    I live in Austin, Texas and have been working with Nitin since last year. He has been amazing in helping me through my fitness goals and ensuring that I stay true to the journey. Every workout counts and Nitin is really good making sure I get maximum value of my time. We focus on both cardio and strength training and are able to adapt based on my progress. He comes prepared and remembers the niggles/pain I may have had and changes the workout accordingly. I would highly recommend him for any personal training needs you may have.

    I live in California and have been training remotely with Nitin for the past several weeks. I have never managed to stick to a workout routine for any significant length of time my entire life. So, after someone who highly recommended Nitin put him in touch with me, I was dragging my feet in setting my first session up. Nitin would patiently check in with me to set the session up. I realized that having someone check in to remind me to stay on track was valuable in itself. We started the sessions. Nitin was super accommodative in constructing a schedule and training duration that worked for me. For example, he was accommodative of my request to use shorter sessions. As a result of these accommodations, we found a good rhythm. Doing the sessions on video conferencing has not been a problem at all. I set it up on my TV in my living room and we are able to do it that way. Nitin has created a routine tailored to me for my goals of increasing stamina and sculpting the body. He keeps track of where I am, mixes it up in every session and pushes me a little further every time. Within a few weeks my baseline energy level has increased significantly, I can do 2-3x of what I used to be able to do both in terms of strength and stamina. This is doing wonders for my productivity and self confidence. My wife has now decided to start sessions with Nitin looking at what it has done for me. I can't recommend Nitin enough!

    Nitin is a fantastic health coach and your fitness Best friend during this journey, always warm, fun and supportive. He sees the training as a common partnership so you know he really wants you to succeed in your goals. Nitin will get your desired results with you, and will provide the collaborative support and energy when you are feeling up, down or lethargic. I really appreciate the knowledge he provides about the nutrition and supplements. Truly recommend Fitness by Nitin.

    Judith from London, England. My body has changed shape, entirely thanks to Nitin’s thrice weekly workouts! He is really attuned to me development, watching my moves closely and tweaking the exercises accordingly. He is building up my strength and my friends have commented on the change. Nitin is changing my life! We do our classes online and I find that Nitin sees more clearly what movements I am doing than even my previous face to face trainer! A number of my friends now also have classes with a Nitin. I recommend him unreservedly.

    I’m based in Dallas, TX and have been virtually working out with Nitin for a month. He’s a great personal trainer and really caters the workouts to your needs. On top of that, he’s extremely flexible with timings and does his best to make the time work with you, despite his busy schedule. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a personal training program and someone to push you hard to achieve your fitness goals!

    After discussing my fitness goals with me, Nitin charted a interesting workout schedule to get me fit and toned. He is always on time for the workouts. Training from home has never been so much challenging and fun at the same time. I highly recommend Nitin as a personal trainer.

    Nitin has been great to work out with over the last month. He makes the sessions fun, engaging and pushes to get the most out of every exercise. He is accommodating with NYC times and very responsive to late requests/changes. Recommend him to anyone looking for more structure to their exercise routine.

    I have been working out with Nitin for about 2 months and have seen significant improvements in me. Nitin’s workouts have been particularly useful for me because he incorporates a lot of body weight and natural movement exercises that’s made me so much more nimble from when I started. His workout border on the difficult but doable spectrum and I enjoy the post workout high delivered from these type of sessions. He’s really good at keeping you motivated during the workout and overall is a very nice guy to talk to. There’s no judgment or aggressiveness that puts you off. He’s a genuinely friendly guy. I live in NY and Nitin is really good at being flexible to adjust according to my schedule given work travel. I highly recommend working with Nitin if you are interested in making changes to your body. He’ll tailor the workouts based on your needs and goals.

    I decided to try Fitness From Home’s 6 weeks program based on a strong recommendation from a friend who is also based out of San Francisco, CA. My goal was to shed some extra weight and get toned over the next several months, but as the company claims, within the first six weeks, I noticed a drastic change — lost 5 lbs, my energy levels went up, and also noticed some toning. It was a combination of the diligence of the trainer, Nitin, and cardio, strength training, and yoga exercises as a part of their program that helped with the results. It’s been six months and I am still continuing the program with Nitin. He is a dedicated and observant instructor. He makes sure that he’s always on time for the workouts, points out the smallest details when your posture is incorrect, push you based on your personal goals and body type, and also provide guidance on nutrition/ meals. I don’t think I could have benefited this much even from an in-person trainer because of the combination of personal attention and schedule flexibility. I've recommended Fitness at Home to my friends and family, pretty much all of whom have signed up, and happy to recommend them to any working professional interested in improving their fitness & well-being.     I've enjoyed getting back in shape with Nitin. He's extremely accommodating of my shifting schedule, whether at home in San Francisco or traveling across the country. He's a great motivator and pushes me at the right level to continually achieve better fitness.

    I am based in Wiltshire, England, and Nitin has been very flexible with my time zone and work schedule. Nitin is helping me tremendously in my quest to keep my weight steady and even put on muscle.     Nitin is a very capable and motivating fitness trainer. He creates interesting workouts that help me to improve my stamina, flexibility and balance. One of Nitin’s strengths is the way he plans the sessions and he makes sure that they never gets stale or boring and that's why i really enjoying training under him. He has the capacity of changing things up, making the workouts interesting as well as challenging. I highly recommend him!!
