The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and within a walking distance from Dotonbori. There is free coffee and water service all day , and there is the option to include breakfast to the room's fee. The staff speaks very good English and they are super helpful. The rooms are a little small, but the size is clearly stated on the website page.

Stayed here 6 nights in August. Staff are all very friendly, rooms are clean and housekeeping staff also friendly and accommodating if you ask for later cleaning. The hotel provides free drinks and snacks from 11am just after breakfast. The self service laundry and dryer on the ground floor are great too during the hot weather and cost are very affordable. The location is so close to main shopping street Shinsaibashi and Namba station is 10min walk, 20’ walk to Dotonburi area. The streets around hotel are quiet and safe.

Friendly and helpful customer services. Ryan called taxi and upload our baggage for us. Very satisfying experience without language barriers. Breakfast was rich in variety and valuable.

Decent hotel near Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Room: Clean and although they feel a bit more dated compared to the newest business hotels, have everything you need. The twin room is a bit smaller than most, even for Japan, but is fine as long as you don’t have more than 1 suitcase to open at a time. Service: welcoming and quite multilingual. They speak better English here than staff from other hotels, but that’s also because they have more international staff. Breakfast is plentiful and changes slightly daily, but similar to the rooms being a bit small, the dining area can feel cramped at peak hours. They have more of a Taiwanese influence in their breakfast menu given the chains history, which can be refreshing. There is only one washer and one dryer on the first floor though. While they’re separate units and function better than the combined washers and dryers, you may have to use a laundromat if you’re unlucky. Location: you’re minutes away from the shopping street with enough of a gap to mitigate noise issues. About a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station.

Splendid service and extremely friendly staff. Special mention to Ryan who was very helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast spread was good also. Only pity is that the room was too small and didn’t have enough space to lay out our 2 luggage, the double bed was quite small as well. Don’t recommend for people who require larger space.

A nice 3 stays at this new hotel which near the main city area. Twin Room are small but it got everything. Love the breakfast, better than expected which you must include with the reservation. Staff is very kind and helpful. *Only one elevator but it’s not a big deal.

I loved it here! Central location near subway and shopping area. Great buffet style breakfast, mostly Japanese and Taiwanese. There are complimentary beverages in a common area (until fairly late at night) and the lattes kept me going. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Will definitely stay here again next time.
