I
had
gone
to
withdraw
my
cheque,
the
moment
i
entered
in
the
bank,
The
Staff
said
"
SYSTEMS
ARE
NOT
WORKING,
KINDLY
WAIT"
...
than
i
waited
almost
30
mins.
Later
the
staff
denied
to
give
me
cash
as
they
were
very
rude
to
me
and
asked
me
to
visit
the
home
branch.
Then
i
interacted
with
the
Senior
Officer
of
the
Branch
and
that
Lady
Officer
was
very
rude
and
she
was
confirming
everything
with
the
branch
and
Registered
phone
no.
Even
after
confirming
the
same
on
phone,
Still
she
was
not
at
all
ready
to
give
me
cash.
She
was
keep
arguing
me
and
asked
me
to
speak
to
your
home
branch
and
tell
them
to
send
an
E-mail
to
us
as
confirmation,
Based
on
the
Email
Confirmation,
I
will
give
you
cash,
Now
tell
is
that
my
job
to
speak
to
the
home
branch
and
asked
them
to
send
an
email
confirmation,
When
they
have
already
confirmed
on
phone,
That
the
client
is
genuine.
You
can
proceed
but
thay
lady
was
not
listening
anything.
I
was
totally
helpless
and
dissappointed,
as
I
wasted
my
2
Hours,
Just
to
withdraw
my
Cheque.
One
of
the
worst
experience
that
i
ever
had
in
my
life.
This
is
one
of
the
worst
Branch
of
IOB.
One
of
the
Worst
Banking
Employee
that
i
ever
met
in
my
life
