Does anyone working here ever prepare a burger like it's going to be eaten by a person? It's more like you're going to take it to the zoo where you'll toss it into the open mouth of a hippo which will swallow it whole with the paper and all. Take some pride in your job, regardless of what you're paid.

The crew that works here is garbage. I ask for a meal and repeat what I want on my burger which is less ingredients and less work but still completely screw up my order, I didn’t even receive a burger but chicken instead.

The reason for low service was because we went through the drive-thru and they forgot parts of the order, so there wasn't much interaction except that. The food was low because the soda pop was all seltzer and had no flavor syrup. The fries were barely warm and had little to no salt. I had asked for some sauce and received a different one. But the atmosphere is high because she was friendly and upbeat.

My husband loves the impossible whopper.

Great place for quick and fresh food

It's burger King, you know what you're getting here. The new chicken sandwich is actually very good. I was lamenting the cancellation of the Chi'King, but the new Royal chicken is a good replacement. This location is usually pretty good, but just like all fast food places, they sometimes botch your order. Not a big deal, but it happens.

Hidden on Midlothian Road, it’s little difficult to find. Place is pretty much slow,you don’t see too much traffic through the driveway. I think they make fresh on the order so it takes a little time.

Worst costumer service ever! The ladies working there are very rude, I asked nicely for some ketchup and she cut me off and told me to wait. I took my food and There wasn’t any ketchup. Also, I paid cash and she had to give me 2$ back. She pretended like it didn’t happen. At last I managed to get my change back. Managers should definitely hire people that actually want to work who don’t hate their lives. And they should speak English so that I can actually order and they can understand me.

This Burger King location has been going down hill for a year or two, but it is the best one in my area. Today it reached an all time low. Four people working at the time I ordered and they could not keep up with the four of us in the restaurant and the few cars that went through the drive through. They failed at all their points on their Mission Statement.

Pleasant surprise. The large breakfast burrito was, in fact, large. Excellent. And the little round potato crispy things were hot. Maybe I just got lucky. I don't know. But it was really good.

Excellent customer service especially from Dave. Got my order perfectly even though it was a little big.

Hit or miss, it's especially disappointing when you're craving their food and it ends up not tasting good. Sometimes the fries are phenomenal and other times they taste like old oil and super salty, same goes for the buns (sometimes taste stale), or the excessive use of condiments. It's great that they have vegetarian options.

Honestly, what I like about this BK the most is how cognizant it is of being in the middle of a suburban/rural black hole. The inside actually does not look like it's been lived in or has unclean gunk over the floors. There's even a little island by the entrance with a lamp and reading chair, as well as a board meeting conference table. Like we get it BK, most of your audience here commutes to River North and doesn't come back until 7pm or later from a kombucha happy hour on weekdays. Came in from an off hours visit. Service was quick and did a great job.
