviews are entered by them only. They took my phone and started to add 5 star ratings without even asking me, when i questioned they lied that when we install the app the rating appears. I went for fetal 2d echo, and in the cardiology section when Dr. Is with patient ,other doctors gossip loudly about their weekend plan and do timepass. Dr. Kshitij explained us well but even he was busy signing his documents while we were waiting in front of him , everything was delayed the other doctors simply do gossip in the cardiology room or on their phone

Worst hospital, worst staff.. This hospital have only one nurse in whole ward. We have to call again again the cleaning women to clean the room No one come for regular clean up. Again it seems cleaning women is only one in whole hospital. Whenever u call she is always busy and never come. Nurse stall is rude, they never do work willingly. I suggest to go to saifee hospital. Best hospital, best staff , regularly cleans your room and nurse always try there best and give their 💯 This is my very personal experience. I will not go to srcc hospital even for any test. It is worst hospital

Deluxe Package People Please avoid this Hospital This hospital only knows how to extract money .......but services against it is zero .... although staff n doctors are good .....but hygiene, facilities and amenities forced me to give only 1 star ......this hospital lacks basics ....its not for the people who are looking for deluxe packages for their pregnant wife..... nothing is deluxe in deluxe package ......food is also not edible I will say. Everywhere you will visibly see the hospital is on cost cutting.....from lifts to no. Of staff which includes nursing n cleaning..... although staff is supportive but they have limitations too if the management is on super cost cutting.....my experience was horrible not worth the money I paid .....I feel in that package I would have gone to any big hospital and get great services ......one more thing hospital even lacks basic direction boards ..... don't believe what sales guys tell you but carry each n everything in your hospital bag or else they make you run from pillar to post even for wipes .....didn't expect this type of unprofessional behavior by hospital which is managed by NH ......my final Advice is to stay away from this hospital.....as it lacks basic cleanliness n hygiene. This hospital provides excellent care for children, with efficient management and specialized services. However, some staff members could be more courteous. They use centralized AC, which, initially set at room temperature, can be a bit stifling. After multiple requests, they do adjust it to a more comfortable 22 or 20 degrees. Even of paying so much money they will charge for unnecessary things...

Very Bad hospital. Had gotten a blood test done for my 1yr old was told will get the reports in 12hrs i got them after 36hrs that to not complete.3 test results were missing out of 6. Could have gone anywhere else and gotten the reports emailed in 4hrs. Pathology services due to report wait time is 0 . Would never recommend anyone to go there for tests.

My baby was in NICU. She got the best love and care from sisters. All the doctors were very co-operative and responsible. I had great experience there.

Overall experience is Good, well maintained and all the doctors and staff is cooperative. Met the Doctor Hegde and she explained us everything in details, not in hurry. Thankful for the appointment in short notice. Just one request, change or cover the wooden ramp near canteen and kids play area, it's slippery and my mother falls due to this. Thankfully no injury and Hope you will do something at earliest to avoid any future accident.

Management of SRCC is pathetic, there is mandate to have COVID negative report even if there is no symptoms & even after taking 2 doses of Covidshield. If patient and relatives want to get COVID test in hospital, result of Antigen test also takes 24 hrs, patient & relative have to wait in lobby for result. Hospital staff doesn't need any test, they can freely roam in hospital, as if COVID will not be spread by them. If any relative is coming along with patient, for sure that relative will have to get himself admitted in some other hospital because of this COVID test stress.

Recently visited health check up department of SRCC Hospital for a whole body check up. The entire process from check in to the end was very good. The staff at the health check department was courteous, helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for something similar services.

Before 3 years ago in 2018, I came here for my child's surgury. At that time this hospital gave us very good services in all departments. But in 2021. There are ordinary services just like government hospitals. They are looting in many ways. Lacs of bill but no so good services. Security n nurses teaches u lesson or rules only. I will rating 1 star only.

I went to the hospital yesterday to get my first vaccination dose. My friend Chetan suggested me to visit the hospital. The management staff was extremely helpful and I got my jab in no time and without any hassle. After my dose, I walked around the hospital and admired how well the doctors played and treated the children. I had a lovely meal in the cafeteria. While taking appointment of a pediatric neurologist ( not mentioning the name) i come across a very weird point where the lady on the other line asked me pay first cos hospital there will be no waiting for you that means if I won't pay online I have to wait is it? and the same Doctor takes her personal meetings in middle of the OPD please take action or stop this appointment non sense if u r not gonna follow it.
