i am visiting china for more then 3 years regularly but for no reason my visa got rejected even with all the proper documentation provided on time and because of that i missed the very important exhibition also the service is also not good they don't reply properly on time there is no proper communication system. worst visa application experience ever.

The Mumbai consulate's visa employee is a bispectacled man who is arrogant, super-rude & cocky! Bad combination. I bet his Chinese employers don't know how he rubs every person, who comes to the consulate, in the wrong way. Fire this man seriously!

Terrible Consular section - visa was rejected with all paperwork needed submitted reason given was that my ticket and hotel copy was not provided - which was never asked for and was not needed per their website and their premium service section, given that I was going for a trade fair all the pertinent documents were given. Missed an important trade fair due to their poor service.

The china consulate mumbai now a days not accepting visa cases. And especially this is for china plas 2018 event totbe held Shanghai. We Don't understand is there any hidden plan behind this of china not accepting Indians for visiting their country neither business nor tourist purpose. We had sent 5 business visa applications on dated 4 april and till today 10 april our visa cases are not accepted 3 times though our company papers are perfect. This is very bad response from the chinese consulate We would be thankful if this message reaches to the one who can immediately take proper action against the consulate. Thanks

Faltu, As you people are not allowing laptop and all so You should have to provide luggage facility near to building.

They call on public holiday for collection and it takes hrs for them to function.

One of the worst managed embassies you will ever see.. they don't know their own processes. They ask for additional documents no where mentioned in the checklist

Visited VFS, Global, Mumbai for the first time and saw something which i never saw before. Very long waiting hours, Employees in there having lack of knowledge regarding documentation required, No Politeness and not at all helpful to people. I have visited so many VFS, consulate offices, Embassy's but didn't encounter something like i saw in VFS, Mumbai..... Need lots of improvement.... Specially in customer experience and satisfaction area.
