had
an
extremely
frustrating
experience
with
Croma,
and
I
felt
compelled
to
share
my
disappointment
with
their
service,
which
included
wrong
promises.
I
had
placed
an
order
for
a
product,

status

it

been
delivered.
However,
to
my
surprise,
the
product
was
nowhere
to
be
found.
It's
truly
disheartening
to
have
such
a
mix-up
in
the
delivery

especially

the

The
trouble
didn't
end

When
I
reached
out
to
Croma's
customer
service,
they
assured
me
that
the
issue
would
be
resolved
promptly,
yet
this
was
another
instance
of
wrong
promises.
It
took
multiple
attempts
and
an
extensive
amount
of
time
on
hold
to
get
in
touch
with
a
representative.
When
I
finally
did,
their
response
was
far
from
satisfactory,
and
the
wrong
promises
continued.
I
was
told
that
they
needed
to
investigate
the
matter,
which
only
added
to
my
frustration.
In
the
age
of
e-commerce,
reliable
delivery
is
absolutely
essential,
and
this
experience
has
left
me
questioning
Croma's
competence
in
this
regard,
and
their
tendency
to
make
wrong
promises.
The
product
may
be
great,
but
when
it
never
reaches
your
doorstep,
it's
hard
to
appreciate
its
value.
I
believe
in
giving
companies
a
fair
chance
to
rectify
issues,
but
this
ordeal
has
made
me
seriously
reconsider
whether
I
want
to
continue
doing
business
with
Croma,
given
the
string
of
wrong
promises
and
failed
commitments.
I
hope
they
take
this
feedback
seriously
and
work
on
improving
their
delivery
and
customer
service
processes,
as
well
as
ensuring
they
don't
make
wrong
promises
in
the
future.
In
conclusion,
I
strongly
advise
potential
customers
to
exercise
caution
when
considering
Croma
as
a
shopping
option,
as
the
inconvenience,
frustration,
and
wrong
promises
I
experienced
are
far
from
what
one
should
expect
from
a
reputed
company.
