I visited here to buy Front loading washing machine. Staffs here are very polite and good in explaining product details. I came here to buy a specific model(Bosch 8KG 41K k no offers) but they suggested me a New 2022 model (LG 9Kg 42K) with 6 EMI & discount (33K), but i denied because i was thinking it may be replaced piece or unsold unit so they are promoting it to me. But then i ask them to give me time to think a more, i researched and came back, they told me that we at Croma never give replaced or suggest unsold units. This is new launched product by LG and due to diwali the brand ia giving offer not us. This model have more feature than my model. So finally i booked and trust me i loved the machine when got delivered. The manufacturing date was 10days before of my purchase. The machine is running Fine, least vibration, color is good matches my kitchen

Take your time to roam around. It's important you have patience in billing despite them using tab based billing. It's important sales team not huddle up in one place all chatting and manage requirements of customers. Some employees who seem old understand the essence by way of which the store was launched. Visited the Croma showroom at Andheri and was assisted by kedar who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did a quick demo of the iPad pro product and then we went to the billing counter to go ahead with the purchase we had some difficulties while doing the payment the store assistant Mr. Kamble helped us out. Overall a good experience with a helpful executive. Thank you croma for the wonderful service, Will definitely visit again.

Asked me to wait for 10 days for delivery of Sound bar and after 10 days they did not follow up delivery. And when I called personally then replied that sorry stock is not available, you can take refund back which again will take 10 more days…. That’s is why we should not believe on stores now.
