The most important thing in any mental health condition is to diagnose the right disease.i was suffering from anxiety disorder,ocd and depression .I have been visited many psychiatrist and neuropsychiatrist but none of them was helpfull. Dr. Priyanka is an excellent clinician and an even better human. She listens to patients carefully and gives them attention. She has helped me overcome my anxiety. I have graduated successfully and given exams due to her treatment. She uses a good combination of medication and counselling in treating her patients.

Did not get past the initial call to make an appointment. She is the only therapist I've ever contacted who wanted me to give a non refundable down payment for an appointment months in the future. She also has some weird payment rules..Rs 60 for every minute you go overtime. Most therapists just end the session on time, this seems mercenary. The receptionist did not even speak English and spoke very fast making it very hard to understand what she was saying. Not worth the headache of even taking appointment. Edit: had a good laugh at the response where she says hope you get the help you need at the earliest while saying herself she makes new clients wait a month for their first appointment. Not sure why a mental health professional would have such an arbitrary rule to delay therapy, how is that supposed to help the patient. Glad I steered clear of this one.

Dr. Priyanka is very calm and understanding. I am currently undertaking treatment for anxiety with her . She listens to issues patiently and explains the treatment very well. I am already seeing improvement in myself. Highly recommended.

Dr. Raut has helped me a lot. I started going to her 2 years ago for grief counselling and her treatment really made a difference. She listens patiently, and talks like a friend so it’s very easy to talk to her. I read the reviews, found them very positive and thought of taking an appointment, although the appointment was available after a month which is mostly the scene now a days with most doctors, what i didn't appreciate was the overwhelming "system" as told by the operator to book the appointment. For a person who is approaching the doctor for anxiety issues, i must say the 5 min call with the operator was got me anxious, at the end of the conversation all i could say was ok. I can't give any feedback on doctor as i didn't meet her but as a constructive feedback i would say pls have a more welcoming approach towards patients, and not bombard them with ur payment terms and make them feel like they are booking an appointment with a doctor who thinks only about money.
