This Subway is the worst one I have ever been to. I go after school and they worker over charges by alot almost like he is putting in a random price. Then he argues with me and is rude about, embarrassing me in front of the other customers. I go back a week later I'm ordering and the same thing happened again with the same worker. But this time it's worse because my younger sister is there too and he does the same thing to her. and the same time he is over charging me he is arguing with another customer! Plus on top of all of that my sandwich was burnt from them leaving it in the toaster too long. It was really unprofessional and embarrassing!! I will never buy from this Subway again! I wish I could give this place zero stars...😣 This was a complete waste of time I go to other places and that has never happened to me before....

Never coming back to this Subway, terrible service, owner ( INDIAN GRANDPA) I ordered a footlong white bread ham, same bread, same meat... asked him to wrap it separate, he was charging me two 6" instead of footlong..more expensive that way...also I am sure they put less meat than they suposse to..

There is two ladies working here and are extremely rude !! You would think they could at least crack half a smile. I noticed they did some remodeling but what does that even matter if you have rude people working there! I spent 48.00 on sandwiches for my family and didn't even get a thank you. You can always go to the one on midlothian but not much better.

This place is the worst. Owner is very rude and charges you for everything. Never coming back here. Very stingy and rude people working here

They don't accept coupons! Bad service. Way overpriced. I won't be back.

Always clean, and light on stomach, this branch is super clean, the server is super helpful

Sandwiches were okay, although they seem to be putting less meat on these days. Almost every time I go in to this store, the employee is on their cell phone talking and it's like an inconvenience that I'm there. One time the woman working there kept the phone to her ear while I gave my order. There are many other places to eat in the area and we'll be doing that from now on.

The lady working was incredibly rude, short and curt. When I paid, I went to scan my Subway rewards on my phone. Her computer froze and she said it was my fault because she assumed I was paying with Apple Pay? While the computer was frozen, she was on the phone with her boss for 10+ minutes, which I told her I had a dog in my car and was with my daughter, if there was another way to pay. She didn't apologize, didn't seem to car and was extremely annoyed. Once home the bacon was overcooked. 0 Stars if possible.

I normally go here a few times a week. But yesterday was the 3rd time I caught them shorting my sandwich of meat in the last few weeks. I brought it to the ladies attention in the past and she's like so sorry. But again watched her do it again yesterday. Wasn't going to post . But Decided too. I know Covid has effected everyone and they all ready don't accept the national discount..Sorry but I will Not use this Subway anymore.. or recommend them..

Avoid this place. As many other stated, rude employees who wouldn't even acknowledge us but continued doing her own stuff. I ordered my usual and caught her putting less meat. After i told her how many pieces were supposed to go on my sandwich, she asked me if I wanted that many. Once I told her that I knew my sandwich very well, she backed off and put the right amount. Don't waste your money on this dump.

Don't bother, I hardly ever come to subway on on a whem I went as I received coupons in the mail. The first Subway posted a sign on the door that they were not taking coupons that's fine. So I went to this location that had no sign mind you. I show the coupon and the older lady rudely states "No we will not honor coupons due to covid." There is a way you can day things and the. How she said it. Afterwards I say no thank you then as their prices are truly higher than other Subways. The other reviews about rudeness were right.

8:30 pm last night this happened! Absolutely aweful experience. My sons mom is in the hospital and my son tried to call in his order and told the lady that I was on my way to pick it up. She wouldn’t take my sons order over the phone! I was livid! I walked in and asked her why she would take my sons order on the phone. Her responses was “Well sometimes they (customers) don’t pick up their order.” To top it off she doesn’t speak English. She took a look at me and asked if I speak Spanish as if it wasn’t obvious. She was not even a bit apologetic!

Friendly people, also fresh product delicious sandwiches.

Dirty glass entrance door, second time eating here and glass was nasty first visit also. If I’m eating here I’d like a good impression but I must say the area where they make the sandwiches was clean. Great sandwich and okay service.
