If
I
could
put
a
negative
rating
I
would.
I
do
not
even
know
where
to
begin.
As
a
Diamond
Member,
I
highly
recommend
that
no
one
stay
here.
So
disappointing.
By
far
the
worst
Hilton
Hotel
I
have
ever
stayed
at.
I
checked
in
online
Thursday
for
a
Friday
arrival.
On
Friday
around
3:30,
we
arrive
to
be
told
-
they
were
triple
booked
and
our
room
was
not
available.
They
had
a
rooms
for
us
but
it
smelt
bad
according
to
Jennifer
who
checked
us
in.
I
said
well
that’s
not
going
to
work,
what
do
we
do.
She
disappeared
for
a
few
minutes
talking
to
someone,
returned
and
said
they
would
be
putting
us
in
the
presidential
suite,
which
sells
for
$600
a
night
again
according
to
Jennifer.
So
I
thought
okay
well
this
is
looking
up.
First
they
did
not
put
us
in
the
presidential
suite,
which
is
on
the
8th
floor.
They
put
us
in
a
corner
room
on
the
5th
floor
which
happens
to
be
their
premium
floor.
Second,
our
room…
was
a
horrible
nightmare.
The
door
is
split
near
the
hinges
and
will
not
close
all
the
way
unless
you
put
a
lot
of
force
on
it
and
push
it
hard
close.
Sorry
to
our
neighbors
who
had
to
hear
that
all
weekend.
The
floors
were
disgusting,
huge
stains
everywhere,
rips
in
the
carpet,
it
was
bubbling
up,
needs
replaced.
The
bathroom
has
a
huge
amount
of
mold
growing
above
the
bathroom
door
and
the
shower
caddies
we’re
all
barely
hanging
on.
The
air
conditioner
would
not
work
and
did
not
move
past
75
all
weekend.
The
bed
had
springs
that
were
felt
and
my
6’4
husband
ended
up
sleeping
on
the
small
couch
all
weekend.
Yes-
I
did
go
down
to
complain
within
in
minutes.
I
got
told
they
would
send
maintenance
up
for
the
air
and
housekeeping
up
for
the
mold.
I
asked
if
they
could
please
move
us,
I
had
already
looked
and
all
the
hotels
near
me
were
full.
They
said
if
I
wanted
to
vacate
they
would
give
me
a
full
refund.
I
said
there
is
no
where
to
go.
Maintenance
did
show
up
two
hours
later
looked
at
the
thermostat
and
and
said
ok
it’s
fixed.
But
he
didn’t
even
touch
it,
and
it
never
changed
temp.
It
was
muggy
in
that
room
all
weekend.
Then
I
asked
him
about
the
door.
He
said
it’s
split
and
we
needed
to
be
careful
so
it
wouldn’t
brake
anymore
and
fall
of
the
hinges.
Neither
one
of
us
really
slept
all
weekend
because
the
room
was
hot
muggy
and
we
were
afraid
our
door
would
brake
off.
The
only
good
thing
was
the
bartender
downstairs
on
Friday
night
would
made
good
drinks.
Don’t
know
his
name
but
he
said
he
had
just
moved
to
Peoria
from
Houston.
Breakfast
was
good
and
normal
for
an
Embassy.
I
love
Hilton
Hotels
and
will
say
that
I
will
never
stay
there
again,
and
if
this
is
what
Hilton
allows
for
their
hotels,
I
may
need
to
give
up
my
status
and
go
somewhere
else.
See
the
pictures
they
speak
for
themselves.
