The food was fresh and delicious, the woman who took our order was very friendly and patient as we were a party of five. My only gripe is that the inside of the restaurant wasn't very clean and the trash cans were overflowing. Also one of the ketchup pumps was empty and the cup lids were almost out too. If I hadn't experienced those things I would have rated it a 5. But 5 ie perfect and it wasn't a perfect experience.

Unless you're going here for a hamburger, don't waste your time or money. I don't love burgers, but my husband does. Everything gets wrapped while hot, so hot dogs and grilled cheese are too soggy to even eat.

I've been there three times since it opened and each time it is very dirty (tables not wiped down, trash on floor, garbages overflowing) and condiments (ketchup, straws, plasticware) have been empty or near empty. The food is good, but seems like they need more effort put toward the dining room's cleanliness. This last time a customer accidentally spilled a drink and was cleaning it up witha bunch of napkims. A staff member walked by and didn't even offer to get a mop to help her. :(

Tried for the very first time. Bacon burger with onions and mushrooms. You have to cut it in half to eat it. Order the French fries a size smaller than you want because the portions are generous. Just buy a regular drink because the refills are free. (Best to eat in).

Food great, but man, the price has skyrocketed. What was $26 just last year is $31 now for two people and sharing a small fry.

Visited the other day and was left disappointed. Employees looked miserable working here, just no positive energy in the whole store. Lobby was messy with busted nuts all over the floor and tables and on top of that the grilled boot they gave me tasted subpar considering you'd have to take out a loan just to eat here. Will not be returning unless I feel like punishing myself again.

Omg! The Cajun fries about kill me but they are the best fries ever! (In all fairness I ask for extra Cajun to clear my sinuses. Lol You get sooooo many fries in your bag. I have never had food so consistently come out hot! Never had anything not fresh there!

Listen yall, I never leave reviews but as somebody who WORKED at five guys for 1.5 years, I felt genuinely offended by the mcdonalds burger they served me. They clearly did not cycle their fries to remove the starch, they doubled the cheese that was supposed to go on the burger, and they took 13 minutes to serve it(8 minutes is corporation wide goal). Lastly, the burger was seriously black. Like charcoal burnt black. In my time working there we never served a burnt burger we would always remake it. Don't know why they would serve that especially with 3 managers on the line(black shirts). Just dont eat here guys

Took my daughter here for our evening out together. She loved it!! I love the atmosphere and the food! Service was great. Very clean and organized! Nice job guys!

First time going to 5 Guys was 10/23/2023. The service was great, my order was exact and the food was great. The Cajun fries are awesome!!! I ordered a large and it was more than enough. Me and my wife both had a BLT and it was great! Tons of bacon! The double cheese burger blew me away, the flavor of the beef is good.

This is all about value! Out after a long day of yard work and not wanting to cook. So off to 5 guys we go. It's burgers and shakes! Our share got done before our burgers, so we enjoyed them a little over priced but delicious. Our Burgers came out in a timely manner mine was a bacon cheese burger as I watched them make other as we waited it seems they don't melt the cheese to my liking . So as we ate our Burgers which were cooked through edge to edge the meat seemed to lack flavor but they were still a juicy bite. my bacon could have been a little crisper but it was ok. For me it was an ok experience but the price of the meal was a bit much!!

Wont be back. $15 for a small burger, fry, drink is not worth it. Fries were all burnt. Plus it's all Ala carte..no meal deal? They expect u to eat out of a bag.. no tray. Had 2 search for ketchup. No coke in machine. Nothing about this experience met my general and basic expectations.

I won't pick on the food because nothing is worth what we pay for it now, but I could do without a greasy food bag to put in my car due to the fries being dumped into it. The atmosphere is loud enough in this location that I'm too annoyed and distracted to want to stay in the store. It's hard to hear and understand the order associate while placing your order each time I've been there.

This is my first time eating here and it was delicious. I had a small bacon hamburger with a small fry and tea. I am stuffed, I couldn't finish my fries. The store itself was freezing cold, I needed a jacket. But I overall enjoyed everything. I definitely will be coming back.

Way overpriced. French fries were terribly overcooked and extremely greasy. Hamburger was just mediocre. Didn’t buy a drink and definitely did not leave a ‘Tip for the Restaurant’’. Will be sticking to Steak ‘n Shake from now on.

Amazing burgers and more fries than you can imagine. I reccomend small sized fries because they overload them to the extreme, enough for 2 people.

First time eating here and it was pretty good! There were some dirty tables and they wete slow enough that thry could have been cleaned. Thats the only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5. Staff was friendly, and everything else was spot on but when your not busy you gotta clean those tables off

Super small parking lot for as busy as this place is. The inside of the building is such a different experience compared to other burger fast food restaurants. Obviously there was a line but it was moving very fast. The menu is super easy to read and the fact that they dont have a 100 different items is awesome. I had a cheese burger and a small fry both were great and well cooked.

McKenzie (i think that’s her name) has excellent customer service and always remembers me when I come in! Also my favorite grilled cheese even though it’s a burger joint haha

The food was great, and service was good. The interior was a hot mess . I had to clean a table to have a set. The price is high for what it is . 2 Bacon cheese burgers, small fry and 2 drinks came to 33 dollars and some change.

Very friendly and prompt service. Was in and out within 15 mins. The food was very fresh and very good. Eating area was clean and condiments/drink machine (coca-cola freestyle) were fully stocked. Unfortunately they do not offer many discounts however the food is still very high quality.

The burgers are awesome but overpriced. The fries were tolerable; overseasoned. The tables were dirty but the atmosphere was happy so points for that.

Five guys is a favorite place for me if we want to get burgers. So many delicious and unique toppings. They just do burgers right. Their fries are amazing and they always add more than you ordered. My only suggestion is to eat it here, because if you wait until you get home, it cools down too quickly and is just not the same.
