The people running this place are clearly passionate! I’d never really had West African food before - it’s got a slight kick, but is so flavorful and fresh and comforting it’s worth every bite. Definitely want to come back and try more!

If you are looking for a flavorful and unique food choice compared to the typical Muncie fare, then look no further than Legacy Village. Seriously Muncie, please support this local, novel, and delicious option.

Absolutely stellar and delicious food! I tried their veggie jollof rice during the Fire Up Downtown festival in August, and then my partner and I got yam yam stew from here a week or two ago. The stew was delicious, as were the fried plantains we both got on the side. The owner, Sasha, is so kind, and we had a lovely chat with her when we picked up our food. The restaurant itself is in the midst of renovations and redecorating, but from what we could see and what Sasha told us, it'll be an fun, artistic, and vibrant environment in a few months. I’m so excited that this restaurant is here and am looking forward to plenty of delicious meals from Legacy Village in the future!

The Jollof rice with chicken is amazing! The food tastes great and you can tell that it was prepared with care. The portions are good for the price as well!

The first time I had food from this restaurant was a catered event. It was absolutely the best chicken I had ever eaten. This is now my favorite local restaurant. Everything I have tried has been amazing and I look forward to trying more. I heard they're going to have seafood boils!

Absolutely delicious food! Having lived and traveled in several African countries, I can say that Sasha's cuisine is marvelous! I can taste the love and care with which she prepares it. She brings the flavors of West Africa to life here in Muncie. You must come to her restaurant and enjoy her spectacular dishes! My husband and I had the meat filled plantain pies, goat curry and yam yam stew and they were delicious! We can't wait to try the other dishes. This was our first visit and we will be coming back regularly!

Some of the best food I've had in Muncie. The food was great, priced very reasonably, and there was definitely enough for lunch tomorrow. The meat pies especially were great.
