In my humble opinion, the best bar in Japan. The Matcha cocktails are a perfect blend of conservative tradition and modern fusiom expression, which is pretty much an accurate representation of Japan as a whole. This place also also plays funky but chill 60s-70s music. Take all my money already.

Kengo, you are a fine cocktail master my friend. Highly recommend this bar for all the cocktail enthusiasts. It’s a small bar (located on level 2) which can seat up to 7 people however if you want to explore the local Japanese ingredients, you can put your faith in Kengo’s obsession and dedication to his craft. We explored everything from a matcha old fashion, matcha gin and shiso and wasabi cocktail. Kengo’s take on the Kyoto plum and berry liquor cocktail is lip smacking delicious and each and every concoction above was perfection. For those who are after something sweet but not too sweet, try his fruit cocktails compromising of fresh fruit. A must try is the grapefruit cocktail, strawberry cocktail, kiwi cocktail and there are so many to choose from. Thank you Kengo! We’ll be back tonight 🥂

A fantastic little secret bar on the 5th floor. We tried 4 drinks there - 3 from the menu and 1 "standard" cocktail and they were all amazing. The bartender was very friendly and we had a great time chatting with him despite us not understanding any japanese. The matcha cocktails are a must-try!

Found this wonderful bar in Osaka! The ambiance is great with a cozy vibe and great music playing. Kengo-san makes some amazing drinks and tried so many different drinks from the Matcha Alexander to some high quality Whiskey Highball. If you’re looking for high-quality cocktails and a place to enjoy some drinks, definitely stop by here. Kengo-san is a great bartender and easily became friends and will be coming back anytime I’m in Osaka!

A beautiful bar and an amazing bartender/ owner. The cocktails were amazing. The music was its own vibe. We were visiting from America for a few days and spent the last night of our trip here. I’m so glad we did. Thanks again for an amazing last night of our trip. If you haven’t checked Bar Rosso out, you absolutely should.

Great bar. Great drinks. Highly recommend all travelers come here. We had a great time talking to the owner and another customer at the bar. When I’m back in Osaka I will be coming here again.

Came across this place through Google maps and wasn’t disappointed! This is such a cute, quaint little bar on the 4th floor of a building, totally unassuming from the outside. Once you get inside, it’s a cozy vibe with a great bar owner. He was fun to chat with and made great drinks, even thoughtful mocktails for my bf who doesn’t drink alcohol! Great place, would visit again when I come back to Osaka!

Best bar in Osaka! The drinks are CHEF KISS! The owner also uses the matcha fusion to the drink to represent his experience growing up in Kyoto. The services are the best!
