Went to Rally's, ate in the car, we created our own atmosphere lol! The deep sea double is sooooo good!! I eat it every time we go to Rally's... but I change my sandwich by ordering it with mayo and cheese only!! As my husband always says, "Don't get any on your forehead, or your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get every little bit off!" Really, it's that good 👍!

Rally's for the win. The fry seasoning is amazing ... and the Baconzilla burger is the burger I have dreamt about... And hope to dream about again. Too bad you don't have any stores in the Northeast! Please expand into Massachusetts!

The Rally on McGalliard has almost always been great can't complain. Food has always been good, hot, and fast, and almost always very friendly staff working! My chef hat is off to this crew and a Thank You!

First time at Rallys. Had a banana shake. The chicken is made from scratch was afraid it would take too long. So maybe next time.

Food is almost always tastes like its older food n been sitting! People that work there are smartasses n so disrespectful! I'm forced to go to this location for my work! Order comes in I have to go! And they are 1 of the slowest restaurants in Indiana!

This is not the first time i have had food that was terrible from here undercooked chicken can make people very sick. You guys need to do better this is just disgusting and lazy, i ordered this for my 8 year old son

We got the cheesecake sunday's I got chocolate and it was amazing. I originally wanted the strawberry vanilla swirl cone but they were out of strawberry. The Sunday was a nice substitute I chose and I'll definitely be back for another one!

I am a doordash driver. I waited 20 mins in the drive through for then to day the were out of 2 things ordered and have me get something else approved by the customer. I don't believe they got their moneys worth and I don't think they should offer doordash if they can't put the food out quicker.

I just ordered two mother crunchers chicken sandwiches and they were rubbery and real greasy and it was hard to chew the chicken was too dry and stringy and it tastes like the oil needs to be replaced and I am on South Madison and I had to wait 20 minutes through the drive-thru just to get an order

RUDE EMPLOYEES. Had to get a manager who happened to be very helpful. Informed him of employees slamming the window in my face. They also didn't mark my drinks. The employee told me to take the lids off and I could tell the difference that way. Impossible as my drinks were coke and rootbeer.

Ordered ahead thru the app. Said food would be ready at 9:38. I got there at 9:40 and didn't get my food until 9:50. However, food was hot and the people working were very friendly.

Service was pretty good, quick and I didn't have to wait long. Food was great.

One young woman trying her best to handle drive up ordering, payment and handing out food. What could possibly go wrong? Well, in our case, we were only missing an order of fries. The young woman did a bang up job and I do not fault her for the missing order of fries. My rating of 3 is because ownership knows that orders will be wrong when one person has to do 3 demanding jobs all at the same time. To the young lady, I would hire you on the spot! To ownership, you may want to be proactive and keep that employee.

Wasn't greeted. Had NOT been there in a couple years. Went inside small lobby. Looked like hadn't been cleaned since before I was there previously. Ice cream was melting everywhere before handed to me. Worker acted like it was a problem asking for more napkins. I had 20m old gbaby trying to have ice cream and napkins are an issue when your handing me a dripping from the start ice cream cone. Just wow

French fries was good, hot and delicious. It had been quite a long time since I had a big Buford, it was delicious too!

App let me order pick up but store said they were closed and wouldnt give refund. Had to call corp and leave a message to get refund. Update: no one called back. I had to call again. Got a live person. Refund was issued. However they charged my card AGAIN when they processed the refund so i still dont have my money back. Called support again and now i have to wait 3-5 days to hear something back from corp. I didnt get any food but they made sure they got my money.... Wont be ordering from Rallys ever again. Customers shouldnt have to jump through hoops to get their money returned to them especially when they got nothing in return for it. Update: Still nothing from corp....what a joke....

The food is good. The service was fast. It's all around a good place to get food

Always super nice staff even if they don’t have an item here they go above and beyond to offer something else, show empathy and they’re just genuinely nice people!

Took a long time to get through a line of about four cars. Fries for crispy and not greasy however funnel cake was greasy. Our sandwiches were pretty good.

They only had 2 workers and it was pretty busy. They apologized for the waiter several times. Everything in the order was correct and fresh.

Have eaten at this restaurant several times during lunch and is always been fresh food and great service great people
