Great place to stay. The team is attentive and speaks very good English so communication is no problem. Rooms a quite big (relative to other hotels) for a family of 4 (2 teenage kids). Little things like kitchenette, projector for movies when we want to stay in, and usb chargers ports next to each bed made a big difference to our experience. Oh and its close to shops so food is only ever a few minutes away.

Great location, friendly staff and fantastic rooms! Kids love their bunk beds! You can walk to Dotonbori for 5 minutes and there's also a lot of food nearby. It's perfect for the family trip!

Hotel room is very clean. Location is quite good. Short walk to happening streets. I have to thank Bryan for his excellent service. Due to an emergency, I suddenly had to extend my stay on the day I was supposed to check-out and was panicking. Really blessed to have Bryan who was on duty as he speaks English and was able to guide me with the booking extension. He also helped me looked for a nearby English speaking doctor and helped me with the Google map directions. Superb service 11/10

2nd time staying with Mimaru. Loved their room layout. Perfect for families (up to 4). We had 3 large luggage and were able to open and sit them on the floor in the room. That's how spacious the room was. Staff were nice and helpful like they always are. Location is not bad, around 8 mins walk to the closest metro (Shinsaibashi). There's a family mart within 30 secs of walking. And many breakfast options within 1 min. I highly recommend it!

This apartment style hotel is the best stay we had as a family in Japan. Great for families with kids. My kids love it so much that they want us to stay in other Mimaru hotels in other cities. The rooms are clean and spacious. Bunk beds are exciting for kids. Location is very close to Dotonbori and walking distance to Pokemon cafe. There are also many convenient stores like Familymart nearby. The staff was helpful and amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Our stay was from 27-31/10. Very patience in answering our questions. ALL the staff are very patience and Professional in assisting us through out our stays. Very detailed in briefing us all the logistics and “ rules “ of the hotel. Staff are Very resourceful too. They assisted us with our luggage and even go the extra mile to call Tokyo hotel to check and verify it’s the correct hotel. We will Definitely refer and recommend our friends to stay this hotel. They do not belittled us unlike the hotel we stayed in Tokyo - Amanek hotel Shinjuku. Extremely impatient and tactless. Don’t even want to answer our questions. No patience at all. We have 3 rooms. My sister just asked about towel changing. Mona replied. I already show you this just now .. she doesn’t even wan to explain how it’s works. I wonder if we can’t read English is there a chinese printed translation? When we ask about the room. Are they on same floor. The male staff immediately say. No changing of room. Wow. I’m speechless.. really uncalled for. ..

We stayed here for 4 nights in October and it was very good. The location/service/cleanliness is exactly what I wanted when I booked this accomodation, and it didn’t disappoint. My family were happy and so was I.

Great place to stay for family. It's a family-friendly apartment hotel within walking distance to Dontonburi with ample eateries for the family. At least 3 super marts within 5 min walking distance. Despite along the road and family friendly, it's quiet and private. Most importantly, they changed towels for you everyday. Love it!

It was a pleasant location and nice amenities. Took a large room with bunk beds, very spacious. Came with a little kitchenette to sear nice Wagyu steaks in. Staff were very friendly and there are plenty of food options around the area too.
