We
had
a
terrible
experience
booking
a
custom
tour
to
Europe
through
the
Mahim
office
of
Strawberi
Holidays
section
of
Kesari
tours.
Our
entire
dealing
was
with
a
travel
agent
named
Rushi
Bhoir.
He
never
responded
to
our
emails
or
Whatsapp
messages.
Since
we
are
based
in
US,
we
had
to
constantly
send
our
parents
over
to
the
Mahim
office
and
call
on
their
phone
to
talk
to
him
about
our
trip.
The
biggest
issue
was
that
despite
paying
a
deposit
3
months
in
advance,
Rushi
didn't
make
any
bookings
until
just
one
week
before
our
trip!!!
When
we
asked
him
for
trip
details,
he
would
keep
promising
that
he
would
send
it
"tomorrow"
or
"next
week"
but
never
sent
us
anything.
We
found
out
later
that
he
was
waiting
for
the
parents
visa
to
come
through
to
do
all
the
bookings
but
he
did
not
inform
us
and
led
us
to
think
everything
was
booked.
Due
to
heavy
demand
for
visas
in
India,
Kesari
was
able
to
get
parents
visa
just
10
days
before
the
trip.
By
this
time
we
had
already
paid
Kesari
the
full
amount
and
Rushi
started
booking
literally
1
week
before
we
were
supposed
to
leave!!
So
many
things
went
wrong
and
it
was
too
late
for
us
to
do
anything
about
it!
We
wanted
to
travel
by
Eurorail
but
there
was
no
way
we
could
get
tickets
that
late.
One
hotel
was
way
below
Kesari
standard
-
no
AC
in
one
of
the
rooms,
broken
furniture,
dirty
old
carpets
etc.
There
were
already
bad
reviews
for
the
hotel
online
and
we
asked
Rushi
to
change
it
prior
to
the
trip
but
he
refused
probably
because
he
could
not
find
a
good
hotel
with
4
rooms
at
the
last
minute!
When
we
left
for
the
trip,
we
still
did
not
have
details
or
tickets
for
anything
beyond
the
first
2-3
days.
During
the
trip,
we
kept
getting
“vouchers”
on
Whatsapp
from
Rushi
literally
the
evening
before
the
event
and
we
had
to
spend
the
entire
evening
planning
the
next
day.
It
was
very
stressful!!
All
our
carefully
planned,
well
paced
itinerary
went
down
the
drain.
We
had
to
take
whatever
tours
and
slots
were
available
like
end
of
day
slot
at
museum
or
late
night
show
or
early
morning
tour
which
was
very
inconvenient.
All
hotels
were
very
far
from
our
tour
locations
which
was
not
what
Kesari
promised
earlier
and
we
spent
a
lot
of
time
and
money
traveling
back
and
forth.
We
got
double
occupancy
rooms
instead
of
triple
like
we
had
requested.
So
the
kids
had
to
sleep
in
a
separate
room.
This
created
additional
constraints
for
us
in
each
hotel
since
we
had
to
keep
begging
for
adjacent
rooms
on
the
same
floor
or
triple
occupancy
in
a
double
room.
Kesari’s
senior
management
was
no
help
either.
Before
the
trip,
we
got
so
frustrated
with
Rushi’s
lies
and
constant
procrastination
that
we
escalated
the
issue
to
a
senior
manager
named
Harshada.
She
agreed
that
he
had
messed
up
things
but
ultimately,
she
kept
delegating
to
him
and
he
continued
messing
up
and
lying.
After
the
trip
we
asked
for
money
back
for
services
that
we
had
paid
for
but
were
never
delivered
like
airport
transfers,
audio
guided
tours,
lower
class
hotel
than
what
was
initially
promised.
After
2
months
of
daily
phone
calls,
we
got
only
a
small
part
of
it.
Harshada
was
not
helpful
at
all
and
kept
sending
us
back
to
Rushi
even
when
we
clearly
told
her
that
we
did
not
want
to
deal
with
him
and
his
lies.
We
also
tried
emailing
their
Customer
Care
email
address
but
never
heard
back.
I
sincerely
hope
Rushi
finds
some
other
profession
since
he
is
so
incompetent
at
being
a
travel
agent.
He
is
ruining
people's
well
deserved
vacations
by
staying
in
this
profession
and
Kesari
is
letting
him
do
this.
Bottom
line,
I
do
not
recommend
Strawberi
Holidays
for
customized
tours
and
if
you
go
to
Mahim
office
and
get
a
travel
agent
named
Rushi,
run
away
as
fast
as
you
can
and
don't
come
back!!!
