The restaurant has a policy to take 10rs from travelers using their restrooms if they don’t eat there. They serve water only when u order .. such inhumane hospitality. Food average at best and certainly not worth the cost. Meals had absolutely nothing and they were out of food before 2pm and served scrapings of sambar and curries with no sides. They had the audacity to charge 160/- for this. Poor service . Ambience very average Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Good dishes and great service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. A breakfast buffet is also arranged, however, it's bit expensive.The parking area is great and easily accessible. The breakfast included traditional Kerala dishes. Rooms are also available at reasonable price, it's a Kerala tourisam department project.

We were a corporate group of 175 pax and had two meals here. Had prebooked and they had arranged buffet.Food was great and Service was quick and we could continue our journey without much wait times. Also could manage bus parking. Recommend this place for your journey and wont be disappointed.

We , 3 friends had biriyani from here. To be honest , they serving highly priced substandard cooked rice with chicken peace and they calling it's biriyani . They charging Rs 230/biriyani and I believe this would be the highest price for a biriyani in Kerala. And they still using Dalda aka Vanapathi instead of ghee. At least use sunflower oil, please. When wash off your hands after having this biriyani you could take more and more time to clear off greesy hand! Pathetic! And you are paying 230 bucks for this!! Even world famous paragon biriyani doesn't cost you this much. If you are charging highest price of biriyani , then you should give the best biriyani in Kerala. Don't do this business if you can't do that . Don't loot people.

Visited the place twice in the last one month. Good variety of traditional food (breakfast) served. Very clean facility. The staff are able to take bookings in advance for large groups and the service is fantastic. Very courteous staff.

We, 90 staff members had breakfast Buffet here on Feb 18, 2023. Happy with the great service and impressive behavior of the staff. Quality food presented and served well. Reliable for large groups and family alike.

We found this restaurant enroute to Pala. Whatever we ordered were served hot and delicious even at 4 PM. Recommend this to everyone.

we haven't stayed here but had lunch , though the price was in the higher end the food was just average ..

Stayed there for one night as had to attend a wedding nearby :). Breakfast buffet is really nice and have some traditional Kerela food. Rooms are spacious and confortable with AC. Staff is pretty reactive and helpful : if any amenities needed they bring it for us towels were missing and also they helped take our luggage to the rooms :). Minus point: the elevator is not there and there are quite some stairs so avoid for elderly people :).

We went for breakfast, buffet experience was not too great. But ambience, parking and rest rooms were very much helpful for our onwards to Alleppey from Kumily

Adequately spaced tables with enough room to move around for reaching the buffets service. Very good quality of food prepared and staff very polite. Most importantly for customers who arrive after a long drive is the sanitation of the rest room, which was found to be very good. Keep up the quality standards 👍

Excellent breakfast and a very tidy and clean environment. We tried idly and poori masala, appam and egg roast, and so forth. However, the supper items were subpar when we tried them. Because it would take time to prepare, the waiter advised against ordering anything different (typical government attitude?). The experience was great other than that.

Dropped in for lunch. It is a private property in disguise as owned and operated by Govt. Average food quality and highly priced. Not recommended.

Very poor restaurant. The food quality and the service is very poor. It seems that they have abudnent number of staff their, i don't even know for what purpose. Still they attended me like i owe them something. They had a huge menu which I have attached. I order a buffet meal, which they told me is a vegetarian one. It had close no Currys what so ever, even a small road side resturant would have better meal. The worst part is that in the menu the total cost of a buffet was 190, which includes tons of food items considering all those things I would say that the price is ok. But they had nothing in that buffet and charged me the full price. I would never visit this restaurant ever again and would never suggest it to anyone else.

Don't go for any of the Chinese or North Indian dishes on the menu. They are horrible. Stick to the Kerala meals option . That is the only thing they know to make properly.

Good ambience. Has a good space for kids to play. Good restrooms too. But by the time we went breakfast options were over. All in all good experience.

Food quality is nice. If you are looking for a calm and quiet place on the highway. This is the spot.

Very bad. Ordered Porotta. Old ones where shared. Chicken curry was sweet. And price is way too much expensive. Black coffee cost 25rs. Porotta cost 20 aed and small curry portion cost 200 rs

Had lunch from here and very average meals which costed 180 per meal. And they mentioned in bill it’s buffet meals but it wasn’t buffet. Below average food taste. Not sure serving staffs are angry or it’s their usual attitude. Good things is that they have enough parking space. Washrooms are available and they charge 10 rupees for non-customers. Not sure how are they identifying usage of washrooms by non-customers.

Food is very expensive. But not so good compared to the price. Black Coffee - Rs. 25/- Iddli Set (3 small Iddli, Sambar and Chudney) - Rs. 80/- Single Iddli - Rs. 15/- Pros: Hygienic and good paring space.

Very bad food. We ordered a biriyani and it was an utter waste. The price is very high. We'll get far better food at a low cost from other restaurants.

Only meals was good. Non-veg was not prepared well and salty. Fish was also not fresh. Also they serve ready-made chappatis

24/7/22 We ordered chicken biriyani. The worst biriyani i have ever tasted in kerala. I got more supried to see the bill. One single below average chiken biriyani cost 220 ruppees. Wont recommend to anyone or never go there one more time #not worth the cost #Travelers don't waste your time and money

Went there on 27th July with 6 people. Those with me ordered Chicken Biriyani and it was good quantity and tasted good. For my bad, I ordered Beef biriyani. I got a food poisoning and Just me out of the 5 others who had Chicken biriyani. Overall it’s a good restaurant in terms of parking, cleanliness etc. My request to the staff, please, please avoid old contaminated food. You could just sell what you have and what is safe. For your little profit I lost a whole day and still suffering. Please keep up to the safety mark. Thanks for the well wish and I’m surprised how much you could do to keep your fame 10-15 minutes. Hope you keep that spirit in keeping the food quality high

We ordered chicken biriyani and chicken fried rice for 6 of them. Food taste is very bad and also it’s expensive. Neat and clean hotel including the toilet facility but the food is below average. Parking facility also good. Not recommend.

Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly, almost seemed offended if you did anything for yourself. Food was great. Great location, quiet but very close to shops and town area. Clean and good internet.
