An open space with cool air, this is a nice place to hang out. Occasionally there is a food market here. Food stalls are the same as elsewhere, some okay, some not good. There are tables for dining, but you can also sit on the steps or the faux grass. Sometimes there is also a busker offering good music.

Years back I thought Filinvest City should think of beautifying this river/water floodway... say develop a park along it and it's dream come true now. Thanks to Landmark and Filinvest for creating a green water park like this.

The Water Garden is pretty nice. The view is great. You can see the skies, it is filled with trees and there is a patch of grass where you can sit and have a picnic. During the daytime you can even have a boat ride on the river. The food stalls offer interesting food choices like korean food (corndogs, tteokbokki etc.), shawarma, Filipino food and so much more. I come here to relax after a day's work or to get some fresh air.

Scenic view but there's always a lot of people here and most of the time you can't find a vacant seat. So it's better to just have your food to go.

Nice garden break from the typical brick and mortar mall vibe in the metro.

Great place to bring the family over the weekends with its numerous adjacent stores and restaurants. They even have bazaars where you can purchase assorted novelty items.

Absolutely love what I see here.. The river, the garden, and the greenery! A great place to take pictures, relax, hang out with friends / family, and stay after walking all day in this huge mall - Festival Mall and the Landmark Mall expansion. A walk here in the evening is absolutely lovely, too!

Spacious and well-ventilated hang out spot in the mall's vicinity. It's a good source of contrast if you want a quick breather from the usual mall environment. Seats and tables as well as food options are within the vicinity. Decorations in the area change depending on the season and festivity which adds to its appeal.

So I was so happy I get to enjoy the opening of the ber months here at water garden Festival mall!! I was able to hear our beloved Jose Mari Chan and the awesome fireworks! Indeed, Christmas season is here! I love hanging out here in the water garden. They have tables and chairs for a picnic and there are food stalls available too. It is great to just sit around and relax. It's not cool to be out here while the rain is pouring though. 😄

The place gives off a vibe what a garden should have which is a calming and therapeutic atmosphere which makes Water Garden a haven for people who want to relax, but it does get busy at night and at weekends since it is attached to two malls.

The watergarden feature looks really nice to walk around. It was raining when we went so it wasn't busy but the elevators down there were turned off. The area was very clean and had nice paths to walk along the water.

The park and alfresco dining area of Festival Mall. It's so called because it's built around where the Alabang River (it's formal name, but it's just a creek really) widens as it meanders through the center of the mall complex. Molito is still my favorite green-in-the-city place to chill in the Alabang area, but this place, as well as the nearby newly opened Filinvest City Central Park, are viable alternatives that I will visit occasionally so that I don't tire of Molito, or during those times that Molito is just so crowded that it loses the essence of why I go there for a break. Although the Water Garden is open air, the fact that it's surrounded by the multistory buildings of the Festival Mall complex gives it a less open air quality compared to Molito, where the buildings are uniformly 2-story, and not even completely connected. Also, being in the center of the mall, it inevitably shares the same 9:00 p.m. closing time of the mall, in contrast to Molito where you can loll around till well past midnight. That's more suited to a bachelor like me, but the Festival Mall Water Garden should be more than suitable if you're a family, especially one with young children who shouldn't be kept up so late anyway.

The place is so relaxing and clean. A good tambayan to spend your idle time while eating ur take out food.
