Great location on other side of the river. Great views on the backside. Easy to get in and out. Rooms a little outdated but good. Atmosphere inside is wonderful. Happy Hour is good except bartender isn't very friendly. Breakfast was spot on with homemade omelets and pancakes! Guy cooking was awesome!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location itself is very dated, wore out and well past a remodel. It is on the river but across from downtown area. Has a river front area thats in need of repairs. Hot tub was down in pool area, revolving door was down as well. Neither on site cafes was open. They also charge $10 for parking which i was shocked to pay. Seeing as this is not downtown and they have more than enough parking. If given the correct remodel and attention, this would be an incredible location for conferences.

So the hotel is all by itself under an overpass, you have to pay for parking which is strange since there is a ton of parking areas and the entire 2 days we were there they had alot of vacant spots. The hotel service for our conference classes was excellent, great food, everything on time for each meal, snacks, beverages, etc. The lecture rooms have very uncomfortable chairs though, the coffee makers in the rooms are weird, don't use them because it leaked everywhere. The beds were okay, no bed bugs so thank god, the shower was questionable so we didn't use it. Very weird experience going to this place, like walking into the shining it was so quiet and all by itself

The staff was excellent in receiving guests. Very inviting. Loved the 'happy' hour, I was given 2 complimentary alcoholic drinks and kids had the options of soda or lemonade. We didn't take advantage of the made to order breakfast, as we slept in on the very comfortable King bed!! Room was comfortable and spacious, hotel decor needs a little TLC but it's beautiful nonetheless. Unfortunately, the Cafe was closed, as well as the pool area, the hot tub appeared to be drained and sectioned off. Check out was excellent, they were in training and did great! Perfect stay for the GVF concert!!

We have been using this location for our yearly convention for the last decade or so. Staff has always been good and its a nice hotel. We did notice that it is starting to show its age especially in the rooms. The coach was pretty stained and you could see the wear and tear throughout the room. A little updating on the furniture would go a long way.

I booked for the wrong dates on a 3rd party site, and Jordan was awesome in helping me change things a get a room. The room was great the service was awesome (especially Jordan and the front desk staff), the cleaning staff was patient and accommodating. Property was clean and the breakfast was very good. I would recommend this property when visiting the Peoria area...

I wanted to drop a special thank you to Helen for a great customer experience. I was having issues printing my boarding pass at the business center and Helen went above and beyond to find a way to assist me. It wasn't so much that she was able to get my boarding pass printed, but I could tell she sincerely cared and wanted to do everything possible to help. Embassy Suites is very fortunate to have someone like Helen on their team. I will be sure to spread the word of my experience and recommend Embassy because of this. Thanks, Rob

Very nice hotel and very nice rooms. Had a cleaning issue and found some dirty items and surfaces not cleaned properly, but the staff was extremely kind and did listen to my concerns, they were patient and accommodating and did refund part of our stay in return. It was a pleasant experience overall and we will use their hotel services in the future. A beautiful view from every room and inside the lobby as well! Thank you to the staff!

This was probably a great hotel….. in 1980. It doesn’t seem to have been updated nor cleaned since then. Including the air conditioner. Our room would not cool down and only got warmer and stuffier making sleep impossible. I attempted several times to request housekeeping to clean blood, urine and mold out of bathroom. Also, requested maintenance for A/C and nonstop toilet running. We were assured things would be taken care of but we’re not. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with fantastic amenities and amazing staff! The people at the front desk and any hotel staff we ran into were so kind and accommodating and so was our cleaning lady. The men making omelets at breakfast are so good at their job, very fast and delicious. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast i’ve ever had and the staff at breakfast that clears the tables were so attentive. I could tell everyone at the hotel took pride in their work. We loved the free drink tickets as well and the pool was warmed to a perfect temperature. We had a nice room with a beautiful view of the river. Great place to stay, no complaints, I highly highly recommend.

I'm leaving 2 stars out of courtesy. Booked an executive suite and payed nearly 300 dollars for one night. The pictures showed a view of the river with the suite. Something I had confirmed over the phone was my room being river front, however once getting to our room (332) we were welcomed with a musty smell, very outdated and DIRTY furniture/carpet and grand view of the steak and shake dumpsters. Yes, there was a sliver of water when looking all the way to the left, in the bedroom window while facing opposite of the TV. The windows were covered in cobwebs and dust. The couch had white crud stuck to the arm and base right under the cushions, the lounge chair had a baseball sized black stain and smear leading to it and the carpet is simply dated, worn and dirty with permanent stains. Luckily the bed was clean. The fact that we were in town to see Bill Burr and needed to leave stopped me from requesting a different room. When you check in, they request a 50 dollar hold to make sure the room isn't damaged, that's pretty typical but, for the room we stayed in, it's a laughable requirement. When bringing my concerns to the front desk at leave, the only thing she commented on was not being able to guarantee a room with a river view. That's ridiculous when you confirm it over the phone upon booking. She didn't even offer an apology for the condition of the room, it was simply goodbye. If in Peoria again, I will not be staying here. You live and you learn. I do not recommend this place.

Great room with a comfortable bed, lots of room, and modern amenities. The breakfast was over the top for being included in the room fee. There's a guy making omelettes, waffles, pancakes and a self serve bar with all sorts of stuff like biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, hot and cold cereals, bagels, fruit, etc. I love the design of the hotel as well with its center atrium and glass elevator. All staff members I encountered were very helpful and polite. Only 5 minutes from downtown.

All of the staff I interacted with were very hospitable. Breakfast was very good (I’m always happy when there’s grapefruit!) Chef Bernard was friendly and welcoming, and Barbara very attentive. The decor is a little dark for my taste… It feels dingy even though the hotel and my room were clean. I would stay here again though.

Very professional staff… from the front desk to the free custom breakfast I requested! I definitely recommend for all but especially for families or large groups. Clean and nice hotel. There’s plenty of room in the rooms and the facility as a whole. You are greeted with a warm “Good morning” from Albert and Marshall who are the cooks that made the best strawberry pancakes and custom omelette I ever had! Great hospitality and customer service!! A smile goes a long way. I’m totally enjoying my stay and I will be back!!

Chef was amazing! We stayed Feb 19 and 20 for my grandfather’s funeral. The breakfast chef did an amazing job and kept it upbeat. I got a chef’s choice omelet, and it didn’t disappoint. He also kept the grill open a little late to accommodate my wife and another family! All the employees were helpful and respectful. The room was clean and comfortable. There were a couple small maintenance issues, but nothing that affected our stay at all. The views of downtown and the river from the hotel were beautiful.

Had an incredible stay at the Embassy Suites. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, they had an amazing staff and Chef Albert cooked up some fantastic omelets and eggs too. One of the best omelets I have ever had! From the top down, everyone was courteous, attentive, personable and nice. Can't say enough great things about this hotel and will definitely be staying here if we are ever in Peoria again!

We just checked in last evening, for the first time at this Embassy Suites! Wow!! The location provides great river front views amidst the fall colors! The staff could not have been any more helpful and kind! The room is set up very nicely and especially for this occasion, is making our stay most memorable!! We recommend this location, unequivocally!!!! Thank you, Embassy Suites!

We stayed in the Presidential Suit. The room was very spacious, but shows lots of wear & tear. Definitely could use an update. There was no body mirror, which I found odd, with size of room. Happy hour wasn't anything to write home about, but was an added bonus. Breakfast was good, lots of options, staff making omelets & pancakes was very friendly. The pool area was mediocre, hot tub was empty, with caution tape blocking off. You also need to reserve your times to access pool. I think it was a bit pricey, for quality.(Meh)

We started this journey with Sam the event planner, a year ago planning for our family reunion . She has been phenomenal the entire time, she listened to us and paid attention to every detail. Once the time arrived we were treated exceptionally well by every staff member. From the front desk attendants, to the chefs that cooked breakfast in the morning, down to the catering staff who prepared our meal for our Family's all white banquet. The food was delicious and they also accommodated us when last minute plans fell through, they allowed for us to use the patio in order to keep our plans in tact. I was able to call Sam whom was at home at the time, who called Darryl the manager on duty, to set up the patio for us to accommodate our family picnic. I am truly grateful to have such a patient, accommodating, generous staff assist My family and I, It allowed us to create wonderful everlasting memories. Stephanie the banquet manager also played a major role in this amazing experience. From providing a professional staff, to amazing food for our meet and greet on Friday, to our all white banquet on Saturday. The food was amazing and she was there every step of the way with such a pleasant attitude. I also want to mention the chefs who cooked breakfast in the morning had the best customer service I have ever seen at a hotel. They were so respectful and took time to hear everyone's order despite it becoming busy they were patient and the food was AWESOME! I can truly recommend, The Embassy Suites in East Peoria to assist you and your family in every need. #0LIVERFAMILYREUNION2023

Don't expect food on premises, despite website claims to contrary. NO room service at all. Room was spacious and clean, walk-in shower was wonderful. Reasonably priced, no daily housekeeping unless arranged in advance.

The location is convenient, and will be even more so after the bridge construction is finished. The meeting rooms are very spacious and easy to navigate and utilize. The rooms were spacious and had the appliances needed, BUT the restroom could have been cleaner, there was mildew buildup and our coffee cup had some sort of brown gunk on it that left us without morning coffee in the room--it was gross. The best part of the stay was the "live" omelet cook who had a great accent, and had the greatest memory for orders that I've seen in years--often working four or five omelets concurrently, and a kind word for each person. And coffee on the back patio watching the river. Thank you!

We love coming here when we attend concerts. Always great service and the cook-to-order breakfast top notch. The cooks are impressive with their hussle, efficiency and personality. We had a river view room and always enjoy it at night. Always great! Highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back.

Hotel was easily accessible. Staff was great! I really like that middle of the hotel is open. Room doors faced the middle of the hotel (they aren't down a hallway) which gives an extra feel of safety.

We stay here each time we visit our student at Bradley. Excellent location, great customer service, and we really enjoy the breakfast. The guys on the griddles are always top notch and make the best omelettes, waffles and pancakes. Everyone is so friendly. Rooms could use a major updating. This is a good choice when visiting Peoria.

Albert the cook made us some amazing omelettes and French toast with strawberries! Very tasty! My wife and I will be back:) thank you all for a great honeymoon experience! Light switches could use some love. Bathroom was cold. We stayed in a presidential suite with wheelchair access. Overall a positive experience:)

Great first impression of the hotel front lobby. Lobby was huge and open. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I like our room because there is a separate living room space so you don't disturb the other person sleeping in the bedroom while you watch television. Breakfast was great since you order what you want like pancakes and omelets. Overall experience was excellent!

Daryl Parker made sure that we had what we needed in our rooms. The staff was very pleasant. I would have given room more stars but need skirts was dirty. The floors needed to deep cleaned but overall it was an okay stay. Food was good as well.

It was an ok place to stay but did not match my expectations for an Embassy Suites hotel. The room cleanliness was not to standard. There was staining and mildew in the bathroom. The windows were dirty with cobwebs and dead bugs. I saw what looked like blood staining on the carpet. I was surprised to learn the bar closes at 10 pm. The parking situation was not ideal. They had some convention and we ended up having to park far away from the main hotel. It just wasn't what I expected from a Hilton property.

Pretty nice hotel, wish the breakfast had a non-dairy milk option for those of us lactose intolerant people but very tasty. Special shout out to JJ working the front desk alone! She had a smile and kept it together even with a HUGE line and problem clients. She was kind and did an amazing job.

Nice hotel. Has a grand feeling. Room was clean. Hotel had nice accommodations and a wonderful complimentary hot breakfast. Great location and convenient. If I'm in Peoria again, I will definitely choose the Embassy again.

Everything was great but a few things. The room we stayed in was great except you can hear the plumbing really loud whenever other people took showers in other rooms. Sounded like they were drilling constantly. Also the air conditioning is almost non existent. No air circulation whatsoever and there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We always stay here and everytime it's the same. Other than those few things it's a joy to stay here.

The location couldn't be better. Less than a mile from the civic center, and there's a parking garage by Kenny's pub. Lots to do within a mile walk from the parking garage. Fast food in the same parking lot if you're in a hurry. Made to order breakfast was awesome. Well worth the price.

This hotel is trash and needs a major remodel and new management. The inside and outside are both old and badly maintained. The breakfast and happy hours have been reduced. The food quality is bad. There is no daily room service available. Fresh food at the happy hour is now bags of peanuts and Cheetos. Only one bartender for one hour means 20 minute waits for drink. I was just shocked at how badly this property has deteriorated in every way. Hilton should take their name off this.

We had to change last minute as the Holiday Inn there would not take my emotional support dog. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The hotel is starting to show some wear and tear but otherwise we had a great stay and the staff was very friendly

Great location and nice rooms! The happy hour for guests was great and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel. The chefs, Al and Marshall, kept the lines moving and put out some great food. Be sure to thank them!

I wish I could select 10 stars! I have stayed at quite a few Embassy’s. The breakfast staff is better than every single one! They are friendly, engaging, helpful, attention to detail….I can go on. Jeremiah really sticks out. It seemed like he was guiding everyone while I was eating. He made sure everyone was taken care of. Seriously, I could not be happier with the breakfast and service!

First off, the employees here are world class. They were patient and accommodating and exactly what I would expect from the hospitality industry. The hotel on the other hand... sucks. First room the air was busted and it was 77 degrees. The next room they moved us into half the outlets didn't work and the air was still a bit spotty but I was at least able to sleep. They really could use some maintenance.

Best Hilton I’ve stayed in. The rooms were big, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was by far the best we have had in a Hilton property. The morning breakfast hosts were outstanding led by Jeremiah. Well prepared, clean, picked up dishes immediately and kept buffet well stocked and again clean. Other Embassy’s could learn from this crew, top notch. BTW, omelet outstanding!!

Very happy at this hotel. Everyone was so nice, so accommodating. The room was huge! Very clean. It was a lot of fun. We had the best time. Kudos to Lacey at the front desk for going above and beyond. I wish I had something going on in that town so I could come back lol.

Hello, We stayed at the Embassy Suites in East Peoria Illinois. We see that so much has changed as we used to be regulars there for my daughter's birthday but we will not be back unless they work on some hotel changes. These are all the problems that we encountered while we stayed there. One the elevator was not working. Two there was mold all around the bathtub in our room. Three the hot tub was not working and was blocked off. Four were some boys who had decided to run up and down the hallway as a racetrack all hours of the night while you were sleeping. Five you had to have a key card to the pool that was different than your room key which was okay but then you had to sign up for an allowed time to get in the pool which we never had to do before they were letting so many people into the pool and it was really bad roughhousing and staying in the pool for more than there allowed a time. Six and the food for breakfast was mostly cold biscuits and gravy with a hard biscuit the only thing that I can say that was really good for me that has always been good for me there was the omelets and the gentleman that makes the omelets he talks to you and makes you feel like you're at home. I really hate to pay to park at the hotel but I'm guessing is what it is but I put the card in my window like I was requested to do. Just basically the hotel has been around for a while and it needs to do some upgrading to some of their facility in a nutshell. We paid all most all $200 an was not worth it.

We had to make a trip to the Peoria area for a funeral and stayed two nights. First of all, the property in general could benefit from some upkeep. The maintenance inside and out is lacking. Our room was not the cleanest and the carpet was dirty. We went down to happy hour the first night of our stay and the drink selection was minimal. The only two beers on happy hour were Miller Lite and Summer Shandy. Any others were $4 for a plastic glass. The walls were so unsoundproof that the couple in the next door room woke us up yelling and crying. I finally called the front desk and asked something be done. The front desk called the room. I know this because I could hear the phone ringing. This all took place at 3AM. The next morning we went down for breakfast. There were made to order omelets or waffles. The rest of the offerings were on a buffet style setup. The omelets were ok but anything off the buffet were cold. When we returned from a very long and extremely hard day, we went to our room to find it had not been cleaned. I called down to the front desk and were told I needed to request the room to be cleaned when we checked in. Never heard of this before. When asked for clean towels, I was told I needed to “pop” down myself to get towels. When we checked out I noticed we were charged $10 per day to park in the pot whole filed parking lot.I would definitely not stay at this Embassy Suites again. Terrible value for being charged $200+ a night.

I’d give it a minus if I could. Don’t believe everything you read. I’ve put up 2 reviews which truth being told was terrible. They’ve removed both of my reviews. I’ve never stayed in a more than discussing hotels before. So of course they removed my review. I would not have stepped one bare foot on the grossly dirty carpet. We’ll see if they remove this one too. Management go from room to room and ask yourself if you’d pay over $150.00 to stay in those rooms and then tell me you’d pay another $10.00 to park in the parking lot that you just paid that much money to stay in their hotel. I’ve never heard of such nonsense.

The positive is that the staff is very nice (I can't say that ENOUGH), the rooms are clean and spacious. It is centrally and conveniently located. They have a happy hour reception where each guest gets 2 beverages per night which is nice. They have a restaurant , and I didn't have the food from there, but it looks like a pretty basic pub food menu. What I saw come out to another table looked like it could be pretty good. The snacks they set out for happy hour are self serve so that is not very sanitary to me. I passed once I observed how other guests were handling items. Aside from that that is the positive. The rest of this review is in no way a reflection on the wonderful staff of this hotel. The areas this place fall short is an operational and management issues that can only be addressed at management/corporate level. My honest review is that the hotel is old and in need of some updates, but it is still one of the better options in the Peoria area. Rooms are decent, but the prices could be more reflective of how dated the hotel is. The breakfast is not great and the buffet items are not sanitary. I saw people using their hands, putting things like muffins back. It could be better supervised. The eggs on the buffet are powdered. Instead of the community buffet option, if you really want the free breakfast, you can stand in the very long line for the fresh griddle items, which are eggs/omelette, bacon or sausage and pancakes or waffles. All of those items except the meat are made to order. The bacon was overcooked, and the pancakes were too dense and almost gummy. But the omelette is good and you can customize it with fresh veggies and cheese. The last not so great thing is that they charge you to park on their property that they own. And the parking lot is in such disrepair that you have to be careful to dodge all of the holes so you don't damage your car. This is just ridiculous, especially for a small town like Peoria. Overall, this is just a place to stay. You have other options in Peoria. I'm willing to stay at another property that has similar to better updated rooms, that doesn't charge for parking. I would also rather go out to breakfast and have more options, better quality and minus the unsanitary buffet where anything goes.

We used to get excited to stay at this hotel. Not now. We stayed here for 4 days. The place is ran down, dated and not kept up. It just felt neglected. Their is no restaurant on site. There is no gift shop and coffee shop open anymore. They said since Covid, the restaurant and gift shop been shut down. They do not do any cleaning services for subsequent day that you stay. I had to ask for new towels daily, garbage liners and just emptied my trash out daily. The rooms have stained carpets and mold in the bathrooms. You need to make a reservation to use the pool. The hot tube is drained. We found fake eyes lashes in the pool and near the pool. The eyelashes had been there for days. The only positive is they do offer a nice complimentary breakfast and managers reception where you get two free alcoholic drinks. Housekeeping and front desk staff were nice. The outside has weeds and peoples garbage all over the place. They charge you $10.00 a day for parking in a un-Secure lot. They should take the funds from parking and repair all the potholes in the parking lots. We will not stay here again.

Many of us stayed here for a church wide conference May 31-June 3. The hotel seemed outdated to me, but was still lovely. The people serving our food were absolutely excellent! Kind, super friendly at early hours of the morning and helpful. However, this hotel charged us for rooms that were already paid for and said they would refund us our money in three days. This did not happen. It took weeks for us to get a full refund, in fact, six weeks. In that time there were various charges, and then refunds and more charges and refunds. It’s almost as if something unethical was happening. When we called and spoke to someone in accounting and then management, we were told “someone” clicked a button by mistake thus charging us inappropriately for things. I can believe that once but not multiple times. This also happened to other people in our group. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I certainly didn’t like my money being tied up for almost two months and for absolutely no reason at all. Especially since my daughter just graduated and we were hosting family from five different states at our home and needed that money. Paula H.

Excellent hotel accommodations. Customer service is bar none. I requested a crib day of check in and the hotel had an ACTUAL CRIB delivered to the room. It was perfect. The room was very comfortable for my large family. Breakfast was amazing, they have everything. We also enjoyed the pool!

  • 5/5 Stefan M. 11 months ago on Google
The rooms are like real suites with bedroom doors and a kitchenette. There's a huge central atrium. View from river side is beautiful day or night across Peoria skyline. Breakfast buffet is large and omelets are made to order. Complimentary drinks and snacks for happy hour are a nice bonus. The pool looked small. A fancy conference center is attached. Many restaurants are nearby.

If I could put a negative rating I would. I do not even know where to begin. As a Diamond Member, I highly recommend that no one stay here. So disappointing. By far the worst Hilton Hotel I have ever stayed at. I checked in online Thursday for a Friday arrival. On Friday around 3:30, we arrive to be told - they were triple booked and our room was not available. They had a rooms for us but it smelt bad according to Jennifer who checked us in. I said well that’s not going to work, what do we do. She disappeared for a few minutes talking to someone, returned and said they would be putting us in the presidential suite, which sells for $600 a night again according to Jennifer. So I thought okay well this is looking up. First they did not put us in the presidential suite, which is on the 8th floor. They put us in a corner room on the 5th floor which happens to be their premium floor. Second, our room… was a horrible nightmare. The door is split near the hinges and will not close all the way unless you put a lot of force on it and push it hard close. Sorry to our neighbors who had to hear that all weekend. The floors were disgusting, huge stains everywhere, rips in the carpet, it was bubbling up, needs replaced. The bathroom has a huge amount of mold growing above the bathroom door and the shower caddies we’re all barely hanging on. The air conditioner would not work and did not move past 75 all weekend. The bed had springs that were felt and my 6’4 husband ended up sleeping on the small couch all weekend. Yes- I did go down to complain within in minutes. I got told they would send maintenance up for the air and housekeeping up for the mold. I asked if they could please move us, I had already looked and all the hotels near me were full. They said if I wanted to vacate they would give me a full refund. I said there is no where to go. Maintenance did show up two hours later looked at the thermostat and and said ok it’s fixed. But he didn’t even touch it, and it never changed temp. It was muggy in that room all weekend. Then I asked him about the door. He said it’s split and we needed to be careful so it wouldn’t brake anymore and fall of the hinges. Neither one of us really slept all weekend because the room was hot muggy and we were afraid our door would brake off. The only good thing was the bartender downstairs on Friday night would made good drinks. Don’t know his name but he said he had just moved to Peoria from Houston. Breakfast was good and normal for an Embassy. I love Hilton Hotels and will say that I will never stay there again, and if this is what Hilton allows for their hotels, I may need to give up my status and go somewhere else. See the pictures they speak for themselves.

Every staff member we dealt with was pleasant and helpful, our waitress at the cafe did a good job taking care of us. At many other businesses it has become the normal to get less of a good experience when doing business with them, we DID NOT experience that at this Embassy Suite location. We were treated right by everyone!!

This hotel is a nice place that seems to be very well kept and cleaned. All the staff we encountered were very kind, good spirited and seemingly eager to do whatever was needed for us to have a very enjoyable experience during our two days and three nights stay. They have a nice full breakfast bar in the morning with a station where you can order custom pancakes and waffles and another that will prepare for you custom omelets. There is a nice, large seating area along with a nice bar with access to a very nice patio area with nice, comfortable seating, all of which is shore side to a beautiful view of the Illinois river with the city in the background on the other side of the river. The only complaint I would say I had was that the indoor pool was fairly small, but not tiny, just one of the smaller ones I've been to at a hotel, the pool room was a bit warmer and humid than preferred, but the water was pretty cold, so not to bad when swimming lol. price wasn't too bad, not super cheap but affordable for most I'd say.Overall I'd recommend the place, especially if u are in town for more of a family visit or some other attraction ur in town for.

The team that takes care of you for breakfast is worth the stay. Good food. Incredibly friendly and service oriented. Best service we’ve had in a long time.

Enjoyed a nice view on the 8th floor. Downside was the windows hadn’t been cleaned in a while and were also covered in spiderwebs with flying insects in them. Definitively took away from the pretty view. Front desk staff were pleasant and the younger lady was very welcoming. The bartender wasn’t as friendly and they didn’t have a drink menu so I just had to pick something random which ended up being mostly juice…. Hot tub was down and I was told they can’t get parts in for it so there’s talk about filling it in which would be a bummer. Rooms were clean and the lobby was beautiful. The other downside is the room I was assigned had big windows leading to the hallway with sheer curtains… unfortunately there was no way to close the real curtains and if you look hard enough you can see directly into the living room area of the room. It felt like a violation of privacy and was slightly uncomfortable. It was sort of a bummer that you had to reserve the pool and couldn’t access it as you please… Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would stay again in the future.

I'd rate this 3.5 stars. The service, breakfast and people were all wonderful, but the rooms are in need of a refresh. The room is a great setup with a sitting room separate from the bedroom, but the bathroom is "well used". The sink was pulling away from the countertop and there was a hole in part of the shower enclosure. Overall a nice hotel with rooms that just need a refresh.

Breakfast crew was amazing. Fresh made omelettes and pancakes, and Barbra the breakfast attendant made sure we had everything we needed. Only complaint is our shower gel was empty. We asked 2 days in a row to get it filled and it didn't happen.
