２年半前に一度伺いましたが、OMAKASEから自力で予約がやっと取れて伺いました。以前より価格が上がり22000円のコースでしたが、隣にできた刻家でわくわくして待ち、いざ店内に入るとイキイキした気くばり200点のお弟子さん達。緊張感あふれる舞台のようにオーラある大将のお料理がはじまります。前回が、どうだったか忘れるくらい逆算されたワザと考え尽くされたお鮨。お店のレイアウトやメニューの素敵な字や従業員さんにも優しい大将をみて、ほんと至福の時間でした。さらにお料理が美味しくなりました。 堪能した後に刻家でお茶とデザートをいただき、お土産の稲荷まで持たせていただいて、ほんとにお客さんのことを考えられているんだと感動しました。イライラされている料理人さんを見かけて残念に思うことがあったので、ほんとに素敵なお店だとおもいます。大阪の誇り、代表するお鮨屋さんだと思います。素敵なお時間、お料理ありがとうございました。

谷町にある予約困難なお寿司屋さん。 お店の外観からして雰囲気よし。 谷町の雰囲気にあってる。 お寿司は美しい。おいしい。です。 カウンターから見える男前の大将。 握ってる所も、美しい。 美味しすぎ、食べすぎちゃうやつ。 芸術ですな。これ。 目で見て、食べて、、 幸せです。 ごちそうさまでした！

2.3年前に1人で訪問。 まずお店自体が素晴らしい出来栄えです。 この空間に入る事自体にお金を払っても良いです。 そこに男前大将、美人女将。 皆んな、お2人と話したいが やはり常連さんが持っていきますね。。 寂しくて1人で来てた隣のおっさんと 『美味しいですねー』 『おいしいですよねー』と一言だけ話しました😆 料理は素晴らしかったです。が サンタバーバラ？の紫うに　だけ 臭かったので、ぎりぎりアウトです。 あれは出さない方が良かったかな。 夫婦で来てた ミシェラン１つの料理屋の大将も 一瞬だけ顔曇ってました。 あの一貫が無ければ　完璧でした。 また予約取れれば是非行きたいです。

⁡ 毎月1日に激戦が繰り広げられる鮨三心さん！ ⁡ 今回、ご縁をいただきランチでお邪魔できました✨ ⁡ 美しい佇まいの店内で出される洗練されたアテと握り！ ⁡ この日はら ⁡ 【アテ】 ⁡ ・鱧 ⁡ ・明石のタコ ⁡ ・炙り太刀魚の小丼 ⁡ ・蟹 ⁡ 【握り】 ⁡ ・鯛？ ⁡ ・〆鯖 ⁡ ・イカ ⁡ ・漬け ⁡ ・トロ ⁡ ・箸休め ⁡ ・コハダ ⁡ ・赤貝？ ⁡ ・車海老 ⁡ ・鮑煮込んだの ⁡ ・鯵 ⁡ ・鯨 ⁡ ・汁物 ⁡ ・雲丹 ⁡ ・穴子 ⁡ ・鰻（追加） ⁡ ・稲荷（追加） ⁡ ・トロタク手巻き（追加） ⁡ をいただきました。 ⁡ タコの柔らかさよ🐙 ⁡ そして蟹とトマトの酸味で作ったものが好み！ ⁡ 鯵の握りも素敵やったなーー ⁡ また機会があったら冬にお邪魔したいですね👍 ⁡ ご馳走さまでした。

お店の佇まい大将やお弟子さん達の振る舞い全てに置いて完璧なお店です。 行くたびに毎回感動が有ります‼︎ ( っ ⸝⸝⸝◜~◝⸝⸝⸝ c)なかなか飲めない日本酒の種類もたくさんあり予約までの日がとても楽しみなお店です。 予約がなかなか取りづらいですがこれからも頑張りたいと思います。

お店もめちゃくちゃ綺麗で品数も多くとても美味しくいただきました。 予約困難店なのでなかなか再訪出来ませんが、また機会があれば是非行きたいお店です。

Such a great experience top to bottom, highest of quality ingredients, craftsmanship and dedication from the whole staff. Bites and presentation that delight all the senses. Go at once you will not regret.

the OMAKASE website makes it very difficult to book. Within seconds, every spot was being held. I suspect certain people are using site robots to automatically reserve spots and resell these on bidding websites. A quick google search showed one of these resell sites with 10 active sellers.

What a fantastic meal, the chef is young, but I’m predicting he will be a powerful influence in the coming years. Lovely staff, fantastic service and amazing sushi. Highly recommend this cool new sushi-ya! ( I didn’t take photos of the nigiri because it’s I don’t believe you should, the sushi is made to order, and should be eaten strait away to fully experience it properly)

Very original sushi, and very delicious. Flavors are well balanced but many ingredients and techniques used are unique, including use of vegetables. The lunchtime atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the tea shop next door doubles as a waiting room/area for digestif. A lot of care has been put into the overall experience and it's a place I definitely want to revisit.

Best Sushi in Osaka!

I tried to book online, since a week, unfortunately it was full. I decided to call them everyday, nobody picked up the phone. I went directly to the restaurant around 13.30, half of the restaurant was free. The first thing, the staff told me when I entered, was “full”, without trying to understand what I was asking, in a rude way. They told me you can only book online, not even from the restaurant l. They closed the door front of me, and showed me the exit. If you want to reserve, ask someone who speaks Japanese to book for you, or to ask for you if you go there without reservation.

I didn’t finish to open the door and the guy just welcomed me with a (we’re fully booked) even if they still had few seat left !! I didn’t even have time to say good afternoon or get a god afternoon from the chef !!! Forget this place really !!!
