Amazing bar! The bartender/owner speaks fluent english. Tourist friendly. Bartenders so nice, gives good recommendation and makes custom drinks too! Great food choices. Vibes are great. Cozy and lowkey! My type of bar. From south korea and brought my girlfriend from Arizona and we had such a good time! Defi itely should stop by if you want good drinks and food.

Don't walk, RUN! This cocktail bar is one of the best cocktail bars I've been to, and I've been to many around the world. The owner, who is also the bartender is so wonderful, he also speaks English! His cocktails are not like any other, he uses fresh fruit to make his own unique flavoured cocktails vs syrup you find elsewhere. He's also up for a good chat! We popped in on our walk back to our hotel for a quick drink after finding him on Google... 2.5 hours later, and nearly tasting the whole entire menu - we were beyond satisfied with out first night in osaka! Note this place is on the 3rd floor of a plain building, which most these little bars are. And his place only sits about 8 people, so it's quite small and intermit, with dim lights and good music to match. Ps, I have never had baked Camembert with honey and OMG, delish! You will find Big Face Bar on the third floor of an unassuming building. The front door welcomes you to a Hawaiian-themed cozy one-room bar that fits a max of 9 guests. The bartender is such a cool and friendly dude!! He speaks English well from his travels to Canada and made the most delicious cocktails with the utmost care. He gave us all a hot hand towel upon entry. The cocktails are made with fresh fruit, tasted before serving, and a picture-worthy presentation as well! He even gave his guests a free duck sampler! He didn't make my mom order a drink to sit whereas other bars mandate a drink order. Instead, he offered her a non-alcoholic mocktail that sounded too tasty to turndown. The option of a choice made a positive impact from our past experiences. The dimly lit room is deckd out in surfer vibes, with the muted TV playing surfers, Hawaii chill reggae music, and volume just right to hear yourselves. This was our favorite and most unique experience while in Osaka! Would def recommend if you wanted a chill and unique night out. The bar accepts credit cards and also has a 600 Yen cover charge as an entrance fee

Very nice Hawaiian themed bar. I had the “Hibiki Japanese Harmony whiskey” and the pina colada. The bar tender was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this bar if you’re in umeda.

Small but cozy, and the bartender was extremely kind. Very impressed with the Hawaiian reggae playlist as well! Felt right at home. Cream cheese and blueberry cocktail is a must try.

The cocktails here are truly exceptional! Among the variety we sampled, the standout choices for me were the pumpkin cakes and the blueberry cheesecake cocktails. Having sampled cocktails all over the world, I can confidently say this venue is my favorite to date. A significant part of its charm is the owner, who possesses a rare and commendable talent in the art of mixology.

Sometimes you walk into a bar, sit down, and it was as if you were always meant to be there. Bar Big Face is on the 3rd floor of a small building, which is common for these kinds of small establishments. The bar accommodates 10 people, so if it's at capacity, just wait a bit. It is 100% worth it. Shun is not only a master mixologist, blending fresh fruit and spirits into his take on classic tiki cocktails, but a sharp conversationalist as well. He studied in Toronto, speaks impeccable English, and is what we Americans call a "good hang". He is knowledgeable of everything on his menu, and can make you something off the top of his head if needed. But it's probably not needed, because his cocktail menu is well curated and offers something for absolutely everyone. I'm not going to lie: this is my last night in Osaka, and I'm strongly considering going back for one last drink. If ever in Osaka, go here. Period.

Very good and fine cocktails. The bar tender is experienced and knows his job here! We had tasteful and fresh cocktails, nicely prepared and served with small finger food. We paid 2640 yen for 2 season cocktails (tax included). This little pearl is located on the 3rd floor (2nd floor for Europeans) almost at the end of the corridor.

Extremely knowledgeable bartender who is very fluent In English so travellers can feel welcomed. He’s on the 3rd floor of the building, with a Hawaiian themed door. There’s not that many seats so be aware of that. Otherwise, I highly recommend stopping by and getting some drinks in here!
