I stayed in The Regency Hotel for 2 days with my wife and 2 kids on 27th, 28th dec 2022 and our experience was pathetic, assuming that it resides in Munnar town which is easy to do local shopping in evenings. Firstly , i do not suggest this Hotel for a family, as i do not see any facilities, amenities inside the hotel. Infact it will suit for business/bachelors . Parking is congested. No Break fast provided(as promised), no inside restaurant(was informed resto is available, when i enquired before booking), Worst service from the house keeping boys and that too no one knows Hindi/English, except the hotel supervisor. you have to take vehicle for having dinner as no restaurant is available near by. Finally i will zero rating for this, Don't take fourth floor rooms as they are having foul smelled ( no action taken after complaint), entire hotel is constructed adjacent to a drainage canal.

The service for the first day was good but on the second day it went down and the room on the second day was not so good. Complimentary breakfast is just for name sake, nothing is provided. Location is not too far from town. 4th floor rooms are not good please don't accept if you get those. Overall a normal stay not too good not too bad

It was a very pleasant stay .. Manager Hari was very much caring towards their visitor , budget friendly stay with very good food Must recommended

Not at all a 3 star hotel.. At max, it's a budget hotel.. Dirty rooms, bedsheets, pillow covers and towels having stains.. Canteen is behind the hotel and is very unhygienic.. Also, there is no good restaurant nearby.. Mediocre breakfast even though it's rated as three star hotel.. No spoons provided, no bowls provided for sambar and chutney.. Offered just 1 medu wada per person, and didn't offer any for kids.. Tasteless tea.. when asked for coffee, they denied.. Not worth the price spent..

Rooms are good and clean. Just a Budget hotel for stay. The Hotel is located 2.5 km from Munnar town, Way to reach here,. the road conditions are very bad. Difficult to reach here. No food available. We need to go 2, 3 km for having food.

Good rooms, housekeeping staffs are smiling face always. Best service. Feel like a home. Munnar climate always chill. Clean rooms, best kerala food available. Highly recommended.

The prices are decent but has lots of problems....The rooms aren't constructed well they have walls in between the bathroom.... The shower is exactly above the toilet..... The rooms don't even open or close using their respective room....

Stayed for 3N in this hotel during Munnar trip. No Complaints at all. Hotel staff was good specially Mr. Vishnu who was just a call/text away from any help.

Nice hotel for couples. Hotel management is good. They provided tourist package also, it is worth able. Hotel will provide pick up also from bus stand. I enjoyed the stay.

I was here in September, the hotel hospitality was good and the staff are very polite and supporting nature specially Manager Hari Ji.

Rooms were not clean. Bedsheet and blanket were smelling. We asked them to chamge but they didn't. Would not recommend. Food was also not good.

Decent place to stay for a night or so.. The manager was sweet enough to upgrade my room for free.. The staff if courteous!

Room was neat and clean . And also the bed is so comfortable . But it has no view from the balcony other than the price is budget friendly ❤️
