This is a spacious recently constructed business park called "Eastern Business District" also called "Magnet Mall" also known as "Metro Mall". The interiors are of an amazing quality, looks pretty high end from outside and inside as well. Clean washrooms and free parking area.

Good Place except no AC in most of the offices. I went for a job interview here and was surprised to see no HVA inside the office just some table Fans. And this ain't just any normal office, they do HVAC for other Buildings

Basically its name defined it very well its a business place , but at the entrance floor having a entertainment stalls and shopping shops. Structure is fine it has 3 floor and underground parking.

It's business park with shopping shops on grou d floor and parking in basement. Very clean and nicely maintained though many shops are vacant. It's quite huge and has multiple wings connected from inside. But no board showing all names at one place, making bit difficult to search particular office. Also elevators are not moving and one has to climb the steps of elevators. In 3 storied business park and huge premise.like this, non-working of elevators doesn't fit and one has to take life to go upsatairs.

Very good place to watch movies, have food in various available restaurants and nice ambience. Place is very neat and tidy. Commercial offices are also available on rent.

Pretty vast mall converted into commercial office space. Huge lobby, large parking lot. But overall needs better maintenance and management. Has a supermarket and a couple of banks and ATMs within premises. Limited dining options. Needs better facility management and cleanliness across areas. Escalators and lifts need proper maintenance, to provide seamless movements as office crowds keep growing. Air conditioning in lobby and common areas too shut down.

A very well laid out commercial complex .. the only point where it majorly lacks is on escalators and elevators .. none of them ever function properly
