The worst restaurant I’ve ever experienced, just got myself 3 sandwiches and the Indian lady is so lazy to fill the things I said to and she did not properly respond nor fill the appropriate amount of toppings and veggies. Tomatoes were old, wrong ingredients in sandwich and on top I had to tell her to toast many times. Additionally I had gotten the broccoli cheddar soup and it was expired and you can tell by the smell. Fire her as soon as possible!

My experience at this location was good, ordered a meatball sandwich and it was made as I wanted. Mozzarella, onion, tomato, lettuce, jalapenos and toasted. Description is just so when you look at the picture you know what's on it.😂😂 The tip jar was sad looking with pennies in it so I gave a good tip because it was made how I wanted. 😎👍 I'm sure experiences may varie. I'm sure it's not a high paying job so service might depend on how friendly the customer is and the mood of the staff🤔 okay... I'm rambling on, thanks for reading.🤪😳

We had a table tennis tournament nearby and ordered food for the entire team, 15 people. Sagar(forgive me if I misspelled) made our sandwiches and made them in a very timely manner. When we came to pick up, he was so kind to us and made us feel so welcomed. He made sure we got everything we needed and offered some extra sauce for us as well. Very kind man and very well run establishment.

The sandwich was fine, I guess. The worker was indifferent and borderline cold. Passable cleanliness. Outside sign wasn't lit. In sum, if you're hungry and don't care... you probably won't get food poisoning here?

They don't accept coupons. Subway print coupons then drop them to your post box then good luck to find location that accepts those coupons. 0 stars.

Had no meatballs, no mozzarella cheese, no soup and didn’t take coupons. Poor customer service

Ordered ahead to pickup and go. Got home and wrong bread on all 4 subs, the one we wanted untoasted wasnt and the other three weren't toasted, tomatoes were hard with large white chunks, Worst of all the meatballs in my daughter's sub were petrified. I couldn't even cut it with a knife. Not frozen, not burnt, hard as rocks. Ruined her whole meal. Complained to the site on the receipt and they only offered a 6inch sub. This location is awful you are much better going down the street to the one by Wendy's or even inside Walmart. I hope subway knows that that location is ruining their reputation.

Well if your up still feeling hungry after a eating Sandwich from this Subway . Watched the lady behind the counter short the meat on my sandwich. When I Question it. She said it's from Owner's instructions.. So if you want a correctly made sandwich Don't go to either Subway Mundelein. They both doing it. Same owner ?

I really like subway food but in this place there is a woman who gives what she wants and does not give one. good service yesterday I bought 1 subway and you put what he wanted and the soda machine already had it off that if he wanted to grab water when it was 6 p.m. I do not recommend it is disgusting

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took the first bite of my sandwich and it had a terrible taste.. after tasting every single ingredient separately I realized the olives were bad!! So I called the store and after explaining the situation, the lady in charge refused to make me a new sandwich and said she will only make me a refund if I bring back the sandwich to the store without a single bite. HOW was that possible? When I got to the store, she grabbed the sandwich and laughed. I asked her again if she could just re-do my sandwich and she said she didn't want to make another sandwich for me, so she picked up the phone and called someone to help her with the refund. She was veeeery RUDE!

While my children and I were eating here, the woman working gave each of them a cookie as a surprise which made their afternoon. She went even more above and beyond once she found out it was my oldest daughter's birthday by giving her a personal gift. She will never forget this birthday!

Terrible subway location! I ordered a Italian bmt with no cheese because my kid is allergic to it. I made this order through DoorDash, when I got it, it had cheese. I tried calling to get a new sandwich or my money back, the lady kept talking back to me and telling me I can’t order a Italian bmt with no cheese LOL. Then she kept talking about how I ordered cheese on my salad and that I’m creating problems for no reason. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. Save yourself the trouble, there’s a McDonald’s down the street.
