We’ve just returned from a truly memorable two week holiday in India arranged by Reju and the team. Insights 2 India (& Specifically Reju Jacob) provided us with an excellency planned and executed trip. There is nothing we could fault or ask for improvement on. Communication was excellent both in the planning stage and during the trip. Everyone involved, reps, drivers, guides were in place on time though out the trip and full contact details provided by Reju as we went. The itinerary was well planned and exceedingly interesting. Planning our holidays with insights 2 india has always been a pleasure!! This time the jodhpur jaisalmer experience was perfectly tailor made to our requirements!! Would definately travel again with insights 2 india and esp plan our itenary with reju jacob!!

A very professional and caring travel agency! The 2 of us wanted a 5-week trip in South-India and we did have some different requirements. We certainly did not want a standard package. Fortunately, the office manager, Reju, was very willing to listen to us and help us in setting up the itinerary. We love to hike, trek and mountain bike, so that to be part of the trip. And he also found a very flexible and good English-speaking driver, who did not mind getting up at 5 am because we wanted to climb Meesapulimala Peak. And this happened more than once! As a matter of fact, our driver visited places he never visited before, making it an enjoyable trip for him too. The agency also helped us in making some mid-trip changes to our accommodation. So, all in all we were happy with Insights 2 India. But most of all we liked South India so much, thanks to the lovely people, our driver and Reju from Insights 2 India.

Reju and team at Insights2India organsied our tour of Kerala in December 2022. This tour was originally booked in late 2019 but because of the Covid pandemic postponed several times until at last we were able to travel in late 2022. Despite the many false starts, Reju and team came up trumps and made our tour in December 2022 most memorable and enjoyable. The tour was organised with meticulous precision and nothing was too difficult and they pandered to our every requests and variations. The entire team supporting us were most kind, warm helpful and went out of their way to please us and make our tour and stay most comfortable, very memorable and enjoyable. Kerala was green, lush , warm and beautiful and indeed "God own Country" but it was the people and their kindness and smiles that we will always remember. My sister and I had the most wonderful tour of Delhi, Agra and the length and breath of the historical state of Rajasthan. We were absolutely taken care off from the moment we landed in Delhi till my return flight to London. Although we travelled long distances by car we didn't feel tired as we had a comfortable car for the whole duration of 17 days. We also had the same obliging driver. The choice of hotels were very luxurious from start to finish. This was the most hassle free holidays I've ever had and given we were in India, it's even more astounding! Reju Jacob was always at hand via WhatsApp to keep us informed of who our guide was going to be each day. Needless to say that we will not hesitate to explore India again with Insights 2 India and will recommend Reju to all our friends and family.

We recently completed a very beautiful and awesome 14 days Srilanka vacation. We had booked the entire tour with Reju from Insights 2 India. Overall, it was a fantastic superb experience and we highly recommend using their services for your vacation needs catered specially for you. We have been to many places for vacation with other companies, but by far this vacation was the best. Personalized, meticulously detailed with our needs, comfort and interests in mind. Firstly – During the booking process, Reju was very detailed, very patient, fully understood our requirements/interests and put together a very nice itinerary that covered all aspects of Srilankan culture – from a historical perspective, mountain ranges, the wild life, beaches. We had few rounds of back and forth with the itinerary, but Reju was patient and accommodated all of our requests. Before our vacation, he was constantly in touch with us to ensure we have everything packed, visa formalities completed, etc… We also had dietary restrictions and he helped ensure all of that was well taken care of…. Secondly – When we started our vacation, we would get daily messages from Reju. He would check how our stay is going and if there is anything he needs to do/follow up. We had an incident where we had to shift our hotel room and he very promptly followed up and sorted it out within hours – which is highly commendable. The overall itinerary was very relaxing and not hectic at all. Finally, it was a very memorable vacation and the entire end to end process was well arranged and managed by Insights 2 India. I travelled recently solo and with my son - with Insights 2 India on a custom tour of Delhi, Agra & Kerala. We were concerned with my solo travel and breaks within the trip. It was a great trip, extremely well organized with high quality staff(well informed, friendly, always on time), top hotels, very good food, went to all the sights we had planned and more! This is perhaps the fourth time we have booked with Insights 2 India and yet again not disappointed at all. The company and its staff have conducted themselves professionally while applying a high degree of customer care with attention to detail. We were welcomed by staff at the airport international arrivals all the way through to the hotel check in, and as a result the whole process became seamless. We made a small negative comment on the hotel room and Insights 2 India managed not only a change of the room but also secured an upgrade which made all the difference from a short stay to a memorable occasion. Working with Reju for our travels within India was such a pleasure! The first time Reju helped me book hotel rooms at Fariyas Resort Lonavala. I had specific requirements on the hotel rooms, which he made sure were met to the best. That trip was unforgettable for me and my family, especially my kids, and we wanted to use Reju's services for our future travel needs. Next we travelled to Delhi and Agra and needed transportation services, for which Reju made awesome arrangements. We were picked up promptly by the agent at the Airport and shown our vehicle and driver. Not only was the vehicle to our liking and comfort, the driver too was an excellent one. Our road trips to Agra and within Delhi were made memorable due to Reju's impeccable arrangements. Another great holiday organized and arranged by Insights 2 India and Reju Jacob. We (4 people) used Reju to arrange a 19 day tour of Aurangabad, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaislamer, Chhatra Sagar and Jaipur; mostly places we hadn’t visited previously in February 2017. This involved hotel bookings, flights, transport, drivers, guides, tours and liaison with local agents. Everything went as arranged. We had very good guides and drivers and the vehicles suited our requirements. Hotels, both selected by me or by Reju were generally excellent. Anytime we had a complaint, Reju would contact the hotel directly and the issue would be resolved amicably. While we did have some meals at our hotels, we often ate away from our hotels and the local guides provided excellent choices. The Laal Maas in Rajasthan is brilliant; no two restaurants produced the same dish, so we had a lovely variation in tastes and spices. The highlight of the visit was probably the 2 nights we had at Chhatra Sagar, a family run resort between Jodhpur and Jaipur. A lovely sojourn overlooking a large wetland that had a wide variety of local and migratory water birds. The hosts conducted a farm and village tour in the morning and followed up with a nature walk along the shore of the wetland in the late afternoon. We observed in excess of 50 bird species during the day. The walk ended with relaxing drinks and nibbles before we returned to the resort. A lovely was to end the day. After Jaipur the Stewarts returned to Australia, while Heather and I continued onto Goa for 5 nights to relax and then down to Trivandrum (Kerala) for another 3 nights to visit Kanyakumari (Cape Coromin) and Ponmudi. Both places are worth the visit if in southern Kerala or Tamil Nadu. This is the seventh tour Insights 2 India have arranged for me, my friends or family (India*6, Myanmar*1) and the service only improves. Reju had a tremendous capacity for attention to detail and extensive knowledge of tourist attractions and hotels of choice. Excellent one week spent in Rajasthan by our family of four adults made more pleasurable by the superb organization provided by Insights2india and in particular by Reju Jacob. His willingness to understand our needs and customise the tour accordingly was amazing. He paid attention to details and was involved in the trip not just planning it but stayed in touch during the trip to ensure it runs smoothly.Trying to pack a lot in a week meant arranging travel by train, car and air - all of which was superbly done. We had a three week trip all organised by Insights 2 India, and in particular Reju. I cannot recommend this company enough. Everything was planned to perfection with no hiccups at all. It was all thoroughly thought out and meant we could just relax and be confident that everything was being well taken care of.
