I went to Starbucks Tuesday with a friend and I tried the nitro cold brew. I really liked it. It wasn't too strong didn't have a bitter or bad aftertaste. I had it with the sweet cream. I will definitely have this again. The staff was really nice and genuine. The perfect spot for a relaxing cup of coffee.

This location is impeccably clean!! The best team works there,they're always friendly,helpful, and quick to get an order ready. Unlike some other locations I've visited. Nothing is more annoying than watching the workers play around when you're in a hurry. This is my daily'go to' location. If they weren't as awsome as they are,I'd visit a different location for my lunch. Thank alot Mundelein crew,you've earned my business!!

Very clean very nice customer service I get the green tea Frappuccino double blended so there’s no ice chunks in it

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for many many years. But lately I’ve been dreading and hate coming here at a specific time of the day which is early morning because of the gentleman working the drive thru makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and is very rude and mean. Seeing him while getting my drink is definitely not the way I wanna start my day.

Honestly never had a bad experience until recently but when I say bad I mean bad I seen the baristas make multiple drinks incorrectly and then get pissy when asked to make it properly I was given my shaken espresso with literally NO ESPRESSO just a venti cup of milk and ice and when I explained the espresso was missing he admitted to the mistake but just poured the shots over the milk and sent me off.. definitely will not be back..

Good place to stop by in the morning. Staff is cheerful and happy it’s just what I need in the morning. And I love those strawberry overnight grains. I never had anything similar anywhere else. Definitely recommend this place. Light roast coffee is amazing too. Thanks Starbucks.

It's Starbucks. At one point in history, they had the best coffee you could get anywhere. Then they got huge, and the quality is still good, just not amazing. As far as Starbucks go, it was a consistently good experience. The coffee was adequate (creme brulee lattes) and the staff were efficient, if joyless. I forgot how "burned" the espresso tastes at SBUX, which is why I migrated away from them. They do a good job with the beans they get, tho.

Such great coffee, but wow o wow, prices have gone up so much. What a shame.

Perhaps the best Asian restaurant I have ever been to. The menu is full of choices. That is the hardest problem in here, deciding what to get.

Friendly staff. Good place to hang out. Only downside is the machines can get a little noisy.

I did not have the best experience here. My drink was not correct. I waited for a while at the window for my second drink as the cashier was doodling. . . Had to wave thru the window to a passing employee for the cashier to realize my drink was sitting there melting Essentially. When I paid, I was using my app and asked to reload 20$ before my purchase, so I could use the 20$ I had loaded as payment for my order... Yet my card was charged for a 20$ reload, and the total amount of my order. As I am a past resturant Manger from a similar chain, once I noticed she did not ask to scan my app again I knew something was off. I check my bank app and, sure enough. I was double charged. Had it handled right there on the spot even though once it was brought to the cashiers attention, she tried to simply re correct me and tell me that she had done the transaction correct and that I paid for my order and had 20$ on my card. Though that is not what I asked her to do. Why would I want to load my app and then yet still pay with my card... makes no sense at all since I would not be rewarded points for that transaction if I were to use my card... simply just stating... Lesson learned, & it's hard to find good help these days. #itshardtofindgoodhelpthesedays

Ordered a decaf Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and they forgot the cookie crumbles. Also, it was missing the whip cream base and seemed to have 1/3 the amount of ice it should have had; I was just drinking a normal mocha by the third sip. The Starbucks in the Target in the same shopping plaza has better service tbh.

Good customer service but asked for 2 frappe, charged for only one but I got 2nd one very quick after paying.
