Store.
Here
are
some
great
reasons
not
to
visit
this
store
ever.
Usually
for
eye
related
issues
I
used
to
go
to
Hiranandani
Titan
Eyeplus.
When
I
saw
one
of
the
showrooms
of
Titan
Eyeplus
in
my
area
Chandivali
then
went
to
it
to
change
my
spec's
lenses.
Sakina
and
Arshad
were
there.
I
would
recommend
everyone
please
if
you
want
to
save
your
time
and
free
from
drama
and
tantrums
then
never
visit
this
showroom
ever.
The
lady
Sakina
is
full
of
lies.
Here
is
the
list
of
lies
which
she
felt
so
proud
of
while
saying
it
after
giving
my
order
on
the
date
19th
Feb,
2022.
She
called
me
on
22nd
Feb
2022
for
submission
of
my
spectacles
as
lenses
have
arrived.
1.
Ma'am
you
would
get
your
spectacles
tomorrow
at
7
p.m.
Date-19th
Feb
2022.
2.
On
20th
Feb,
2022
I
was
not
able
to
go
to
the
Titan
Eyeplus,
Chandivali
because
of
some
issues.
3.
On
the
21st
I
arrived
at
Titan
Eye
Plus,
Chandivali
to
get
my
spectacles
exactly
at
5
pm.
She
(Sakina)
said
that
the
delivery
boy
is
coming
by
bus.
He
would
reach
within
5
mins
so
you
need
to
wait
Ma’am.
I
said
I
could
not
wait.
I
need
to
pick
my
nephew
from
daycare.
She
took
my
address
for
home
delivery.
4.
After
reaching
home
I
gave
her
a
call
after
an
hour.
She
said
the
delivery
boy
is
old
so
he
is
taking
1
hour
to
reach
my
location.
Additionally,
he
had
to
do
one
more
delivery
in
my
building
too.
According
to
Google
Maps,
to
reach
my
home
by
vehicle
takes
6
mins,
and
by
walking
it
takes
19
mins
to
cover
the
distance
of
1.3
to
1.4
km.

I
called
after
an
hour.
Now
Arshad
said,
Ma'am
I
would
be
leaving
now
and
would
reach
within
10
mins.
Now
this
delivery
boy
had
converted
into
a
young
boy
from
an
old
man.
6.
I
called
again
to
shout
and
asked
to
tell
the
truth,
and
I
would
definitely
write
a
feedback
regarding
this.
7.
Sakina
called
to
apologies
and
she
came
with
some
new
excuse
that
the
old
delivery
had
left
now
someone
else
would
come
to
deliver
my
order.
I
told
her
directly
why
you
were
giving
me
stories,
and
this
call
from
Sakina
was
basically
to
not
to
give
her
negative
feedback
when
I
had
sent
this
message
to
Arshad
last
time.
8.
Story
continued
like
this
and
every
time
I
called
the
only
message
I
had
received
was
that
it
would
get
delivered
within
10
minutes,
and
finally
I
got
my
order
at
9
pm.
I
waited
from
5
pm
to
9pm
just
to
get
my
own
spectacles.
This
order
I
was
supposed
to
get
one
day
before
at
7
pm.
The
packaging
was
poor
too
because
they
thought
I
was
already
going
to
give
negative
feedback
so
how
does
it
matter
if
it
would
give
this
customer
poor
packaging
service.

I
have
never
expected
such
poor
service
from
Titan
as
i
am
a
or
should
i
say
i
was
long
term
regular
customer
of
Titan
Eyeplus
Hiranandani.
The
question
still
remains
the
same.
Is
this
COVID
-19
had
forced
Titan
to
hire
such
low
quality
and
not
trustworthy
staff?
Or
is
it
Quality
vs.
Quantity?
