    Kesari has lost its edge. Being a return customer I had high expectations from Kesari for an international tour to Singapore. But it was a bad experience. From flight changes resulting in a 7 hour journey becoming a 27 hour journey with no advance intimation by Kesari so we could apply for extra leave considering the flight was now to depart daytime. To Hotel being changed to a horrible one after landing in Singapore. We had 2 rooms booked both of which were dirty. Returning to rooms which were stained and dirty like the hotels we have outside railway stations in India providing torn and dirty blankets. To being promised baby food since they were charging a huge amount for the child but was not arranged for. We had to pick up milk from department stores for the child eventually.     We had a terrible experience booking a custom tour to Europe through the Mahim office of Strawberi Holidays section of Kesari tours. Our entire dealing was with a travel agent named Rushi Bhoir. He never responded to our emails or Whatsapp messages. Since we are based in US, we had to constantly send our parents over to the Mahim office and call on their phone to talk to him about our trip. The biggest issue was that despite paying a deposit 3 months in advance, Rushi didn't make any bookings until just one week before our trip!!! When we asked him for trip details, he would keep promising that he would send it "tomorrow" or "next week" but never sent us anything. We found out later that he was waiting for the parents visa to come through to do all the bookings but he did not inform us and led us to think everything was booked. Due to heavy demand for visas in India, Kesari was able to get parents visa just 10 days before the trip. By this time we had already paid Kesari the full amount and Rushi started booking literally 1 week before we were supposed to leave!! So many things went wrong and it was too late for us to do anything about it! We wanted to travel by Eurorail but there was no way we could get tickets that late. One hotel was way below Kesari standard - no AC in one of the rooms, broken furniture, dirty old carpets etc. There were already bad reviews for the hotel online and we asked Rushi to change it prior to the trip but he refused probably because he could not find a good hotel with 4 rooms at the last minute! When we left for the trip, we still did not have details or tickets for anything beyond the first 2-3 days. During the trip, we kept getting “vouchers” on Whatsapp from Rushi literally the evening before the event and we had to spend the entire evening planning the next day. It was very stressful!! All our carefully planned, well paced itinerary went down the drain. We had to take whatever tours and slots were available like end of day slot at museum or late night show or early morning tour which was very inconvenient. All hotels were very far from our tour locations which was not what Kesari promised earlier and we spent a lot of time and money traveling back and forth. We got double occupancy rooms instead of triple like we had requested. So the kids had to sleep in a separate room. This created additional constraints for us in each hotel since we had to keep begging for adjacent rooms on the same floor or triple occupancy in a double room. Kesari’s senior management was no help either. Before the trip, we got so frustrated with Rushi’s lies and constant procrastination that we escalated the issue to a senior manager named Harshada. She agreed that he had messed up things but ultimately, she kept delegating to him and he continued messing up and lying. After the trip we asked for money back for services that we had paid for but were never delivered like airport transfers, audio guided tours, lower class hotel than what was initially promised. After 2 months of daily phone calls, we got only a small part of it. Harshada was not helpful at all and kept sending us back to Rushi even when we clearly told her that we did not want to deal with him and his lies. We also tried emailing their Customer Care email address but never heard back. I sincerely hope Rushi finds some other profession since he is so incompetent at being a travel agent. He is ruining people's well deserved vacations by staying in this profession and Kesari is letting him do this. Bottom line, I do not recommend Strawberi Holidays for customized tours and if you go to Mahim office and get a travel agent named Rushi, run away as fast as you can and don't come back!!!

    They dont respond once you pay money. We trusted Kesari and my family used their services for foreign trips also. But this time we booked Dubai trip and had to cancel it for medical reasons well before the tour dates. They said for medical reasons they will pay refund. We provided them medical certificate they asked for. My husband kept calling then and they kept saying “we will come back”. Called them 40 times and now then they stopped answering. Such as unprofessional behavior. We wrote to email ids mentioned on their website and no one bothered to respond. We have been following up for my refund from December 2022 and still no response from them. I strongly feel bookings through online or apps is more reliable than Kesari. Once upon a time Kesari was one of the most reliable tour operators. But now they have become unreliable tour operators. They are loosing their valuable customers by their unprofessional behavior.

    I have no hesitation in saying that this - once upon a time a great tour service company - is now a complete non-customer centric company. Zero updates, goof-ups and mistakes in the itinerary is what I experienced during my recent custom-made tour to Australia. Their staff, forget being polite, are not suited for the job they are responsible for - that is interacting with customers. I must’ve followed-up several times for even the smallest matter. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KESARI/STRAWBERI to anyone expecting value for money.

    Its a pathetic travel agency with poorest response to its customers. I must say it is the most over rated company with a pathetic response to its customers. It takes weeks to connect with them and even after getting connected you dont get any proper response or reply from them. Once you do the payment they make you dance on their own music. Their staff has really zero knowledge about visa documentation. They gave only half information while applying for a UK visa and our visa got rejected as i had not submitted my business ITR and account statements as i was not informed by their visa person. Once visa got rejected they say you will get only 50% of your booking amount as refund and around 3.4 lakhs will be deducted. This company is so worst that i won't be able to narrate the whole story here how they kept around 7 lakhs of mine and kept me harrasing for several months.

    Horrible first experience so far. I have booked a Kashmir trip for my parents with Kesari and 5 days before the trip they told me to pay 16k per person more because they had booked GoFirst flights. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Will not recommend at all.

    Worst customer service ever experienced. Kesari has lost its charm and doesn't care about customers anymore. Do not answer calls or do not co- operate in anyway. Till date we had booked 16 tours. But now kesari has lost more customers due to their own fault. Stay away from this

    Good response while in office for your travel information and booking purposes.All the staff from entry till the booking Manager guides beyond thought. I approached to madam Vishakha,she is soft spoken lady,smily face and responded well for my booking for my family tour to Gangtok and Darjeeling. Only the minus I observed that the Kesari not responding over phone or if responded after repeated call it is not satisfactory response.Else all good.This review ,I am writing before availing my booked tour.The review post travel I will write the booking experience with Kesari travel.

    Struggled to get my covid May 2020 refund only in Nov 2023. I and my wife had to come all the way from Chennai spending Rs.10,000/=to plead with these mid day robbers. They did not give me the full refunds. They use some term called Alternative Tours and cut Rs 24,000/=. Pls never book with this tour operator.The real face is revealed during refunds.

    I dont know kesari travels calls for interview after applying there first hr says executive level profile is matching then i dont know what designation the second hr has won't like to mentioj name she calls she asks questions then says go seat in conference room then i dont know she discussed with her sales manager or not as in 5mins came to me and said profile not matching we have oening in hotel reservation then says its full now we transferong peope from.here and there .if you dont know urself what opening u have and makijg candidate confuse not putting for second round alsi making him travel so long and candidate has to pay from his pocket hope they know , candidate is coming as hr said reaching there other hr saying not matching wasting candidate time this people doing .unprofessional behaviour. Dont know with whom she discussed and came in 2 min to 5mins .

    We have recently done two two tours. As recent as 15 days back to kashmir . Wonderful tour. Snacks for daily use given on the tour. Trolley bags sent on time which are used as cabin luggages Tour managers went out of the way to help us in all our tours. This is our 7th tour with them. Not as negative as Google reviews project. One thing is clear their sales office is miserable. Once booking done contacting them is very difficult. Only 4-5 days before tour you will have access. Inbetween our booking date and actual tour date, very difficult to talk to responsible people. Toll free number not useful for few doubts which we may have about the tour. Refund policy not good .

    Not worth even of a one star. They can't even stay true with their packages....as go air ahut down they started pressuring the tour passengers for extra money for booking other air flight companies. And if not they threatened for 80% of package cost to be taken away from customers on cancelling the tour

    I had walked in to the Charni Road branch, met a trip advisor shared details, I called the advisor 6 times but there was no revert or a follow up. This is highly unprofessional of them, it’s been 1 week or even more, they haven’t contacted yet, after me calling them, I got an answer that they were occupied with more queries. It’s a pity that they lost 4 bookings just because they couldn’t make their follow or care to revert on the missed call.Feels lucky that I did not book my trip here;). NOT ADVISABLE

    Love them ❤️ i recently visited Kashmir with them and loved it the journey was smooth and services was amazing. We had a group of around 40 people with us. All for them were amazing unfortunately we couldn't communicate with some due to language barrier but we all were like a family and our tour leader was managing everything efficiently and there were two assistant/tour leader who later joined us it was fun and knowledgeable journey with them. They gave us all the information about the places we visited and everything was well organized. In the very end of the trip it everyone was sad at the thought for parting ways This wasn't my family first trip nor is it gonna be the last. Please welcome us with the same warmth again 💗 The kesari team with us - Tabrez ,Pawan & Manoj

    pathetic service offered by them before the pandemic and utterly horrible service provided during and post the pandemic, they have been sitting on our money since over a year now, offering us a paltry credit note with no clarity at their end with so many open ends. My advice is to not go with Kesari tours given how they handled the entire situation shows what the company's future is like and what service they will deliver on the future.

    In love with this travel agency. The staff here is extremely well trained and co-operative. From the beginning till the end. From the time you go to inquire about any tour till the time you reach home. They are always guiding you in the best way. The food provided by them at hotels is AMAZING and your stomach will not get upset eating it. The tour guides are nice and friendly. They are well informed about the places we will be visiting and they provide a group photo which is posted to you at your home. Overall, a great experience. Glad to choose kesari. It definitely lived up to it's mark.

    We had fantastic experience in our P7 Europe tour. We got excellent hotels and amazing food. Tour leader was very knowledgeable and had vast experience in managing tour. He took care of senior citizens and handled big group of 50 tourists nicely.

    Nam bade aur darshan chote...dont travel with Kesari tours...Quality of food and service is way too basic..same type of food on all 7 days with no variation at all. ..hotels booked were also all worn out ..kesari tour is not updated

    I decided to use Kesari Tours to get my Singapore tourist visa done. Mr. Kiran was helpful, assisted me with whatever documents required and my visa came the day the application was submitted. After this is when the nightmare started. Since I don't reside in Mumbai, they had to courier my passport back to me once the visa was approved. Despite repeated reminders, Mr. Kiran was totally unresponsive and did not give me updates on my passport shipping, nor did he provide a tracking number. In the end, I had to rely on an SMS I got from DTDC about the shipment and had to go to the DTDC office to pick up my passport. The application experience was good, but overall i would only give 3 stats.

    My fair lady Odisha tour is very very good and our tour leader Shrikanth is very helpful, caretaker and joyful. He organised our trip very nicely and calmly till coming back to mumbai our flight was delayed but he take each and every lady’s care so hat’s off to him and of course Kesari 💃💃💃👌👍

    Never visit or have any dealing with Kalyan franchise. Most unreliable most non co operative person. Paid 125670 in 2020 for Nepal trip still struggling to get refund. I had run to head office to claim still issue is not resolved Be careful

    Shimla Manali Chandigarh bookings were done thru strawberi (Kesari). The Mahim branch staff Mihir was very co-operative. But the hotel rooms which were booked and breakfast which was inclusive was pathetic. They have no quality control on what kind of rooms are provided or what kind of food is served in these hotels. Travel car allotted for airport pickup, drop and site seeing is not thought about as how many persons can fit in the car. Whether it's suitable for the family or not. Just book without checking the comfort of your valuable clients. In Chandigarh, Hotel Clarion was the worst hotel one could live in. Blood stained bed sheets, dirty toilets with no toilet door lock. WC placed in congested niche. Shower joint broken, so water splashed all over the toilet but not on you for bath. No proper drainage. 1" water pond on floor after bath. Rusted dustbin and toilet paper holder. Breakfast was pathetic. Request to all traveller's. Please do not travel thru Kesari. Bcz they won't try to improve themselves by meeting the customers who had complaints during their travel and try their best to rectify them. The owners will never meet u and ignore our complaints. They are loosing their clients. We will shift to a better travel agency. A Marathi family has such good business but they just wish to waste it..

    We had booked a group tour family holiday for Thailand of 24/10/2022 Diwali holiday .. had done booking in September and done all payments too .. was very annoyed when 10 days before trip they called and told us that dates have been changed and also your visa would be on arrival .. 7 days before the tour leader DEVA formed a group and I spoke to him .. he assured us that there would be no trouble in visa and also as flights got cancelled it has been shifted for a day rest all remains same .. and I guess this was one of our best tours may be food hotels sightseeing everything was perfect in that your DEVA ki sirf name he deva nahi tha from missing pouch to missing keys from not working a/c etc etc for all problems he was always there to resolve the issues .. also at each and every point KESARI took full care that we get coconut water , ice creams , soft drinks these small things matter a lot , also utter care was taken that we are served proper meals at every point .. salute to kesari and its team for such nice set up .. for us it was not a general tour it was a life long memory ..

    I, Narendra Shah, and my wife Hardip Shah has taken a privately organized tour of The Best of Jordan, Israel and Egypt from Wednesday, November 02, 2022, to Wednesday, November 23, 2022, from Strawberi Holidays, a division of Kesari Tours Pvt. LTD (“Kesari”). We are Canadian residents and citizens with age 73 years, and full-time self-employed. For this tour, during the last few days, we received important documents of the complete itinerary, visas, vouchers, hotel information and contact information for the suppliers from Kesari. Kesari explained for the delayed that they need to contact suppliers from three different countries plus Nile Cruise. This explanation was not acceptable to us as we initiated email communications with Kesari on July 11, 2022, for this tour. Also, we made an initial payment of 752,180 INR on September 28, 2022. Though Kesari tried to comfort us with the delays. But receiving the documents only in the last few days caused much uncertainty that was extremely stressful and frustrating. That resulted in very difficulty managing our scheduler for business and personal commitments. This is our most disappointing and frustrating factor with Kesari.
