We were able to book during the day and arrive late at night to our room key, waiting for us at the reception. Staff was very friendly! Breakfast (included) was delicious, the 18 different homemade marmalades too. Rooms were clean, sadly no air-conditioning.

Beautiful location out in the country, though not as near to the airport as we thought. Accommodations were quite comfortable. We were on the top floor so we had a skylight. Unfortunately the elevator only goes to the penultimate floor (I believe is the European style), so we had to haul our luggage and stroller up the last flight. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful, even giving us a ride to the nearby train station (less than 1 km away, but a long way to cart luggage).

Very nice hotel, fantastic breakfast with large offer of home made marmelades, exclusive service, great garden with playground. 2 negatives : horrible smell in the room 206 without any chance to clear the air. The second is noicy street because of cars in front of hotel.

How do I begin? I absolutely loved the hotel, amazing everything. And well because I am an American, and I was with my American friends on a class tour, we have never seen a electric tea pot... if you can’t see where this is going you are in for a shock. My friend, who shall not be named, put the electric tea pot with a plastic bottom on a stove, and of course the thing nearly caught fire and engulfed the room in smoke. Triggered the fire alarms and evacuated the entire hotel at midnight. After the whole debacle was over the owners were so nice and understanding, probably because they knew we are obnoxious Americans but at that point I was so grateful they didn’t kick us out, this is truly a 5 star hotel. Just try not to set off the fire alarms. (They use electric tea pots - message to all future American visitors because we didn’t know and we interrupted the whole hotels night.)

Outstanding value! Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, just outside Erding, close to the airport, easy access to Munich. Great breakfast, marmalade’s are special.
