I
decided
to
try
Fitness
From
Home’s
6
weeks
program
based
on
a
strong
recommendation
from
a
friend
who
is
also
based
out
of
San
Francisco,
CA.
My
goal
was
to
shed
some
extra
weight
and
get
toned
over
the
next
several
months,
but
as
the
company
claims,
within
the
first
six
weeks,
I
noticed
a
drastic
change
—
lost
5
lbs,
my
energy
levels
went
up,
and
also
noticed
some
toning.
It
was
a
combination
of
the
diligence
of
the
trainer,
Nitin,
and
cardio,
strength
training,
and
yoga
exercises
as
a
part
of
their
program
that
helped
with
the
results.
It’s
been
six
months
and
I
am
still
continuing
the
program
with
Nitin.
He
is
a
dedicated
and
observant
instructor.
He
makes
sure
that
he’s
always
on
time
for
the
workouts,
points
out
the
smallest
details
when
your
posture
is
incorrect,
push
you
based
on
your
personal
goals
and
body
type,
and
also
provide
guidance
on
nutrition/
meals.
I
don’t
think
I
could
have
benefited
this
much
even
from
an
in-person
trainer
because
of
the
combination
of
personal
attention
and
schedule
flexibility.
I've
recommended
Fitness
at
Home
to
my
friends
and
family,
pretty
much
all
of
whom
have
signed
up,
and
happy
to
recommend
them
to
any
working
professional
interested
in
improving
their
fitness
&
well-being.
