I've been going to this place for years now. Although the decorations and the look of the shop are really nice the service is terrible. Every time we wait at least half an hour and last time we had to go inside to order. Also the prices are quite high. At the end of the night we had to go in the store to pay the bill. Best ice cream ever.!!! The place is a gem for the area. Whatever we 've got, ice cream or other sweets was extra prima good. Personnel from owners to waiters, was kind, fast and eager to help you. you should definitely make a stop there either for dine in or take away.

We had ice-cream to go from this place. The ice-cream was not that tasty and there could be some improvements on the covid measures taken by the staff, eg gloves could be used when serving ice cream and one use spoons could be available in single wrapped.

The perfect place for a sweet tooth. Everything was fresh with one of the best crepes I've tried and a wide range of ice creams and other freshly made sweets

A true sweets and beyond-imagination ice cream gem in Zacharo! A must for either visitors or passers by. Take my word for it, just do as the owners prompt you to (katse edo, means sit here) and order the best ice cream you've ever dreamed of. The owners are much more than sweet and friendly, making you feel welcomed and like home with friends!

Many choices but very disturbing service and atmosphere

Excellent Greek version of Espresso Freddo and Cappuccino Freddo. Also great waffles with big ice cream variety. A very friendly owner!
