Who don't like shopping for luxurious brands, and ZARA is the most renowned of all. One of my favourite brand to shop from. Oberoi Mall has a huge variety of luxurious and branded store's.

The collection is okaish, never found it worth the penny you pay. (Either the stitch is defective, cloth quality is poor or the colour fades within a wash🤣) THE STAFF is UNATTENTIVE, ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL. It is high time the management changes, and dedicated, warm, respectful, positive servicepersons are kept to attend and take care of their customers. Please train the staff to carry a smile than a bad attitude on their face, train them to be humble, helpful and welcoming.

Horrible staff who don’t know how to talk to treat people. Don’t help their paying customers at all, forced to buy a larger damaged piece saying he is too lazy to find the small size one. And now not allowing to exchange it when the small one is in stock! Terrible.

Zara spells quality. Love this place. But it comes at a price. If lucky, you'll find a some good bargains on their few 'discounted clothes' racks! A lot of the merchandise is made abroad. Enjoy shopping !

On 22feb bought green high waist baggy jeans cost 2990. Recently I had start wearing jean aftr 3-4 wear did hand wash. Nd colour too faded . White patch came all over jeans even can’t wear it anymore . Last 2 week I’m going to store to complaint about product dey r like mam yeh dye wala jeans hai we can’t do anything . Before buying dey didn’t inform me dat it’s dye product colour can be faded . Can’t even expect dis type of fabric nd quality after spending 2990 on a Jeans.

Zain the store manager, Assad and umaish have not cooperated with my purchases. Especially when it came to product quality they turned a deaf ear. Very poor service. Won’t recommend.

I’ve been to this Zara and many others several times, but today’s experience was horrible. There was a general rudeness of staff across board which was off-putting from the very beginning. However, I was completely infuriated when I was in changing room and the staff opened the curtain not once, not twice but THREE times! That’s right, a member of staff opened my changing room curtain multiple times all whilst I was in the middle of trying on clothes. Disgusting. Upon speaking to the manager, he was apologetic but no immediate action was taken. Disappointed and will be emailing Zara officially.

Somehow I find Zara is not meant for every Indian. So I have issues with brand. Whereas store is well maintained. Give it little Indian touch n offers to scale up.

Before buying for gift make sure they gives you bill copies per garment staple to your each garments price tag as they don’t entertain replacements without any bill copy. They will keep on waiting for hours to take manager’s permission. They don’t takes your contact number so except bill there is no proof you bought. Very sad that such a big brand have not given enough powers to their employees to take decisions without manager. Can’t keep customer waiting for hours. You are not doing obligations by changing size or product. Zara should change exchange policy in this modern era. Your product may be cost in few thousands. Customer’s each moments wasting on requesting exchange ( without bill on gifted product by your customer) is more valuable. We can’t wait so we kept our product with your sales person

It's a good place with lot of options. The staff is courteous and it's very spacious. The changing rooms are also neat and tidy and spacious.

-Dress collection is good, but very scanty collection for plus size.. -Definitely expensive -Spacious store -Fitting rooms are glitchy (outsider can view inside from sides of the curtains which don't close enough) -Not enough seating table around fitting rooms... -Staff is pretty nonchalant and scanty... -Billing is terrible...(almost every where in the town [Infiniti, Malad, too])

The Zara store in Oberoi Mall is very spacious and well arranged. It is stocked with the latest collection. Everything seems to be perfectly placed. Love shopping here with my daughter.

Zara is nice and all but I wish they kept petite sizes or a petite collection as Indian women are not that tall.

This is my all time favourite place to shop. It is inside Oberoi mall on the ground floor and not too crowded. They have clean and sanitize changing area. You will get all types of women's clothes here along with accessories like hand bags and shoes. I like this brand so much. You will find perfect body fitting clothes here in zara store.

Zara Oberoi has alot more options available as compared to other stores of Zara. During sale period you can get sizes available sometimes but not in other stores for sure. This store has a huge space and that is why you get more stocks availability here. Today reserved few leggings for my wife to buy tomorrow. I really liked this facility of reservation for products you want to buy later but within few days.

Clothing r good waiting in line for billing is way to hectic

There are several shops in the Oberoi Mall, but my favorite is Zara. It has a wide range of trendy options for women, from casual to formal attire. I'm still happy to find what I'm searching for in their shop. They still have excellent client relations and are eager to assist. There is a large variety of clothing at a decent price.

Expensive yet worthy.They have good collections of t-shirts and perfumes. their perfume collection is lit. i m highly recommending to try. The staff is always around to help besides sorting out.

The best Zara store in the suburban area. It's big and the visual merchandising is also done well. The staff is efficient when it comes to billing/providing service etc.

Products are good but staff behaviour is unprofessional. Even you will have to look for someone to help to find an article inside. We see staff members either at counter or in changing room. Please trained them and get some helpers for customers. If the customer is about to buy shoes, showroom has 1 or 2 stools to sit on to try. Sometimes new customer has no idea where to try the shoes. Either go to Changing room just for shoes.

This is typical collection and suits to only those who are in to that kind of fashion also not pocket friendly.

Nice collection and variety of items

Zara is the best store with all top quality products. The variety of tops, shirts, t-shirts, skirts, jackets, sandels, shoes, perfumes, pants, formals etc...for mens, women, babies is divided into sections which is convenient for all to shop. The price rates are high ofcourse because of the brand value. But i will recommend that you can try a perfume or shirt for your first purchase here.

Liked the collection. Price is ok too but not a single staffer can answer questions on material, warranty or wearability of the stuff they sell.

Good options for male, females and kids.. Also they are having N number of products Ambience is good Very spacious showroom Good thing is they are having around 10-12 trial rooms which is very good from me.. as i visit any store they are just having 4-5 trail rooms, and it will take more time for me to try such things.. Overall four star rating from my side as i usually visit there and outlet location was also perfect.. You should try formals they are having very good options for it..

Huge and spacious store with in trend designs and fashion for all seasons. Their designs are unique with a focus on quality fabric. One negative thing I found , not all designs are available in all sizes. My wife liked a shirt but was not available in her size and when checked they didn't have it in warehouse too. Next available option was in Pune. I would have liked if they would have supported in getting it delivered / procured.
