The clinic is very hygienic as well as the staff is very friendly. The way the check up is done with all the extra care and safety is really amazing. I highly recommend Physio and Diagno Lounge.

Its too expensive comparatively. I visited with my mom their service is good but their drs r very rude. Due to some emergency we could not reach on given time so they started asking us personal reason of getting late. Also she scolded on my mom n gave attention only for 15-20mins n charged for half hour. N when i got late she asked me to attend session only for 15mins but i denied. Only wants to loot the customer. You should atleast try to understand that patients come to you with pain n even if anyone is getting late so there must be some reason. Instead of helping ur patient you people tries to become personal and wants to know the exact reason of being late. Pathetic experience

So would love to share a great feedback for this lounge .All the staff present over here was truly amazing and very much helpfull in all the necessary ways required.Felt very much relaxed and didn't take a lot of time to complete my checkup . I had severe sciatica with scoliotic shift on right side (LIST) which was so unbearable i fell unconscious twice while trying to getup. I dint knew whom to approach, so i dialed to Physcio lounge and had asked to send a physiotherapist as i was in no state to travel. They sent Dr.Swati Bansal. She is amazing doctor. She made me feel extremely comfortable and motivated. I felt depressed that i could never walk again as i had my waist twisted and the pain which was more horrifying. I couldn't thank more to Dr.Swati. Very positive , Professional and energetic. Her advises were very apt. She gave me exercises followed with Electro-therapy which helped ease my pain slowly. My scoliotic shift got better slowly. It takes lot of hardwork and everyday workout. Dr.Swati planned my exercises really well and increased workout levels slowly bearing the conditions in mind. It helped me to get through all. I improved a lot. But unfortunately she left Physio lounge and then i was transferred to other doctor from which i was not very happy. They looked more freshers and not so confident while sessions. I was very disappointed and left treatment from Physio Lounge Very rarely we get such people as she is very transparent and truthful in terms of giving advice and discussing about the condition. Very professional, motivated and positive. I would have highly recommended her. I really wished she dint left.

One of the family members has visited to VRX two.days back I will only say a bunch or idiots are there the staff are ilatrate we have visited from JP MORGAN AHC all the time the staff and doctors are just asking for sales I was thinking that we have not visited for medical centre more over it was a shopping mall specially the staff are 10th fail I think so so I request you guy be careful for visiting for your medical test again I will say nothing just a bunch of idiots. @people spread peice in every corporate

I had my company sponsored health check up here and it was disappointing experience. I had my previous health checkups in NM and Suburban diagnostics and I found below differences in VRX. 1) Less experienced staff - while collecting blood they got my correct vein in 4th attempt. It was painful experience. 2) Breakfast quantity is very less - they serve only small quantity of poha and not even cup of tea. Other labs provides Idli/ Khakhra , fruits and tea along with poha. After 12 hrs of fasting we can easily finish 4 plates of Poha they offer. 3) Less professionalism - Sonography doctor was very late. Even after having my PP blood collection I had to wait for 1 hr for sonography doctor. I got late to office because of this.

Very Disappointed, visited the Lab on 20.11.22, had called in advance to check the timings since it was a Sunday , i was advised on call that the lab opens at 8, but when I reached with my aging mother, up until 8.30 am there were no staff in sight and the lab was shut, have been treated by Dr modi in the past, hence had high expectations from his lab, but it is a big disappointment , ppl in the medical fraternity need to be little empathetic with patients ..

They’re highly unprofessional and insensitive. They took my blood test, no receipt, no email of the report. No contact number given to discuss or constant. Above everything they have the audacity to say THEY forgot. Please think twice before going to such labs who are so money oriented.

Very horrible and worst experience at all. After a book appointment no one share a timing of check up. If you call and ask about timing they don't know about that. And finally you reach there so they said sir you need visit before that time. And second thing they don't have a manner to talk someone. And the guy who sit at reception he don't know how to operate pc he called two people front of me to check appointment. They charge to much of money and give zero percent service. I suggest to you guys not visit there. And if you have lots money to waste so please go there.
