I visited this Dunkin Donuts Location twice recently. Both times I ordered Large Hot Coffee with Cream & Sugar. Both times Coffee tasted ugly and when I got home today I noticed the sticker "1 Cream & 1 Sugar". All other locations understand that Regular Cream & Sugar means 4 creams & 4 sugars. Moreover, the service here is very very very slow ! With 4 cars ahead of me ( all of them getting 1 drink only ! ) I waited 15minutes in line ! Unacceptable ! The worst location ever.

Lack of attention to quality and customer service is instantly noticed, young staff members have trouble noticing you in driveway, along with never telling you how much your order total is. The coffee is alright, the only thing here worth your money. All other sandwiches come out disgusting covered in cheese, little to no effort to make a sandwich correctly. On top of that, half the time it is not even heated correctly. Whoever runs this establishment does not care for it at all.

I’ve had so many bad experiences at this location. From the food not being warm, to the wrong order, to them always being out of a food item. Today I went to this location and spent $14 on food and drinks. They handed me my butter pecan frozen coffee with 0 whip cream, which is not how it is advertised in the picture. They did to this to me the other day as well, but today the man at the cashier window said it would be 50 cents to add the whip cream. I spend a lot of money at this location. Management here is terrible. Do better

Was drive true order my coffee on Saturday at 7:55pm. Ask coffee D cafe coffee milk and 5 spanda. 2pc iced so can little cooler. also 2 crassant toast with butter. Both employee said are oven off so we can’t take. Also store closed at 9 pm why oven closed at 7:55pm. Other things d cafe coffee was gives me cold. I asked again they did same thing cold coffee. I never going comes back this Dunkin because customer not asking free anything please respect and give us good customer service. I have receipts. They refund money back in cash but pointed was not given right service or drinks cold and supposed to not turn off oven 1 hours 15 minutes ago store closing. Hopefully management takes seriously action against this employee. Thank You.

What a dump! Came-in for the first time and observed both salespeople (teenage kids) sitting on the countertops (during COVID!). Had to wait for about a minute until they finished their "important conversation" to take my order. Salesperson that took my order didn't know the menu and had to be pointed to the menu options to order. Acted like she was doing me a favor taking my order. Got my sandwich cold, with food slapped all over the sandwich. Will never buy from this place again.

Don’t bother going and wasting your time time at this location. The past four trips to this location have been very bad but this last one today takes “the donut”. Waited in drive thru for over 15 minutes, not shocking they didn’t have any long john donuts, last time they didn’t have any plain bagels and of course I asked for no sugar but yet my coffee had 3 sugars (second occurrence). The employees were so unprofessional and didn’t apologize for taking forever. When I asked if they were under staffed, her answer was you could have left if it took so long. I will NOT come here again. Please let me know when ownership changes for this dump.

Bathroom was gross. Left a tip inside for the coffee and was not even given a half hearted thanks. Good thing I can get coffee anywhere

Check your to go order. They go short on one item. This happened multiple times. I went back to ask after it happened twice, they asked me to bring my full order, not just the bill. So they expect me to pack all the food back from my dining table where my family is sitting around to eat and get my food I paid for.

This place is awful I tried to give them the Benifit of the doubt but it's a bunch of young careless kids working. They don't acknowledge you when you come thru the drive thru ND they have got my order wrong 3 times in a row. Will never be returning to this dump

My bagel this afternoon was seriously rock hard. Couldnt even bite into it- I dont even think its from yesterday, maybe last week

They have a wonderful service, but unfortunately a poor quality in food. I visited to find hundred of fruit flies and other bugs flying over their donuts and other things. I only came out with coffee, still fearing of possible larvae in it. Please take caution and look if it’s clean before you order here.

Wish it had a bigger area to sit down. But the way the space is with it being narrow, I don't think there is really much room. Other DD have a wider area, so their seating area is much bigger and more convenient. This is a more to go orders set up. The service is always good. They are usually very busy when I go.

Try to avoid this Dunkin I used to be a regular here but lately they have some extremely rude unprofessional new employees working there always manage to get every order wrong and to top it off they get mad if you call them out on it!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would, workers are LAZY and tell you they are out of things when they aren't and they just stare and laugh at you when you are waiting for service at the drive thru as if they just don't want to work....very unprofessional behavior

I'm ticked off. The DD near my house constantly serves stale donuts and doesn't follow any directions. So I drove out of my way to this location for a couple of fresh bagels. I was there before 6 a.m. and I assure you I was sold yesterday's bagels. They are hard. I asked for un-toasted, sliced bagels with butter on the side. I received stale, un-sliced bagels with forks to spread butter with. I've had it. No more DD for me ANYWHERE!!!

This location has always been slow, but this morning I waited 12 minutes for a microwaved sandwich and still frozen hashbrowns. There were five people working the line and two cars in the drive thru, so they can't claim they were short staffed or overworked. They looked confused at times. Spend a little extra time in your car and drive to a different Dunkin.

Was charged .50 cents for requesting my drink with no ice! Do better donkin donuts!

This place has gone so down hill. They always screw up the drinks. It's like they don't give an F. The new app is HORRIBLE. It never registers the discount that is offered. The staff has no clue how to handle it. It's very frustrating!

Absolutely the worst possible location can go to. Completely unprofessional, I would suggest checking out Panera for coffee much better customer service experience.

It’s 8:46 and the doors are locked. Minimum wage goes up and customer service goes down. What a joke.

Yesterday morning I ordered a peppermint latte. I get my order I tell the girl at the window this isn’t a latte I never asked for a iced latte. And she’s like this is what you get. And best part was the drink wasn’t peppermint they gave me whatever they felt like. I will never come back to this location it is straight up trash! Because I know what I ordered because I ordered the same drink the day before. I always get the same thing. They never tried to remake my drink she closed the window on me. My food was also ice cold..

Picked up the food on a mobile order and it tastes like they haven’t cleaned their microwave oven or whatever they use to heat the food in months! It has a very distinct taste and it’s absolutely gross.
