This is a good store. It has lots of options, and it's safety measures are good, but not great. It is sometimes very crowded, and other times you are the only person in the store. It is a great place for finding things you need

My first visit to a Jewel-Osco in over 6 Years. Store was Very Clean and Well Stocked. Parking Lot was Filled on a Friday at Noon. Lots of Options for Ready To Go Food. I was Very Pleased with my Visit

Not really a fan of this jewel. The one in Grayslake is top tier and after shopping there, the other ones don't make any sense the layout is all different. Makes it hard to shop and especially with having a toddler getting in and out is key.

Great store, well stocked, extremely clean, and fast checkout.

Shopped at Jewel Osco located at Long Meadow Plaza which is open until 12am daily.

If we are talking about the Jewel Osco in the picture my most recent visit was sub-par. This isn't a huge deal however the only thing I can base my review on is customer service because other than that you grab your own groceries and go home so as there is only customer service to review them on and when I got to the register I know it was later in the night the cashier saw me standing there with my stuff on the belt walked right past me with an empty cart took her time to put it out by the exit doors I'm talking maybe like 2 or 3 minutes then takes her time walking back to the register which is right next to the door Doesn't greet me and then proceeds to ring my items it was really weird. She clearly saw me standing there waiting but the empty cart was more a priority. I think the customer before me left his shopping basket there for the same reason because he never came back for it.

Great pricing, not what I would call is super store, but have very competitive pricing. Their pharmacy also has better pricing than the more common larger pharmacy chains. But they don’t have the services that those chains have such as calling you to let you know when your RX is ready and waiting. At least that’s been my experience.

I love the fresh look of Jewel, everything is so clean, the isles are wider, more variety, especially Gluten Free. Having Great Clips right next door is awesome too. Having Northshore Immediate Care right there is a nice bonus also. The plaza itself is very well kept, no garbage, or even leaves on the ground, which is VERY nice to see, makes shopping much more pleasant, unlike the other strip mall on the other side of town. Maybe they should take notes & then wouldn't have so many store fronts empty, IDK, just saying.

Best Jewel around I believe this is the one in mundelein very nice and they have a Starbucks in the lady at the counter at Starbucks was top notch

This is a great strip mall for the jewel osco to live in

We love to go to this jewel because the fresh veggies but , they need to work on their customer service , on Sat 8-14-21 as my husband paid for a case of beer the over 21 person helping cashier Lauren , after she scanned the case she ordered my husband to put it in the cart, he has a problem hearing so he didn't heard so she said again " she said again in the cart put it in the cart " and got really upset because he didn't listen the first time. First of all she don't tell custwhat to do , she could ask politely but she is the one who should be helping customers. Very rude ,she was very rude.

The one stop shop it all "Mall". Clean and easy, parking is a breeze while getting in and out just as easy. When your list is tall, this where to go to make the short of it.

I bought Wing Bucket unfortunately the chicken uncooked two pieces. And the bucket wings it's not looks like 15 lb. Beware customers. stay away there. fine another Jewel-Osco.

This is my all time favorite jewel. It's smaller than most with a floor plan like Dominick's which is where I shopped before they closed. They have a more unusual food selection than most jewels which makes it a fun place to shop. Meat cuts fit in more with what I am looking for and only found at this jewel. Each and every employee at this jewel is helpful and pleasant
