My puppy chewed up a new boot right at the zipper and I thought it was ruined. I brought in the boots and the man said it would be tricky but he could do it. I just picked it up and it looks great - matching zipper and you can't even tell there were tooth holes and a mangled zipper! The price was reasonable and it took a little longer than promised but the end result was so worth it!! Thank you!!!!!

I've been there twice. He's done beautiful work each time. The boots he resoled for me looked new when I picked them up as he cleans them up for you. Plus, that shop has every product you need to spruce-up any purse, shoe, even leather dyes to brighten-up that "worn" looking black leather coat! I've never been disappointed. Glad I found this place!!

My heel broke on a pair of shoes that I was not ready to part with. The owner expedited to get them fixed for me by the time I needed them. He cleaned the suede, feels and looks like I got a brand new pair of boots! 10/10 very reasonable pricing. Very nice owner

Alex did a great job fixing my riding boots and was great to stitch up a half chap quickly while I waited. My boots were even polished and buffed when I picked them up. Great service!!

I had a special project for Halloween that required quite a bit of tough stitching on a vest ( in order to be able to hold up to heavy use). Working with Natasha and Alex ( shop owner/shoe repairman ) was wonderful. They listened to my custom needs, gave me a fair price, and he did excellent work! I let them know that I will be back soon and refer others!

My wife and I have been taking our shoes and boots here for years and have nothing but great things to say about the quality of the work and the kind service. I think those that have given a poor review may have misunderstood Alex. He is genuinely a very kind person who came from Ukraine with his family. Sometimes Russian and Ukrainian speakers inflection in the way they speak can come off as harsh but it is not the intent. I used to take my shoes to another place in town but the quality cannot compare to the work and materials provided by Alex.

After getting turned down from a different shoe repair, I brought a pair of boots here hoping they could fix them. The front desk woman was very helpful from the time I called to see if they could fix my boots. She had me text a picture to ask the man who repairs them to see if he could fix them. I brought them in and they were very accommodating and assured me they could fix it, while another repair shop told me They could not. They asked when I wanted them finished and we're able to accommodate me because it was important that I picked up the boots before Christmas. I brought them on a Monday and picked them back up Friday. He did a phenomenal job on repairing a giant pair in a very sentimental pair of boots. Also polished and new heels. A big thank you to fixing these boots and getting them done quick k! Highly recommend and will be back

This is a very cool place. My husband was having issues with some Vans I had bought him rubbing his ankles. He took them in and told the gentleman the problem. The guy had us fixed up and ready to go in under 30 minutes!

Had two pairs of boots Polish and the heel replaced and they look new when they were done. I also had them fix a zipper on a large couch cushion that also came out great. Amazing work and super friendly.
