🫤 Our son was recently born at the Fürth Clinic. I definitely do not recommend this hospital. The weekly station is an absolute disgrace. Our son was recently born at the Fürth Clinic. I definitely do not recommend this hospital. The weekly station is an absolute disgrace. With a few exceptions, the staff on the weekly ward is a complete disgrace. Imagine the following: you are physically very weak after giving birth and then you come across unempathetic sisters all the time. When it comes to baby care and initial handling, you simply couldn't learn anything there. You are simply left alone. Now, a few weeks apart, we are still traumatized by this stay and simply get angry when we think about the days on the weekly ward. Important: there were also a few nurses (at Z. 3) who really did a great job and felt more than in good hands. Regarding the delivery room: five out of five stars are actually not enough for the delivery room. All the midwives do an extraordinary, outstanding job. Due to the longer induction phase, we were able to get to know the midwife on site. And this station is actually exemplary. As part of the epidural, we were able to meet two anesthesiologists. One was great, the second was great. The doctor who supported us during the birth and was there with us was okay. Bottom line: two stars out of five. P.s.: the convulsive, ideological clinging to spontaneous birth should definitely be monitored.

Station 30 was not a pleasant experience. The midwife on the ward behaved in a didactic and invasive manner. Then, despite the CTG, she misjudged my labor pains and didn't show up when I rang the emergency bell. The child was almost born on ward 30 without help - a nightmare. I am considering a complaint to the clinic management. By the way, I left the hospital in a hurry on the day of the birth. If I have another child, I would rather do it at home. By the way: the delivery room was great. Young team, very pleasant and professional. You just can't bypass ward 30 for organizational reasons... Nevertheless, many thanks to the team in the delivery room!

When it comes to the Nathanstift Women's Clinic, I was able to gain very different experiences. Registration: Great via email, it went smoothly and all questions were answered super quickly. Registration on site was fine, only the lack of seating and the fact that the lady filled out the data protection form in advance without our consent were not ideal. About the delivery room: The team is absolutely amazing. A big respect and thank you to the entire team. Both midwives, nurses and doctors were always super friendly and always managed to avoid long waiting times (with success). Unfortunately, the delivery of our son took a little longer and was not without complications, but everyone still took excellent care of us. I can only recommend the delivery room to everyone! Unfortunately, there were also some less nice stations, such as: B. the maternity ward (station 30). The best thing to do here was to take care of everything yourself. The agreement between colleagues and the stations was an absolute disaster. I was in this ward as a new mother for 4 days. I received almost no support at all (two nurses were the exception, one gave detailed instructions on pumping, the other lady - I mean it was the late shift on January 10th, 2024) really took good care of me and my concerns and at least gave me booklets about breastfeeding ). I asked for advice several times, especially regarding breastfeeding, but I wasn't helped at all with other little things either. I was often fobbed off with short, mushy answers. Meanwhile, at 2 a.m., the room light came on, another new mother was placed in the room and received tremendous support for 2 hours. The next day the lady even received another detailed breastfeeding consultation. That made me feel doubly foolish. Medications were simply left to you when you were away, you were supposed to be able to smell what kind of medication they were and how you should take them... Meanwhile, our little one was in the children's hospital. Here I can give high praise to the pediatrician and the physiotherapist. They tried very hard and showed us a lot. They even made sure that we got an excellent pediatrician. (A huge thank you again to the doctor). However, the nursing staff didn't provide much support here either. Only after 2 days were you shown how to properly pick up the baby or, for example, B. wraps. Unfortunately, the little one was also connected to various devices. If you wanted to put him back in the crib or were changing his diaper and had another question, unfortunately there was no one around and you had to wait until someone came again (that sometimes took a long time). Great attention was paid to hygiene on this ward, which I noticed was really positive.

Weiter so.

I was taken to ward 20 because I was struggling with hyperemesis. I felt very well looked after upon arrival, understanding was shown and, above all, I was taken seriously. The nurse Alexandra looked after me very well and when I was brought to the ward the nurses were prepared and took great care of me. The team seemed harmonious and well-coordinated. I was here for 6 days and I am grateful to the team on ward 20 and the doctor for picking me up again. Thank you ♥️

In August I saw Dr. Donchenko and Meryem Midbamma delivered. After giving birth, I had to undergo surgery. Everything went successfully and quickly. The clinic is good. The attitude of the staff is good.

The delivery room staff were great, even if it wasn't without problems. Unfortunately, I can't really recommend ward 30 for first-time moms. Everyone has a different opinion and you feel left alone. For example, changing a diaper was shown to an annoyed person for the first time after repeated requests in the middle of the night. Otherwise I was satisfied.

2nd delivery by cesarean section with twins. Very nice reception, very helpful specialist staff for all kinds of questions. Delivery: midwives and doctors very well organized, the consultations and educational discussions were very well explained in every respect. Postpartum bed, no matter which staff is on the ward, everyone is friendly and helpful and can answer any questions Time open. It takes good care of action when the bell rings. Hardly any waiting time until someone comes to help. Are more than completely satisfied. Recommend everyone to give birth here.

I want to thank all the doctors and medical staff for their kindness, for their attention, for their professionalism. The clinic is SUPER!!! I went to this clinic for an operation. This is my first operation, I was afraid and very worried. But as soon as I arrived at the waiting room, I was immediately greeted, reassured!! The medical staff are all wonderful!!! So much warmth and care!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

I gave birth in March 2022 and it was such a beautiful birth. I still rave about the great midwives and doctors. Everyone was super nice and took a lot of time for us. It's a shame that I'm done with family planning. Would come here again and again and recommend you <3

We have had very positive experiences at Nathanstift. A very helpful and well-organized parent information evening with a short on-site tour, a very quick reception after my water rupture on Saturday morning (I was already registered for the birth - it also went smoothly via email and prompt telephone confirmation a few weeks before the expected date), great Care before, during (many thanks again to my midwife Giovanna!) and after the birth and also on ward 30. My husband and I (we had a family room) were well looked after. Concerns and fears were taken seriously and both the midwives and nurses on the ward took a lot of time for us and our little one. The on-site breastfeeding advice was also very valuable for me. We would choose Nathanstift again at any time!
