Got my eye brows done by Ashmi 1. She charged me for microblading 38 k after 2k discount 2. She used black colour for my brows 3. She did the filling of brows with black colour rather than giving many strokes which saves time and energy for her 4. My eyebrow was looking like someone spilled jet black eye Kohl on my brows 5. She said it always looks that way in the beginning but it will subside. I trusted her 6. When I came back she said it's the problem with your skin .. you have melasma that's why your skin absorbed black colour. 7. I asked her to lighten it .. she did but it was shaby work and it was still dark .. she said it will get lighten soon 8. When I complained after a month it's still dark .. she said it's your skins mistake .. it absorbed colour .. so she will refund half the money 9. She did not accept her mistake that she used black colour and then filled my whole eyebrow with colour rather than strokes .. very few strokes rest all filling 10. I graciously accepted half money rather than claiming full 11. She returned 16.1k back .. I said you have to give 19k back .. 1e. She said she paid tax already so she can not return the GST back ... I said I did not ask for full money back for spoiling my eyebrow .. all I did was to ask only half resulting your timely .. still she said she won't pay back. 12. GRAND MASTER and all are just name she changed for herself after applying for few certificates... She is still not a good artist .. I went to the dermatologist .. they said it's not your skin it's the colour the artist used was wrong .. even giant make up companies uses eyebrow pencils as dark brown not black. Dermatologist said it's a bad work by artist who doesn't know much about which colour use and artist did only filling rather than giving full strokes... Because she filled your brows with black colour it looks very weird. I went with the hype she created in the market and cursed myself as the eyebrow looks really bad and people often ask why did you put so much black eyebrow pencil on your brows .. it looks so fake and I always say thanks to Ashmis Brow master service ... She did this!! When she does mistake .. rather than owning she will blame your skin absorbs colour too much, blood coming that's why no strokes , hope no one goes through this !!! Ashmi you should be ashamed.... If I was just one of a bad case for you ... You should have accepted your mistake gracefully rather than blaming everything other than your self and being greedy and cheap I PAID Ashmi to spoil my eyebrow!! Brow master is really bad !! Just paid marketing ... All air !! Additional comment - 01/02/2023 Please note - After my review was posted on Google about Ashmi and Brow master .. Ashmi called and said sorry my staff did not handle your case well I will take care of this from now on. She offered me brow lightening session.. I said it has been two sessions already .. if you keep working on my brow then it will hamper my brow hair growth .. she said it won't please check with your Dermatologist and let us know. I said ok. Then I saw her reply in this review saying she accomodated my kids and fed them and all ... --I asked for morning session ( when my kids go to school) they were never available so I said my little kids are there .. staff said it's ok to get them. My maid was taking care of kids . Food they ordered for my kids.. I paid for it !! Her employee just ordered from Zomato.. Thank you for covering your blunder by bringing my kids in your blame game. Regarding why I did not go back to previous brow artist - As I mentioned in my comment above I fell for the marketing done by her and her team and I really thought she would be better than the other artist and also she is charging double .. she must be really good at her work. Now I started reading her negative review .. and noticed .. she is doing the same in every negative feedback .. she is defaming the client and also saying she offered service and they are not coming .. but it was her who spoiled their brow. Not deleting my review

Just go for it, Bang for buck. I was quite nervous before the processes, but the staff were professional & friendly. They made sure all my weird queries 😅 were resolved & I was relaxed during entire session. Also made sure that I was happy with the final look. I went for combination eyebrow, as my eyebrows were on sparse side & the results after 2 sessions were amazing "natural & full looking eyebrows 🥰".

Hello friends, I am very happy to share my experience with you, my eyebrows was very thin and uneven, i done ombre powder by a one of bro master lady before, she is also very nice lady but may be somehow she have less experience in this field so may be the shape and length were not the same. My face looked very bad, but Ashwini mam from Ashmi mam's center at Bro Master Bandra solved all my eyebrows problem at once. Every staff here is very helpful and always with smiley faces. I visited the brow masters for Dark lip correction and I am super impressed with the work these guys do. No doubt Ashmi is the best artist out there but the staff there is so cool, helpful and cooperative. They made me feel like home. Jazz coordinated with me the entire time and it was just in sync and the other artist were so helpful in every possible way! Ashmi is an amazing person! She is blessed with great experience and techniques. After a long research and difficult who to trust with my eye brows microblading, because it can get tricky, i finally decided to do it at the Browmasters bandra and it wasn't a bad decision at all. I have zero regrets. Entire staff here is so cooperative and helpful. They take time to make you understand the entire process and ensure you understand it. This was a wonderful experience. I have got my combination brows done by Sujitha. She is a lovely person and really great at her work. I was very comfortable with her at both sessions. I have also done both sessions of eye liner from Ashmi. She has made perfect almond shaped eyeliner for me. She chose the suitable shape as per my face shape. It was getting difficult due to my left eye crease structure which was making liner shape look different than right eye. But Ashmi pulled it off so easily n confidently. A great experience here. Starting with the first point of contact Saavi who gave me appointment and also adjusted it according to my convenience. She gave a detailed explanation about the procedure. Answered all questions satisfactorily and prepped me well. Post which the Ashwini took over for the procedure and she was great. Such a detailed work and constantly looking for making it the best version of itself. She was also constantly asking for feedback from me and keeping me aware of what was happening. I always wanted perfect brows and decided to try Browmaster. After the first sitting, I was a bit skeptical as the brows were too dark. But I was warned about it beforehand and had also read many reviews that it was normal. After 3 days, i started receiving many compliments from my friends that they looked shapely, full and importantly, natural. I just completed my second sitting with them few days ago and today they look perfectly natural. Not too dark, coloured, or made up. I got my brows done by Ashwini, she is the Jr. Artist and I must say her work is phenomenal! With great patience she carries out her work and will not stop till she finds perfection! Extremely comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge. Study material is excellent. 2. Hands on training. They Provided me with amazing and cooperative models to practice on that was absolutely fantastic as I did not have to struggle to find models at all. 3. I have a scar running on 50% of my left eyebrow. And also the brows are not thick or dense. Also I was very particular that the brows look natural but with a perfectly arched shape. All in all I was a difficult one to please. But the technician who did my brows understood the shape I desired so well that my brows have been getting noticed in every photo there is of me. My scar still can be seen at angles and sunlight and hasnt caught the colour well but i’d still recommend Browmasters 10/10. Having rubbed brow pencil on scars for 18 years, this has come like a blessing to me.

Worst experience. I have done my eye brows on Aug 2021 . They made jt so dark and thick . It’s been two years the colour is the same dot black and I look so weird . When I went to discuss about this in the studio , they just ignored. They are just after making money . No post care service .it’s pathetic.
