As a resident of Lodha Park, I'm putting this review out there so that others looking to invest in Lodha Park think twice. The quality of construction is extremely poor. Instead of walls there are glass facades which are all leaking in the monsoon. See pictures. The space above the glass facades are made of gypsum. There is no concrete so you can't even drill to put up curtains. They glorify the property with pictures of the amenities. There are leakages which they are not able to fix.

Lodha Park as the name suggest is a very much luxurious project. It houses flats ranging from 1 BHK, 2BHK to 4 BHK. It has total 78 floor. Also, the view from the window is stunning. The window's openable area is only 30%. It has Lodha World Tower as its neighbour which is tallest residential tower in the world. Not to forget it houses Cricket Ground, Swimming pool, Gymkhana. Mesmerizing view from top of the building is a must watch. It a good place to live but the cost is very much high as compared to other project, this is mainly bcoz of area in which this property is located and also the quality of construction that they are offering. Flats are not that spacious but they provide a breathtaking view of the mumbai skylines. It's a premium residential tower which provides a decent life. This property is value for your money as it provides plenty of fresh air, natural light and spectacular views for an idyllic living. Must visit and check the sample flat in case you wish to buy any of these flats. The entrance of this property need to be improved as security ask a lot of questions and they will not let you go without OTP or owners permission.Fine Italian marble flooring, premium finishing and European bath fittings you can find all this here. Gated community. No visitor allowed without permission. Owner sends the OTP thru app, which needs to be verified at the gate. Visitor parking is available on 5th floor P5. The worst experience one can have, after buying a home. The Sales team makes false commitments at the time of selling the house... The CRM team has no co-ordination with Sales team's commitments and the buyer is lost, confused, harassed in between the confusion among the internal teams! They also expect you to cough major amount after possession of the flat, for their own miscommunications internally!

Indoor pool with controlled temperature. For kids separate Playspace with swings etc. Walking, cycling tracks. Restaurants. Choice between high-rise building flats of 75 floors and 3 floored villas. 4 towers are there presently and 2 more under construction. Lodhas have tried to provide all modern amenities.
