You want to come here to get a 360° view of the city of Osaka. It's incredible! You should arrive before sunset so you can get a good spot because a lot of people try to take a spot on the west side of the floor to catch the sunset. The night view from that elevation looks amazing! A couple floors down, there are tables and chairs where you can have a drink and watch this city. It looks very romantic! One more thing, when you are in the elevator on your way up, look up. It's really cool because the ceiling is glass and you get to see yourself going up. Same thing when going down in the elevator.

A wonderful family experience or a great date night! Views for miles in every direction, and, I'm sure, thousands of stories within all of the buildings. Some cemeteries are viewable from the top which are a contrast to the buildings surrounding and making up the city. We were there during a mildly cloudy day, but the view was still quite amazing. Claims to be the 2nd highest observation point in all of Japan next to a tower in Tokyo I believe. Fascinating elevator experience if you look up, there is a bit of a light show inside the elevator shift as you ascend and descend. Enjoy if you are in Osaka!

Outstanding view of the area.. Osaka Castle, Osaka Tower and Universal Studios can be seen in the distance. Nice friendly Staff. Signs are in English and other languages. Arrive early on the weekends to avoid the large crowds. You can be the judge if the prices are worth admission.

I’ve been to several observatory decks around the world. This one is unique because it’s right by a subway station with a department store in the same complex building. There is never a long line at the ticket counter during the weekday on the 16th floor. You can have a bit preview on the same floor with an outdoor garden where I enjoyed the sunset and dinner. You then ride the elevator to the 60th floor to see the real view of Osaka. If you want a bit adventure, you can pay about 10 dollars extra to get out on a helicopter apron.

I went here with my best buddy. It wasn't crowded this year because of the pandemic. We're really able to roam around and see all the areas from the top. If you would like to experience it, I suggest that you start early so you can see the city while the sun is still up, then stay until it gets dark and enjoy the view of the city lights while eating at the restaurant 2 floors down. It's worth the cost.

Definitely must come if you're in Osaka. After buying the ticket, you'll be led up in an elevator, and the elevator is part of the experience you wouldn't want to miss. At the observatory deck, you'll get to walk around and get a 360° view of the city and protected from natural elements like cold wind. If you would like to get outside, you can pay extra to get on the helipad. Do come early to buy those tickets, because they get sold out quick.

Great place to enjoy the beauty of Osaka. I came here on Thursday at around 4 pm, no line at that time so I could get through quickly and easily. If you want to enjoy Osaka at night, I recommend you visit here before sunset. So that you can catch 2 beautiful scenery here. Cheapest price for a great experience. You also can enjoy the drink in a peaceful atmosphere at the coffee shop on the 58th floor.

Amazing view and staff are more than happy to help you take photos. If you have a cap on, a lanyard and clip is provided to attach to your shirt to keep the wind from carrying it away. The elevator ride up here from floor 16 is also a highlight - make sure to look through the glass ceiling to watch the lights fly by as you ascend.

There is a very nice observation deck on the 16th level. This deck is free, however there are also observation decks on levels 58-60, which do come at a cost. The 16th level is quiet, clean, neat, and a nice area in general. You get about a 150 degree view of Osaka, very good.

Awesome observation deck! Gets pretty busy at night, but the time right before sunset is also a great time to come up here! Would recommend coming a bit early, eating at the cafe, catching the sunset and then heading out before the crowd rushes in.

Better than Skytree as it was less crowded and not overrun with photo booths and lines. Also had a nice open air area with fountains for the kids to play in.

The height and the 360 degree view of Osaka from the spacious and relaxing two-layered observation decks are really impressive, personally, well worth a ticket and labour for going up (by a speedy lift, of course). Besides the souvenir shop with typical Kansai travel memorabilia and foods and event/kids play spaces, the beer cafe restaurant on the deck is actually pretty nice. Liked the Kansai local “Minoo Pilsner Beer” very much that went well their yoshoku meal menu.

I highly recommend coming in the evening. Besides catching the breathtaking sunset, you can also witness the mesmerizing hues of the sky. It's a perfect spot for photography with opportunities in every direction. Downstairs, you can even grab a coffee or have a meal. Since my friends and I tend to stay up late, we visited only in the nighttime. It's truly a wonderful place for couples to capture moments and have a romantic date. Hope you enjoy it!

The tallest building in Osaka allows for a 360 degree view of the entire city of Osaka. You can put your phone right up to the windows to get rid of the glare, unlike in the Tokyo skytree. There’s a nice souvenir shop, bar and outdoor area.

Viewing deck on the 60th floor. You need to take the elevator from the 16th floor. The view was nice and even the toilete have large curtain walls with nice views. There sre restaurants and seating space on 59th floor which you can access using the escalator.

An excellent tourist destination. - The location has a nice view of Osaka. - The place is also shielded. You can stay there without worrying about the weather. - Kids playground and a coffee shop are also available so that you can have a meal while while enjoying the view. I highly recommend this place.

I really love to have a night seeing of a city. Regular streets and highways crossing each other, add few railways made the sight more bright in the night, just like head down watching stars. We were also surprised that 58 level was an outdoor space with restaurant with steamboat, which we didn't have chance to enjoy due late. It was great if we got chance to have it at a cool night😋

A good tip before visiting is to know the sunset time. There is also an additional option to go up to the helipad that cost an additional 1500 yen per person. You will get better photos and a better experience if you go up to the helipad during the day!

Must do! One of the best viewing spots I’ve been. The price is reasonable, and what’s most important, you are absolutely on the top. 3 floors with some restaurants. The view is amazing, all around Osaka, especially at night. Not too crowded in January.

  • 5/5 Spencer G. 3 years ago on Google
Stunning view, and the oden all u can eat was such a memorable experience and over the top literally, looking at the amazing view. It is good to get that before sunset, so you could see both day and night view. They also quite a large variety of oden food in their menu along with pops and wines too.

  • 5/5 Elyssa Y. 3 years ago on Google
We decided to go there at night so we could see the city light up... and IT. DID. NOT. DISAPPOINT!! There is a popular activity here where you will be transported to the highest point, strapped on, and walk around the edges of the building! Some daredevil you are haha. But we didn’t try it. YET. We just had a quiet time going around the top floor. Let ourselves be dazzled by the view, visited their cafés and shops, and chilled at their lounge. Tons of photo spots! And later that night (not really sure of the exact time), there is an activity at their outdoor area wherein some of the staff started dancing, there was a short but really amazing fireworks display, this huge wall lights up and if you tap it, it launches virtual fireworks!! We really had fun!! This was last November 2018.

Beautiful observatory. Very clean. The restaurant located here has special options to dress in traditional clothing then eat at a heated table overseeing the skyline. They offer other food that is tasty and can be taken to seats still overlooking the observation skyline.

By far the highest observation deck in Kansai, Harukas 300 (ハルカス300) is also the observation deck in Japan which I can see myself spending the most time at. Thanks to the three levels that the top of the building offers sightseers, aside from views, there is also a lovely cafe and ample seating on three of the building's four sides. I can definitely see myself coming back to enjoy a sunset coffee or ice cream, or taking a date here. This is a *really* good date spot!

The view form the top floor was amazing. There was not a long line downstairs for the tickets and it was not too packed. There were some restaurants and souvenirs shops on the same floor. It was not easy to drive here give the traffic nearby was quite messy. There were several cheaper parking lot nearby (one or two blocks away) if you drive here.

Amazingly beautiful view ~ I think the perfect timing to go is before sunset so you could spend an hour and enjoy daytime, nighttime and sunset. It’s easy to take lift right after you left the train qstation next to exit 10 You have to go the 16th floor first then transfer through the entrance gate and lift to 60th floor~

  • 5/5 Gray B. 1 year ago on Google
It definitely is a vibe here. As you go up the floor, there are lights that look so cool, it feels like I'm being beamed up the elevator! The 58th floor was my favorite, it's super calm and relaxing atmosphere and amazing view of the city We ended up paying for a one-time ticket at the kiosk for 1,500 yen. Credit cards accepted. There is also a walkway you can visit right before you go into the museum with greenery. Great spot to bring a date or friend!

We are so glad that we went up to this observation deck!!! AMAZING!!! At first, we almost did not go to this site even though we already had tickets for it because we were already tired from getting around all day. It is definitely worth the price to come and experience it. No wonder so many people come here, breath-taking views!

Visited Harukas 300 last December during the holiday season. One of the nicest place to get the view of Osaka city. Make sure you buy the entrance ticket prior to your visit and plan the timing according to the season in order to catch the sunset. As attached with some pictures of the sunset and bright Osaka city skyline. There’s a cafe up here and also a place that serves Oden soup for you to chill and dine whilst overlooking the city skyline. Moreover, there’s also a photoshoot session (add-on) with kimono.

Only when you are seeing from the top, will you appreciate how densely packed with buildings in Osaka, such that a park with greenery is a welcome respite for its residents. Cheap price at Jpy1,200 or less than US$10 to go to level 60 to see Osaka throughout 360 degrees. Head to level 58 to have a drink and snack, with Osaka City below your feet. There was some crowd when I visited on a Tuesday, but there are enough space all round.

  • 5/5 Zhel A. 6 months ago on Google
It was a great place for 360 view in osaka city. Which you can enioy for walking around and safe, they also have a good restaurant and coffee if you want to eat. And the hotel is so easy to search cause it was infront of the JR train station.

  • 3/5 Yen H. 6 months ago on Google
This is 2nd highest tower in Japan. The Building is nothing especial, just another big department store. You get to see how congested the city view by going up there. Barely any nature landscape beside man-made building to building covering up a bareland. I have seen many other views and this one is okay, for the price is not even worth it.

  • 5/5 Evi V. 6 months ago on Google
Nice place to visit. I really enjoyed everything there started from entertaining elevator until observatory deck. I came here on Friday in summer 2023, not crowded at all. Right place to enjoy sunset. Located near Tennoji Station. I hope to come here again one day in different season, spring or fall maybe nice, I don't know.

  • 5/5 Glen T. 5 months ago on Google
Incredible views, but do check the weather forecast before reserving a ticket online. The place can get quite crowded particularly during sunset, so get there slightly earlier and find a window with a good view for your photo/video-taking. Harukas 300 stands out from other observatories like the Tokyo Skytree because Harukas uses large glass windows with minimal window frames, allowing guests to get a relatively unobstructed view of the city landscape. There is also quite a visual experience when you take the rapid lift up to the viewing deck. Tickets are sold at an affordable price.

Breathtaking view from 300m (lvl 60) above the ground....if you love scenery from high rise, you should go...there are other places with free of charge to see the view but not as high as this one and this Haruka 300 is one of the tallest in Japan. You could enjoy your meal in open space at level 58, accessible from level 60.

We went up on a rainy day, but it was pretty cool. It wasn't a wide field of view, but the clouds in the middle of the sky created a nice view. The elevator was so fast. It's amazing. If you go up to the top, you can find one coffee shop (maybe called Sky garden cafe). I chose one blue latte something, but it was so sweet. I didn't like it. Just coffee recommended.
