Worst burger ever….. Warm bread with cold patty inside and rotten vegetables Very bad experience

Youll guy's work at a snails pace. Even a tortoise would be faster. After waiting on line for 15 mins, I was told the Item I wanted is not available even though it was in the display case. Pathetic service and lazy staff.

I came to Mumbai T1 and I visited in cafe cafeccino and this worst sandwich called chicken tikka & I Paid 260 worth that time I feel this is worst sandwich I had so don’t try & don’t waste your money for this outlet 🤮🤮

We had 2 puffs and 2 cups of tea for around 30$. Somehow it felt that silver would have costed cheaper for the same weight.

The disposable cups for coffee (hot beverages) are of very poor quality- the paper body starts sagging in the first few minutes and the lids don’t fit tightly. If you are trying to copy Starbucks for this (these cups certainly look like you are trying to ape Starbucks) then focus on getting the QUALITY of these cups. You can’t price products at high premium while delivering low class and low quality- customers are sensible and understand VFM concept!

Rude staff. Pathetic food. Cabbage was darker than the dark jokes my friends crack. Why does this place even exist in first place at CSMIA?

I came first' time in mumbai to attend my meeting. Than again I have to go back to Delhi from T1 .so I'm thinking to take some hot beverages from "cafeccino" from Mumbai T1 Mr Prem & Wajid sayed provide me Good tea with nicely and politely behaviour.. Pathetic Food. I am giving 1 star bcuz there is nothing below that. Stale bread, sour cucumber and value for money zero. I felt uneasy after eating.

Very Bad Food , my stomach felt bad after eating their sandwich. Airport authorities should see to this. Mumbai being a big airport and these kind of Cafés are spoiling Names .

Don't even go to this place in your worst nightmares. Sandwich tasted as if it was some piece of wood. Tomatoes were rotten like am I supposed to pay 2000 rupees for this?

I think reviews don't lie, Served a stale burger worth 355 rupees and a rude server who is not ready to accept that the burger is stale. Avoid!

The veggie gourmet burger is just a fancy named burger with no real deal to show for. Cold patties inside with stale vegetables which are just microwaved. A very bad burger. Chicken burger also is just good enough to fill your stomach. You guys could really work on the freshness of your food.

Oily burgers, ok service, normal atmosphere, can do less oily food with better recipe and quality

Mixed Berry Muffin tasted stale & dry. Do. Not recommend. Saving grace was that it was heated well.

I was in the line for 20 mts. Cash counter man was slow as a tortoise, rude least helpful. Returned empty handed. Fast and congenial service expected.

Quick service but they overheated the samosas which made it really difficult to eat. Not happy with the quality of food

The Hot Chocolate out here is amazing. They have put extra chocolate powder & thats what make them super amazing.

Spoilt my morning...they are clearly serving stale items.I should have read reviews first. It's a suggestion to all travellers to take sometime to check reviews and have food from quality outlets, since at airports usually we have enough time. These outlets should not be entertained and please refrain from having food from such places.

When u know your product is not something really out of the box which at a point is not even expected, atleast hire staff who are polite. Morning staff chatting around enjoying her coffee. But when asked for a heat cap responded " it's kept there take it". Talking like is angry and came to duty after fight.

Worst noodles I have ever eaten. Even a street hawker makes better noodles. Just tasteless burnt stuff… disgusting

Food was not fresh! If you charge this much amount, please provide customer with fresh stuff. It feels disappointing to eat stale items after paying so much. :(

The quality of the food is very bad and it is very expensive. If a place is charging so much, at least it should maintain some quality. It was very disappointing to buy food from here.

Good airport coffee shop for a quick coffee and snacks before you catch your flight. Quick service.

It's ok to take fast food.. in Mumbai airport.. little costlier like other stalls.. pizzas,cakes,coffee,ice creams, cool drinks etc available...

Rating 1/5 because there is no option for zero. Tried cold coffee paid 330/- , it was not worth 50/-. Dur to its visibility people go there. If you are reading this just see diagonally opposite, yes "cafe coffee day" is there.
