When
it
comes
to
the
Nathanstift
Women's
Clinic,
I
was
able
to
gain
very
different
experiences.
Registration:
Great
via
email,
it
went
smoothly
and
all
questions
were
answered
super
quickly.
Registration
on
site
was
fine,
only
the
lack
of
seating
and
the
fact
that
the
lady
filled
out
the
data
protection
form
in
advance
without
our
consent
were
not
ideal.
About
the
delivery
room:
The
team
is
absolutely
amazing.
A
big
respect
and
thank
you
to
the
entire
team.
Both
midwives,
nurses
and
doctors
were
always
super
friendly
and
always
managed
to
avoid
long
waiting
times
(with
success).
Unfortunately,
the
delivery
of
our
son
took
a
little
longer
and
was
not
without
complications,
but
everyone
still
took
excellent
care
of
us.
I
can
only
recommend
the
delivery
room
to
everyone!
Unfortunately,
there
were
also
some
less
nice
stations,
such
as:
B.
the
maternity
ward
(station
30).
The
best
thing
to
do
here
was
to
take
care
of
everything
yourself.
The
agreement
between
colleagues
and
the
stations
was
an
absolute
disaster.
I
was
in
this
ward
as
a
new
mother
for
4
days.
I
received
almost
no
support
at
all
(two
nurses
were
the
exception,
one
gave
detailed
instructions
on
pumping,
the
other
lady
-
I
mean
it
was
the
late
shift
on
January
10th,
2024)
really
took
good
care
of
me
and
my
concerns
and
at
least
gave
me
booklets
about
breastfeeding
).
I
asked
for
advice
several
times,
especially
regarding
breastfeeding,
but
I
wasn't
helped
at
all
with
other
little
things
either.
I
was
often
fobbed
off
with
short,
mushy
answers.
Meanwhile,
at
2
a.m.,
the
room
light
came
on,
another
new
mother
was
placed
in
the
room
and
received
tremendous
support
for
2
hours.
The
next
day
the
lady
even
received
another
detailed
breastfeeding
consultation.
That
made
me
feel
doubly
foolish.
Medications
were
simply
left
to
you
when
you
were
away,
you
were
supposed
to
be
able
to
smell
what
kind
of
medication
they
were
and
how
you
should
take
them...
Meanwhile,
our
little
one
was
in
the
children's
hospital.
Here
I
can
give
high
praise
to
the
pediatrician
and
the
physiotherapist.
They
tried
very
hard
and
showed
us
a
lot.
They
even
made
sure
that
we
got
an
excellent
pediatrician.
(A
huge
thank
you
again
to
the
doctor).
However,
the
nursing
staff
didn't
provide
much
support
here
either.
Only
after
2
days
were
you
shown
how
to
properly
pick
up
the
baby
or,
for
example,
B.
wraps.
Unfortunately,
the
little
one
was
also
connected
to
various
devices.
If
you
wanted
to
put
him
back
in
the
crib
or
were
changing
his
diaper
and
had
another
question,
unfortunately
there
was
no
one
around
and
you
had
to
wait
until
someone
came
again
(that
sometimes
took
a
long
time).
Great
attention
was
paid
to
hygiene
on
this
ward,
which
I
noticed
was
really
positive.
