The hotel staff are rough and are more comfortable with foreigners (white) than Indians. Rooms are old with very old type furniture. Neither considers esthetics not comfort.

I’ve resided in this hotel for 2 days. It was a good experience being a customer there. Hotel can be easily located as it is just at roadside. Interiors of hotels as well as rooms are nice and hotel is easily accessible for wheelchairs also. They have an inside parking. They also provides breakfast on buffet, food was literally good all the time. Room service are always at doorsteps as soon as you call. A thumbs up to the services, cleanliness and room.

Spacious hotel, quality services and very delicious food! Had been there during a family function and I am in love with the food they served. Surely recommend this place for tourists!

Hotel was pretty basic , nothing like a 4 star neither the services nor the staff, the pillow was stinky and we got it changed later the buffet breakfast was nothing extraordinary the menu was so simple and the staff present there were busy in having breakfast themselves rather than serving guests. When we asked for hot puri they were like GARAM TO HAI , then we make them touch the puri and then they served us hot puris . At last we got the bill for our food in which we are being charged for the items which we haven't ordered however it got resolved later So overall its a ok dont expect much. hotel nothing

We stayed in the family suite and the room was excellent with a huge balcony giving a overwhelming view of gangaji, ram jhula and janki setu. The staff was very kind and supportive and special mention for Mr Paras who made the stay very comfortable. Food was of superlative taste and quality. The location of the hotel make it extra special as it is very near to ram jhula and ganga ghat

Neat hotel, nice food but Veg only. Good price, linen, towels etc all fresh, room size adequate towards big. Recommended.

Perfect place to stay in Rishikesh. Ample parking inside hotel campus. Extremely clean and above all Holy River Ganga at just 100 meters walk.

The location of hotel is almost in main road though you will not have any near by Ghat and you have to walk 500-600 meters. The food is really good here and service is also good. You can go in their restaurant for lunch and Dinner if you are not staying. The ambience is beautiful and gives a bit royal look. Indian food is recommended here and the price is not that high.

Rooms are quite out dated and old. Food and service was good. Location is perfect. Very near to Janki Setu. Ghaat for evening walk next to Ganga ji is amazing.

Spent long weekend with family last week. The hotel is at a walking distance from Janki Setu, about 2km from triveni ghat, 0.5 km from Ram jhoola. The rooms are spacious, and the service is pleasing. The food is delicious, specially the breakfast buffet. Ample parking space. Would definitively like to come back again.

Located at a 150 metre distance from (Shri Mata Ganga Ji's) Purnanand Ghat (Where Live Shri Mata GangaJi's Aarti is done every evening around 6 p.m.) Near Shri Mata Janki Ji "Pul" and about a kilometre walkable distance from Shri Ram "Jhoola" Note : Renovation at Entry Road to Hotel ongoing at present but is manageable.
