4/24 @ 3:30 ordered $40 worth of food at drive thru, got home and noticed they forgot an item and gave me an incorrect item as well. Drove back (45 minute round trip) and they refused to give me the item I paid for. Don't bother with these incompetent people. Totally done with panera.

I like Panera overall. I believe it depends on who you have to deal with. Sometimes I have to speak with a staff who talks me down by saying "that's what I just said" when I ask question. Is it necessary? Especially when the system is down and you are the one causing problems to customers orders. Of course I get a bit worried and might ask the same question twice. Then I get, " that's what I just said". Makes me not want to come back again.

Customer Service is nonexistent. To order food, one has to use the Kiosk. No one standing out front to assist. Had to wait awhile before anyone would peak out from the back to see if anyone needed assistance. Panera use to be a warm welcoming place, it no longer has that feeling.

I recently visited "panera bread" in Madeline and I was impressed. The food was delicious, the design was modern and stylish, and the bathroom was clean. I ordered the motsarella sandwich with turkey and it was one of the best I've ever had. The turkey was fresh and flavorful, the bread was soft and chewy, and the toppings were perfectly balanced. The latte was also excellent, with a rich and creamy flavor.

We had a delivery problem years ago that they refused to make right, and the manager did not respond to multiple attempts to communicate. Yesterday we decided to try again and buy New Years Day bagels. They were stale. I guess I’ll try this location again in another five years or so.

Usually perfect but the other day I went to the drive thru on the way to work and a man named Tom working the window had his nose sticking out of his mask. Today I want there again and I saw more employees with their noses sticking out. For like a solid month they were all wearing it properly every time I came through. They've relaxed and this pandemic is only getting worse. If you take the pandemic seriously then you may want to avoid this location.

Worst food from Panera. They are serving different breads for same sandwich each time. So basically giving whatever is leftover for the day. Avocado on my sandwich was stale. I will never go to this location again and recommend you to save your money as well.

My order is completely off. I ordered the pick 2 with the green goddess salad. They did not put the chicken on the salad. I had to also reorder at the window. And my order was still wrong. On top of that, no receipt and no record of my order after I gave them my phone number.

Friendly, helpful service

Absolutely ridiculous that a group soup now costs $20.83. Their prices went up again in the last few months. This chain and its owners are trying to steal from you. There are several places in the area that have similar items for $11-12 dollars. Other items on their menu are also extremely expensive. On top of that, they regularly do not include spoons or cups when they give you your order in the drive through.

7:45 am - Ordered an egg and cheese croissant with coffee. I was the only customer at the time inside the restaurant besides a few cars in the drive through. Met by someone who may have been shift Manager that had been there all night. A little groggy and croaking. There was soapy water flowing out of the kitchen area into the walk area in front of the pick up counter. Someone decided to place a slippery floor pilon as a precaution but there was still couple of inches of water pooled. I received my sandwich which was put together by either a kindergartner or someone who had lost all motivation in life. The eggs were globbed right in the middle with no cheese. The top slice was placed opposite to the bottom. It made me laugh more than upset. I still give it 2 stars for the laugh.

Had to create my own order on a kiosk, while MULTIPLE employees were standing around twiddling their fingers. I only saw an employee when I went to get my order. The place was DEAD. I was there for over an hour and a half and each person I saw walk in, had to do this for their order. While employees just stood around doing absolutely nothing. It was really horrible to watch all that money for training go to waste. Please use those kiosks for busier times and let employees go home when it's slow.

I purchased two pick2s tonight for a late dinner. The sandwiches were great as usual. The soup was a terrible disappointment. I ordered two creamy chicken rice soups. What I got was in a chicken broth but had about a dozen kernels of rice. I ended up drinking the broth that reminded me of chicken soup from a vending machine. Not happy. The receipt shows an order checked by line…that was blank. And also tells me to inform a manager if the order isn’t right. I went thru the drive up window, so I didn’t check the order till I got home. And it wasn’t right. You guys are usually much better than this!

Been here many many times due to the sip club membership. I love it. I get coffee in the winter and bubbly in the summer. Sometimes I get food as well and the quality is excellent. The new chicken sandwich is really good and, of course, the bakery is always great with the cookies and breads.

The food is good,but I think they have Amerca buffaloed..It's all microwaved food.Nothing made fresh here. I had the Tomato soup,and grilled cheese.Soup was OK.Sandwich was garbage.Seemed like a microwaved,GRILLED cheese. And cheap cheese.Im from WI..Come on! Then they have a new thin chicken sandwich. $12.... I don't think $15+ a meal here is even fair,modelers a good deal. 4 stars is only because,they have the unlimited drink clun,for $11 a mo..Or I wouldnt go to this place. Always dirty. Especially the bathrooms.

The sandwiches were so salty like someone did it on purpose ,I always get my panera but this time it was unusual. That location was so convenient for me but now I have to find new place

Service was good, staff was friendly. Tried the Baja bowl because I like Quinoa, avocado… I think they forgot to cook my Quinoa. Cold and hard almost crunchy. Called to mention this and received the response “No one else complained.” I bets thats because their quiona got microwaved. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.

We go to Panera quite a bit however this one left us a little bit lacking. It was just dirtier than most and even the decorations haven't been changed while as we're at the end of April and they still had St Patrick's Day decorations. The service was unmotivated and almost sent as if we were in the way of their work rather than providing than work. The food also was missing something. It just seemed far more stable than normal it wasn't as moist and delicious as I expected.

Long-time, very frequent Customer of Panera. Until today, a big fan of their full-size Caesar Salad with chicken, as a meal. Today I get home, open up my meal, and find that the "full-size" salad I've purchased four or five times each week - doesn't even fill half of the bowl? A $16 purchase tonight, with a portion size that wouldn't qualify as a side-salad anywhere else. In speaking with the manager, he states that all salads are weighed, and that this is what I should now expect. Probably moving me from the very loyal to the non-Customer category.

Mundelein is awesome, lake zurich is the slowest and worst service and vernon hills lost me as a customer because you cannot do drive thru unless done on an app. However, Mundelein is great in every manner.

Mismanaged. Was greeted by the manager herself. Franchisee,.. if you invest with a Panera buildout, hire managers that have experience speaking to people. Food for thought.

The order process is a pain, and it was not a friendly place as nobody was overly welcoming. Definitely not a southern charm place. Food was okay.

I came in and placed my order and I ate it. The sandwich was great and the soup was deliciously warm.

Service was great. My family was greeted when we came in. The Manager was walking around helping pick up plates, talking with people. The decor is very nice and upscale compared with the Panera in Libertyville. I am happy to come again to this location.

The bread is always hard as cardboard. If you get someone in front of you with a large order at the drive thru, your order will get held up. Unlike other places where the restaurant will have you move forward to get cars behind served.

Cozy and nice athmosphere. They don't have porcelain cups anymore. When you come in and sit at a table, you look for "restaurant" experience. One-time use plastic garbage for to go isn't exactly that kind of experience.

I never have a problem at Panera. I love their breakfast sandwiches.

Service was quick. Prices were fair. My husband had a salmon blt. It was served on a croissant made in house. The salmon covered about 1/4 of the bread(rather skimpy). The croissant was flaky and tasty. I had an Italian panini served on an in-house made ciabatta roll. The roll was fresh and warm. The cold cuts were cold. Cheese was not melted. It was a cold cut sandwich-nothing panini about it (not pressed). Certainly not memorable or worth seeking out. The cafe latte was barely warm

I visit this place at least once a month. Always a pleasant visit, food is hot and fresh.

We had a late lunch and were able to get an outside table. The sandwiches were great. The bread as very fresh as were the lettuce and tomatoes. The sandwiches were so good we decided to try a sticky bun and an apple croissant for breakfast the next morning. Wow. I haven't had a sticky bun that good in years. We were hooked and ordered sandwiches to go on our at out of town.

A great Panera! I am always greeted warmly. The food was hot and well made. An employee named Sofia was so nice! She was friendly and helpful. She made my day! It was clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with the service and the food! I love the convenient location and surrounding area. My younger siblings love getting the different types of Mac and Cheese served. I love trying new things, because I know I will never be disappointed! My favorites are the Mediterranean Grain bowl and the broccoli cheddar soup. Another favorite is the bacon Mac and Cheese.

Stephanie was super friendly and professional! Did a curbside pick up - food was ready when we arrived. She was super nice and introduced herself on the phone (I feel like no one does that anymore.) and was very sweet when bringing out the food to us. Thanks Stephanie! Truly appreciate the awesome customer service.
