It's a seasonal pool, which is nowhere on the website. I called 2 weeks before my reservation and confirmed the pool would be open. I got there and it was drained out and closed (it had closed the Sunday prior to my arrival)....i decided to stay there anyway and the front desk guy wad super pleasant...room was small but seemed cleaned. The lights flickered and the TV didn't work. My cousin was at the same hotel and had a broken fan in the bathroom and broken doors. The workers seemed friendly and tried to help but, overall, i wouldn't stay there again.

Checked in. Lobby was nice. Got into room. Very spacious and seemed cleaned but there was a big bag of dirty sheets next to the couch that I put out in the hall and called front desk about. Turned on the TV and it wasn't working. All night. Called front desk again and he said that he forgot to tell us that the TVs were broken in the entire hotel and said they're fixing it but didn't think they were doing it now. No washcloths. Walked down the stairwell to our car and it stunk! See pic. It was still there at noon the next day. Do not recommend.

Horrible Service. I have stayed at this hotel probably 25 times in a 2 year span. The website malfunctioned and booked me a stay a week earlier than my intended date. When I called the hotel to ask to move the night stay to the proper date, the refused to do it. I'm a Choice Loyalty Member. Have stayed at this particular hotel often and still no respect on a valued client. Will never stay at this hotel again and will actual not stay at Any Choice Hotel again given this horrible experience.

Nice and clean rooms. Air conditioning works well and beds are comfortable. Front desk very helpful. Breakfast was a little bit of a letdown and the location is far away.

The service here was great! We had a large group and were met with great hospitality and service. The hotel owners and staff went above and beyond and we can’t thank them enough! Definitely choose this hotel!

The staff at this hotel specially (Gaby and Ravi) were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.

Overall, this hotel has a very decent hot breakfast, and good location. The fresh market is right around the corner, which kept food costs down due to its low prices. And the room was very comfortable!

The place was not clean, and the bed sheets and shower curtain were nasty. TV all blurred and asked the guy about it and said they fixed it in the morning. The next day, he said the manager and maintenance guy were not coming in and wasn't important enough. Then another guy was rude to me when I asked about the pool and rudely replied its only seasonal." Overall, it's just terrible
