Not A Big Fan of Bib Bazaar. Though I liked it staff was polite and Helpful Variety of stuffs is well maintained Since it was 9am I wondered whether it will be open or not ? But it's was open and well functioning.. Fresh Fruits and Veggies were available . Yes It's Recommended

This is Smart Bazaar rightly called so, as they *cheat* the customers SMARTLY. For example, the price of a product is increased, more than 100-150 Rupees at the Billing counter! Manager kept blaming employees, and No Solution was provided for an error on their part. The manger raised his hands, & said nothing can be done! Lost money and precious 3-4 hrs due to this error from their end. Honestly the earlier Big Bazaar had better staff & mangers to sort any issues.. #BringBigBazaarBack

Pathetic service, bought Fridge worth Rs 30000/- but delivered a damaged piece not once but twice. Now trying to return and take money back but still struggling to do so.

Smart Bazar at Matunga (West) is very specious and is well stocked. It reminds me of malls in western countries. The staff is very helpful. Prices are competitive and lot of offers are there everyday resulting in great savings. We go there regularly and are quite happy as customers.

Good offers... But billing is the worst.... Almost 70℅ counters are closed and when in afternoon time we have to wait for long queue... I guess the managers of this location are sleeping. Always facing issues in billing.

Parking is biggest problem. Only 3-4 cars can be parked. Other place is occupied by tempos and delivery vehicles. Its jam packed with material as if they don't have a warehouse, very difficult to move around on weekends and evenings. Some goods are at good discount, many at nominal discount. Billing counters are fast and staff is courteous. AC gets switched off much earlier than closing time often Also we should be allowed to carry our own empty bags in a sealed condition to the billing counters. Quite often it's a double the effort in emptying the contents for billing from the cart, again putting all of them in the cart and then again putting them inside our bags at the Entrance. It's too much of hassle as there are no packers available as opposed to what were there during Magnet and Big Bazaar.

Big Bazar is a retain chain of hypermarkets, discount department stores and grocery stores. This particular Big Bazar is really big. It has all the other sister chains like Fashion at Big Bazar (fbb), Food Bazar et cetera also here. You can find everything that you will need for your house and yourself under one roof here, from home decor, electronic appliances, furniture, toys, cosmetics, groceries to kitchen utensils. Also, everything is well managed and maintained. However, one thing that I find they can improve is to have more support staff who can guide customers. This is precisely why I have deducted one star from the rating. I would also advice them to keep chairs or sofas or make some sort of sitting arrangement in every section or department, because this store is really huge, one really gets tired if you check out every department, especially if you are with kids and elderly. Just a thought. I was also satisfied with the discounts that were on offer. At the same time, if they can up the discounts and offers in their kitchen utensils section that would be great. Overall it really is a happening place to come shop at. If get hungry or thirsty while shopping, refreshments are also available, you will have to pay for them though..

Good place to shop. Staff is cooperative. You can take trolley almost to the footpath from where the staff brings it back. I requested the staff to help my wife and daughter by accompanying while crossing the road with trolley full of shopped material. They happily obliged. Tender coconut with lots of water was available for drinking on the spot. Not much queue while billing due to multiple billing counters. Taking away single star only because of shortage of parking space. Else, it's a good mall for shopping daily essentials.

In my opinion this is the biggest reliance store. It's impossible that you will not find what you want. Form clothing to grocery every thing under one roof. Nice smiling staff,clean environment..

I go there regularly recently, products, availability and choices are good. As I go early as it opens, I found the staff uncooperative and unfriendly. The girls at the payment counters, are not customer friendly and not trained the manner they have interacted, last being this morning. The man at the grain and dry fruit counter was also in one visit uncooperative. I am a senior citizen and visit other malls too and find help easier to get.

Supermarket is short on staff. On Sundays or any holidays, the place is a wreck! But it's got most of the groceries, so that's a plus point. Foreign foods are limited to only chocolate Edit: they have improved quite a lot. Staff is extremely helpful when loading your purchase in cars. A variety of things are now available, which weren't earlier. Extremely small space for parking and can fit around 6-8 four wheelers only

I literally feel to put a consumer court case against you guys. Today while leaving from there the machine started beeping, no idea why . I generally buy clothes from here which was earlier called magnet then bigbazar and now smart Bazar by reliance but first time experienced it. I have doubted among other 1000 customers for thefting and took me to very inside dirty washroom for body checking. Nothing was found, I am guessing it because I wore kurti bought from here. But your single sorry doesn't cover for all this you did. Was of my time and please improve your logistics before questioning someone's reputation. I need a answer or I'll make this experience viral through video!!!!!!!! Reliance you got zero customer experience and nor your employees are trained🤮🤢

Extremely disappointed. ACs were off or under-performing. Severely understaffed. Billing took forever at check-out. Only ½ the counters were staffed! Was shunted by the staff from one check-out queue to another because of some glitch(?) in the system. Subjected to another endless wait at the 2nd counter. Finally got fed up and left without buying anything

Best deals.... Best prices.... Fbb is also good.... Cleaned and sanitised area.

Great!!! Well stocked, nicely layed out with customer convenience in mind and great bargains. It was a pleasant surprise after a long time absence due to corona concerns. Store appeared a little understaffed though with delay at check-out counters. Perhaps waiting for footfalls to increase. Thank you !!

A regular supermarket on steroids. But chaotic and substandard. Rats roam free in their flagship store, and the staff will actually tell you that they are harmless. Expired and re-labelled products, damaged packaging are common. Most affordable items are of poor quality

It was big bazaar before and magnet previously. Nothing much has changed except it has exchanged hands with multiple brands. It is called Smart Bazaar but there is nothing smart about it with card readers not working at checkout and ironic that jio network is extremely poor when i attempted to pay via UPI.

Good place, central & western person shopping easily because rly station near by smart Bazaar Shop. Placed an order yesterday at 4pm and opt for delivery for the next day i.e today its 10pm i haven’t received the delivery. They had promised to deliver it the next day before 12pm. Tried calling the customer care they stated we have no update because its new store.

Great experience. Found everything we were looking for and the fruits & veggies were fresh and of good quality. Covid-19 norms were also followed. Would recommend coming here every weekend.

Lots of things you could get almost everything, great loyalty offers, good accessibility, good quality groceries and fruits available, helpfull staff, good place to hangout with your girlfriend, you wont like it if you're a call person because network there is legit weak in some places.

Worst bazar now because they were checking pocket duing exit....came in the store from 5km because since big bazar i love to com nd purchase now worst happened already now comes 10% customer compare to bigbazar in such behaviour wil go toward doward down 2% only

Still developing into one stop for all shopping. Didn't get much to see as it was a quick visit for grocery. Appeared well managed though. Relatively well priced too.
