The customer service is unlike anything I’ve every experienced! A 5 star rating really isn’t enough. The leave of care from the staff is exceptional. Everyone on the staff wants to make sure your trip is perfect and frequent ask if they’re anything they can do to make your trip even better. Everyday on the beach we were welcomed by Brandon and Claudia at the concierge and they were exceptional at helping find the perfect spot on the beach and even helped us booking a cabana for the last few days of our vacation. Highly recommend a cabana for the day! The staff on the beach also work so hard making our experience memorable, Oscar remembered our names and orders from the first day and always checked on us even if we weren’t in his section. I can’t say enough good things about this resort and the staff and I’m looking forward to coming back.

This is our first time at Beloved and although we’re still here, I have to write about how incredible our experience has been so far. The food has been delicious. I’ve been to all inclusive resorts in the past but the service is what stands out the most. The staff can’t do enough to please you. I need to mention that the beach service has been especially amazing. Claudia greeted us so friendly and fun from the beginning and ensures we’re set up from the time we step onto the sand until we leave. Alberto and Oscar have kept us hydrated and stocked up with cold drinks and food! We will definitely be back!

We came here for our honeymoon two years ago and then came back again for our anniversary! Beloved is our favorite place. I am currently pregnant and they are so accommodating in so many ways! We got a couples massage and they gave an excellent prenatal massage. Food is awesome here & the service couldn’t get better! We are always being checked on if we need more food or drinks. The experience here is overall so incredibly relaxing. We always recommend beloved to all of our family and friends!

Our time at the beach has been amazing! We have spent the majority of our time here and have LOVED it! Claudia and Salvador have been so good at welcoming us and making sure we are well taken care of. They do a great job as the beach concierges and taking care of whatever we need! We’ve also had the privilege of having Antonio, Elvis, and Alex as our beach servers and they have taken such good care of us as well as making us feel apart of the Beloved family! Eduardo, the aqua sports concierge was also really helpful in planning some excursions for my wife and I as well as doing other fun things on the beach. Andrea is also an awesome at the beach entertainment and has provided many fun classes for us to do while we are hanging out in the beach! Highly recommend the beloved resort for anyone looking to relax and have fun at the beach! We are counting down the days of getting to come back here again!

Absolutely unreal experience. My husband and I couldn’t decide where to go for our honeymoon, and a good friend (who is also a travel agent) recommend Beloved and excellence in Playa Mujeres. We are BEYOND blown away and impressed. The service is incredible and they have treated us like a king and queen since we arrived. The casual food, the full dining, the drinks, the hotel, the beach, the pool, the room….it’s all so nice we can’t even comprehend it! Jesus, Alex, Christian, Mex….They are all amazing and have gone above and beyond every day with our beach service. We are blown away! Thank you all so much. We will be back!!

Another great vacation at Beloved. The best thing about Beloved are its people - Claudia, Jesus, Fernando, Sebastian, Alex, Luis at the beach, Jose head of F&B, all the waiters and hostesses at all the restaurants and bars - they all go out of their way to make your vacation as special as possible. The beach is beautiful. The pools are lovely. If you want a peaceful pampered beach vacation in Mexico this is the place.

This is our first trip to the Beloved…we have historically stayed at The Excellence. I do like the smaller, quieter, less crowded, more quaint vibe. 5 out of 5 for that. I have to give a shout out to my man Alex, who provided exceptional service on the beach. He was kind, thoughtful, and attentive. I give Alex 6 stars. All the staff was kind and attentive. I would definitely stay with The Beloved Family again.

Very laid back, quiet and calm compared to Excellence. This was our first trip to Beloved. Some noteworthy names of excellent service are: Beach Concierge - Jesus & Claudia are funny, friendly and top notch service. Taco truck - Guadalupe is a master on that tiny cooktop and a must visit everyday for lunch/snacks. Spa - Marco at the water spa was super nice and Bertha & Alicia for massages for my wife and I were fantastic! Fatima checked us in at the spa and was wonderful.2

Jesus, Sebastian, Alex, and Claudia made our days on the beach the most enjoyable during our stay at Beloved. They are friendly, extremely helpful, personable, and respectful. They worked hard to ensure we were accommodated and made recommendations when we weren’t sure what to drink. We paid extra for a private beach cabana that was well worth the extra privacy and dedicated shade. We would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic vacation spot. Special shout-out to the beach concierge service this week. Jesus and Claudia keep it all running and Alex has supplied us with endless drinks and great suggestions. Christian has provided excellent customer service and really listens to any concerns. Chef Paulo made a fantastic seafood feast for a celebration. We were well taken care of by Paula and Elias. Thank you! This is our second visit. We highly recommend this resort for a quiet getaway. It never feels crowded. Between the beach and the pools there are options for lounging and swimming. It's been windy but the poolside is protected. No bad days!

We have had the best vacation here! The weather was perfect at the end of November. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Jesus, Sebastian, and Claudia at the beach were always so great, attentive, and kind to us. Alex, our server at the beach, was incredible! He anticipated our needs before we even voiced them. We also did a spa massage and got the hydrotherapy treatment which was also incredible! Rooms are spacious and always very clean! We will definitely be back!

This place is incredible!! We did a split stay. One week at Excellence and one here. Both places are amazing. Beloved is so beautiful and romantic. Benito, Jesus and Sebastian took such good care of us on the beach. We never had to leave our chairs to get a thing! Cristina made us incredible coffees and Guadeloupe made us the best tacos! We fell into a fun routine here and can't believe it's coming to an end. It was truly the best vacation!!

perfection. If you are looking for a luxurious relaxing all inclusive then The Beloved is the answer. This resort has everything that we wanted. exceptional service, great food and drinks terrific rooms and facilities on a great stretch of beach. This is not a good choice if you want the typical large all inclusive resort with loud music pumping at the pools, cheap drinks and sprawling buffets. This resort has found their niche and The Beloved has perfected it. The staff is second to none. The food and bar menu is best that we have experienced. If you are wanting a quiet relaxing environment while being pampered by an incredible staff, book it. .

We’re decently picky when it comes to reviewing, it’s difficult to give a 5 star review for us, simply because 5 should be the exception not the standard. Upon contemplating the service, food, and staff we truly have had no complaints or dissatisfaction. Benito, our beach concierge during our stay was attentive, friendly and remembered us and our preferences. He also not only cleaned but tightened our sunglasses for us! We have only great things to say about him. Guadalupe, at the taco stand was another one of our favorites. He seems genuine and like he is truly presenting himself and not “putting on a show” for customer services’ sake — which we loved. — When compared to the Excellences we’ve stayed at it’s all about the same facilities and product. The food is overall a bit better and it’s a lot quieter and less competitive for tables at dinner, spots on the beach and pool or to order a drink. If you’ve stayed at an Excellence, and are looking for a quieter, more relaxed environment and less competition for usage of offerings we recommend. (PS. Moises at Excellence Rivera Cancun is still and will always be our most favorite person within the brand!)

Jesus is the manager of the El Mar Restaurant located on the sand overlooking the beach. The food is excellent, the presentation is what you would expect from a luxury hotel. However, the real beauty is the staff. Every morning Jesus would great us by name and present us with our coffee, juice of choice and fresh fruit. He made sure my Salsa Picante was perfectly prepared and shared the recipe with us. He is a professional worthy of his position. It’s people like Jesus that keep us coming back to the Beloveds Resort. Claudia at the beach is wonderful. Her smile is contagious and her friendly greeting in the morning is refreshing. She treats all the guests as though we are family. She is one of the highlights of our visit. This is our third time at the Excellence Resorts. Second time at Beloved which is definitely our favorite. Hard to name all the reasons why, but it’s mostly because of the excellent staff and first class service. Thanks to Luis, Hugo, Benito, Elvis, Guadalupe and scores of others.

We went here on our honeymoon and had an amazing experience. 5 stars and beyond for every aspect, including service, quality, and cleanliness. We had a blast doing activities with Sergio, Mario, and all the others! Another memorable experience was the hydrotherapy spa with Olga, which was complimentary with our stay. Highly recommend to go for this surreal session. Finally, the food here was top notch 👌 you can’t go wrong with any of the restaurants and cafes. We plan to come back here as many times as we can!

First time at the Beloved for our honeymoon, but third time staying at an excellence collection resort. The place was beautiful and very quiet and relaxing with still plenty to do. Jesus at the beach concierge was great the entire trip. Made sure we had everything we need. Alex and Antonio our waiters at the beach were great too! Made sure we had any food and drink we wanted. Guadalupe at the Taco truck was amazing as well! Some of the best tacos I've ever had! We'll definitely be coming back again and would recommend to anyone!

Stayed here for 8 nights, Mr and Mrs Boll. We liked many things about this resort. It is very clean, has 24/7 room service, has great tasting steak….but best of all it has great staff!!! Gilberto, was our favorite bartender, he was absolutely excellent. We also liked Jesus, Claudio, Brain, Alberto, Lewis, and Freddy/Freddie (the spa guy) and many more that I can’t remember the names of. They remembered very detailed things about us, and were very very accommodating! The staff are the best of the best, and we would consider coming back here again in the future. Again, beautiful clean resort (and they work very hard to keep it that way), every staff has a smile on their face, and they provide quick and friendly service. Please give your staff a monetary raise, they deserve it!!!

My wife and I traveled to Beloved Playa Mujeres for our honeymoon and stayed for a week, but I wish we were staying longer. It was hands down the best experience for us. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly and proactive in serving the needs of guests. The honeymoon beach dinner they provided was tailored, and they will even dress up your room while you’re at dinner for when you return for the night. The little details they perform make the experience incredibly special. From the beach staff (Brandon, Claudia, Alberto) to the bartenders (Michel, Pascal, and many others) to the very friendly and knowledgeable staff of all the restaurants (not to mention Jorge for the entertainment!), Beloved has it all. Immaculate food, great coffee, clean gym and spa facilities, fun excursion options, relaxing pools and beach, resort activities such as yoga, cooking class, live music, salsa lessons. You get the idea. We will certainly be back very soon!

I would have to submit a novel on why this place is excellent , but let’s just say it’s the employees first of all. Most and foremost the beach staff was family from the go. Claudia, is a true jewel and made us feel so welcomed. Alex, Oscar, and Bryan never missed a beat with top notch service. And I can’t forget Brandon, what a sweetheart! Francisco always made sure we were good. The ladies at the restaurants that always greeted and welcomed us and remembered us. From the bartenders, housekeeping to the rest of the staff we appreciated every minute of your genuine kindness and willing to work so very hard to make our stay so special that we definitely want to return. What a beautiful escape and our definition of paradise.

Vanessa and Osiris at El Mar have been wonderful! Incredibly friendly and helpful, and Osiris has always remembered my dietary restrictions before I even mentioned it! Moses at La Isla is our favorite, he’s super friendly, and just fun to talk to… we may have gone there several times so he could be our server. Israel at the steak house was great, and we were always happy to run into Michel or Rodrigo at the bars. We also highly, highly recommend the bike tour with Dennis. It was a nice way to get a little exercise and learn more about the area. We’ve had a wonderful time here, and the staff here has played a big role in that!

The service, amenities and food was amazing!! We had a beautiful suite right by the ocean with a private pool. A balcony with a table chairs and a bed so we can take a nap after a afternoon swim. The beach service was excellent Claudia, Antonio, Luis and Alex took very good care of us. Making sure we had clean towels and drinks and if we’re feeling hungry . Just a thing to remember, there are cabanas on the beach but need to be reserved way ahead of time! Yes there is a fee. The restaurant were all So delicious! Our favourite spot for breakfast was El Mar just by the ocean early morning the water is calm and the service outstanding. It’s just perfect The hostess Illiana was always so pleasant and want to please . I wish you a great experience like we did at this beautiful resort 💗

After 2 years of having to cancel, due to Covid, we finally got here, and it was worth the wait! The resort grounds are lovely and.situated on a beautiful beach. Our suite is very comfortable, with loads of storage and a massive wrap around deck with multiple sitting areas, a plunge pool and a stunning view. The staff here are what makes this resort so special. Everyone, from the beach staff to the restaurant staff and the entire team here make you feel welcome and extremely well looked after. We would not hesitate to come here again.

The service was amazing. Literally cannot say enough great things about the staff. They make the stay all the more worth it. Francisco, Salvador, Alex, and Luis are especially wonderful. They will go out of their way to make sure you’re happy! The spa was like nothing I’ve experienced. Laura and Griselda knew exactly how to make our massage memorable. For sure must do the hydrotherapy!

This was the BEST trip we have ever taken, and was the most perfect place for our honeymoon! The resort looks exactly like the pictures, beautiful scenery everywhere you look. The resort itself is so clean and well-maintained, there was not a single detail overlooked! The food was also so good, every meal at each of the restaurants was a unique fine dining experience. We went to the steakhouse for the "romantic dinner" and were so impressed with the chef's menu and the staff for making it feel so special! Another surprise was the entertainment - we weren't expecting to do much except lounge, drink, and eat. We were pleasantly surprised that there was live music every night and the bands were seriously so good. Everything about this resort is magical - the only bad part is leaving to go home!

This property is a dream, everything is so beautiful and relaxing. The food is phenomenal. By far the best part though is the staff. Service by all staff has been amazing, they are all so nice and willing to help with anything, even special requests. Never a sign of disappointment from the staff with vacationers requests. Would come back in a heartbeat. Christian at the beach concierge has been so unbelievably kind, if you get a beach cabana, request him!! The entire property is constantly being cleaned and not even a dead leaf on the ground.

We went for our honeymoon in mid-July. The room was very clean and nice with a fully stocked mini-fridge and full size bottles of your choice. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We loved bouncing from our beachfront chairs to the swim up pool bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious, we loved the sushi bar, taco truck and the steakhouse. Claudia ( beach concierge) and Luis ( beach service) were both fantastic. Don't miss the catamaran you can take out daily. One thing to note is due to Covid, you can no longer "rent" snorkeling gear, so be sure to take your own. We will 100% be back. Memorable vacation to say the least!

The beach service was amazing. They did everything to make the time relaxing and fun. Christian even brought sun gel for a sunburn and offered to reschedule a spa appointment so I wasn’t uncomfortable. He did it all for us without ever having to leave the beach. Such great details to service! Veronica made the day so fun. Food was incredible. We love this place! This kind of service is above and beyond anything we’ve experienced in other resorts.
