    This McDonald’s has literally gotten our order wrong every single time. Unfortunately, this is the closest McDonald’s to our house. With kids and a preference for warm food we’re pretty much forced to use them. We Don’t always have time to check the entire order or drive all the way back when we discovered or order is incorrect or missing items. I get mistakes happen but this seems to be poor training or carelessness by the staff. It’s hard to get on board with the “Fight for $15” when I can’t even get what I ordered, ever.

    Went through Drive Through at Lunch Time and didn’t get my full order! Called and they said sorry… that doesn’t help the person I was bringing the Sandwich to! Went back and the chicken sandwich was over cooked and a mess! So was the Fish Sandwich ! This location is NOT the place to go!! Poorly trained employees ? If I could give a Zero Star I would !

    hire new drive-thru people. young lady and gentleman are very rude. a couple of them don't like that I've complained in the past and always send me to a number to wait for my order. doesn't matter what the order is, big or small. doesn't matter if there's no other cars. Always roll there eyes at me and grunt? if you can't be professional, find another job. don't be immature. All the older workers understand hospitality. So no complaints there.

    Man this location is not good. I ordered a bigger order. They forgot several items, but of course I just let them know. But it seemed to be that they are annoyed I corrected them since I checked all items before leaving. The manager argued with me about the large fries I ordered. The receipt says large fries, the manager said her screen said medium fries. No I paid the price for the large and my receipt clearly states large as she looked at my receipt. I don’t understand how you can stand there and argue about what the right thing was lol. I’ve never had a bad experience at a McDonald’s before til this one. I wasn’t asking for anything extra. I asked for what my receipt said and what I paid for for all the exact items lol.

    it's 4:45 they open at 4:30 and they're still not ready to serve. I've seen about 5 cars leave already what a shame. I placed my order through the app before hand to save time and it's completely pointless.

    Was disappointed with the service thru drive thru ask for a large cup of ice and the cashier even repeated that the cup of ice so when I got to the second window got my food and drink and I mentioned were is my large cup of ice and the Mexican lady in a rude way said that I never paid for the cup of ice also my sweet tea was not sweet so I got out walked in and spoke to manager which se did not seem to care at all .but I did change my drink ....very rude lady with additude

    They are racist to black people and treat us like trash my cousin went to the McDonald’s to sit in there and she was told to leave because a 30 minute limit but others were in there before her and was there for a long time as she asked if she bought something could she stay a bit longer and they had a attitude saying yes and then she was asking for a split payment option and they were hostile and rude with her with the response

    The service was fine, I had a big order so I excepted to wait a bit and everything came out great. I had two different online orders and they gladly accepted giving me both in the drive thru.

    They gave me a mcflurry half way full with barely any oreo crumbs. Plus they had me waiting for me to order for more than 10 mins even tho there was nobody in the line.

    Food quality has fallen. Their latest $ saver is using frozen buns that are always hard. I dread eating there. Decent bathrooms, but they get cleaned less often. Choose another restaurant, I always recommend family owned.

    Today's shift is disgusting! The order was picked up on 07/28/23 at 9.02 pm. I ask the management to pay attention! I was not issued an order via drive-thru, although other cars received their orders. Thunderstorms and heavy rain sent me inside McDonald's! It's disgusting! As a result, I got wet through and flooded the iPhone with water! I hope you take some action. Thank you

    Went thru drive thru ordered Dbl fish and other items. They gave me my food and drove home. Open my order and found they only gave me a single fish, so I drove back to get my order corrected. I understand that McDonald's Corp wants service in so many seconds, but make sure the order is correct. So I blame both Mcdonald's corporation and the actual store itself for the error.

    I'm really not one to post negative reviews. But this McDonalds has gotten my order wrong every single time. I have never been to a McDonalds that charges as this one does (would not be an issue if you actually got your items!). I also keep being charged for things I have not ordered, too. Make sure you ask and check that you got napkins too, I never get a single napkin even when ordering over $30 worth of food. Ever. The food at this location does not taste as it does at all other locations. I keep giving this McDonalds a try, but regret it every single time. Eat something else - if you go to this location, you will be disappointed.

    I haven't been to McDonalds in years and they did not let me down. It was late at night and I stopped for chicken mcnuggets. They made them fresh for me and they were delicious!

    This location has two drive through menus to place your order. Do not use the right hand, outer lane because on two occasions now I waited my turn to order but immediately after the other side ordered, instead of coming to me, the next person in line, they took the order for the next person who drove up on the left hand side even though I had been waiting longer than the other car. In other words, despite signage indicating you can pull up to either lane at any time of day, there’s a good bet that going on the right side will leave you totally forgotten and very frustrated. That’s poor management and very disrespectful to their customers plain and simple

    My boys love McDonald's they would eat there every day if I let them. More often then not the order is always wrong, very frustrating. Before we leave always need to take everything to check the order.

    raw meat. went in and they told me that that’s how they’re made. i’ve never seen a quarter pounder this red before. Manager was very rude. An employee even said he wouldn’t eat it.

    I order 2 cheeseburgers and a mocha frappe. The first cheeseburgers tasted a little off but the second one was worse. It tasted old like it was around for days and the ketchup was spoil. I took 2 bites and threw it out. It was so gross.
